I bought my mothers hearing aids to AccuHear just as they closed Friday and I asked the lady as she was getting in her car if it was too late and she happily walked back in with me because she didnt want her to go all weekend without them. She was able to fix them within a few minutes and even taught me how to clean them since my mom is moving up north with me and she knew my mom well from talking to her. Im so sad my mom wont be with AccuHear anymore, but recommend them to anyone. They really are all about helping and are so pleasant. Even at the end of a Friday! Thank you Tabitha! M. Singer

O.M.G. These guys are Great. I have had my hearing aids for only a few days and noticed I needed a little adjustment on one side. To my surprise when I called to get in before my next appointment Stephanie as sweet as usual was able to squeeze me in. Chris made my adjustment and sent me on my way. These guys are WONDERFUL. I tried AccuHear about a year and a half ago and didnt find much difference from what was normal for me at that time so I returned them.After all this past time I know knew that I was definitely ready for a hearing aid now. I had originally tried hearing aids from a couple of other dealers but I went back to AccuHear.I would recommend this company to anyone needing hearing aids.

This was my first visit to accuhear and to my surprise it was nice. Stephanie was as polite on arrival as when I set my appointment. Not only was I taken at my appointment time but Chris Pape was exactly what I was hoping for. A professional that explains everything that is going on and in terms I understand. Don’t let his young looks fool you. I am 54 and the one thing is old folks hate is a know it all kid. That is not Chris. He is a professional and takes his work seriously. I am very glad I met the accuhear family and to find out not only the problems with my ears but most importantly the solution. Thanks to Chris I will be hearing much better very soon. I have had a wonderful experience with Accuhear. Chris was professional and courteous on my first visit. Upon finding out I did have hearing loss, he prescribed a hearing aid. The next week the hearing aid was ready and I returned to pick it up. Chris explained how the hearing aid worked and had me insert it a few times to ensure I was getting a proper fit. I was seen at my appointment time. I would highly recommend Accuhear to friends and family. Allison, the receptionist, was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to continue to be a patient at Accuhear.
