Great customer service. All our questions were answered. We meant to come in and buy just one but ended up getting his and hers bikes. Austin was great. He told us we were taking off with his favorite one on the floor. Huge thanks, he made sure everything was working before we set off. My husband was super excited he rode in the parking lot after. I felt very comfortable with speaking with Austin and the other coworkers. They weren’t pushy like most places and they made sure we had everything we needed. Had a great time chatting. I was on my way out of town for a marathon. Not only were they able to break my bike down for me they were able to rent me a case. EVERYONE was Amazing with Awesome customer service. Only giving one star so that I can leave a review. Horrible customer service, employees did not follow through on what they said they would do. Spent two hours at Bike barn on Cypresswood looking for a bike which ended up in an online search and search through the store as the bike we went to purchase showed as in their current inventory look up. It was left as they would search further the next business day to locate the bike and give us a call if they found it so that we could purchase the bike. Next business day being Monday 7/19 they did not call… Tuesday late morning I called the store to follow up on the search as I wanted to purchase the bike for my husbands birthday. After a full explanation of the situation to the rep who answered the phone, I was told that they had to take my number again and someone would call me back as they were to busy to take my call. I received a call back at 4:19 pm with a voice mail stating they found the bike we wanted to purchase. I returned their call at 5:00 upon leaving work and was told that they sold the bike to another person right AFTER leaving me the message. Not even giving me a chance to return their call. This is the poorest service I have experienced. Never ever again will my family do business again with bike barn and we will make an effort to share this story will all of those in our community and biking communities. Unbelievable!!!! This will be shared on every review site as well… where is the integrity???

Awesome and friendly staff. Good selection of bikes and brands. The service center staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

No issues- Ive been a few times now and they always are eager to assist and seem to have the parts/accessories Im seeking.

Never once did they peform repair and actually ride the bike to make sure the problem was actually fixed. Maybe after the fourth time bringing it to them they will fix the problem that has already been paid for.

Staff is very friendly, the service was awesome with reasonable price. It took around 5 minutes to fix my sons bike 🚲. I definitely recommend this place.

I attended the bike maintenance workshop in April and then went back the next day to get some specific things done to my bike. I received excellent service and attention, and never felt like I was looked down on, despite the fact that my bike was a $100 bike from walmart. It can be intimidating to go into a specialty shop when you arent hardcore but the staff were so friendly and supportive. When I decided to upgrade I knew that this is the only place I would be going, and I received the same level of personalized attention and support yesterday, getting help finding the type of bike I wanted in my price range quickly.

I took my bike to them for small repairs and a tune up. They were very nice through the entire transaction. Price was very fair. They have a great inventory of bikes!

Jordan is amazing! He resolved my issues after a staff member had me drive over an hour to a different location to find that he sold the bike! He knew I was on my way. Yes I was very upset, but I didn’t show my frustration. However, I shared with him that I wasn’t pleased at all because I talked to him three times before I arrived. The guy called the Champions location, an additional hour drive. ☹️ There was another bike at the Champion location where Jordan was.Let me share why Jordan is so amazing! First, early that morning he gave me a list of locations for the TREK 2 low step. When I arrived after driving an additional hour from the place where the other guy sold the bike, Jordan was so excited to help me. He apologized for the other guy. Know that I am not an expert with bikes. Jordan helped me fully understand by explaining each component, fitted me for the bike, explained posture and why it’s important, appropriate bike size, etc. Then he asked me did I really want that particular one. I said I’d rather have the red one. Jordan ordered the red bike. It was due out for delivery in August. Jordan called me about three weeks later to say my bike was in! I was so excited! I immediately went to pick it up! Jordan greeting me again with excitement! He found a red one! He fitted me for the bike, had the accessories added, allowed me to ride the bike out back, and let me know what I needed to do regarding shifting and posture.Bike Barnes definitely need more staff like Jordan and his team at the Champion location. They were all helpful. I don’t remember the others names but please reward them also!

What a wonderful shop and great staff!!! I took in a bike that I had purchased for my brother 15+ years ago but had never been ridden. I was sure that it needed new tires etc, because it had been sitting so long. They took the bike in the back for a bit, and came out and told me that there wasnt anything wrong with it except it was dusty!!! And when they brought it out they had shined it up so that it actually looked like new. And no charge! They went above and beyond and I am very grateful. I will definitely buy any future bikes at this shop.

My local store in Katy didnt have what I needed for a ride later that day. online, it showed that Cypress had it in stock. When I went to Cypress, the sales rep (sadly dont remember his name) couldnt find it but saw it was in stock at Champions and offered to get it put on a truck for delivery to Cypress later that day. When I offered to go pick it up, he told me to ask for Mason and he would have it for me. Mason had my item waiting and even extended me a discount for being a veteran. I love Bike Barn. They go out of their way to support cycling and cyclists.

We went in to have our tires fixed and had a good experience. Everyone was nice and helpful and we didnt have to wait too long before the tires were ready. Theres a good selection of bikes in store and accessories and clothes.

Go see Curt he will not steer you wrong!! I’ve been to plenty bike shops & a few Bike Barns this will forever be my go to spot. The design layout of the store and the people working here makes you feel comfortable like conversing with a friend. I listened as other customers came in every person their paid attention to details from each customer regardless if that customer bought a single $.99 butt butter or a pair of socks or gadgets for their bike...the amount of money one spent did not matter you still received top notch service!!!

Only used their tune up service. I told the counter person which service I was interested in and after he looked at it he suggested the basic service. Liked that that dont try to oversell because I would have paid the higher amount. Finished the work on my bike in time they had stated up front. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks.

Fast, efficient, attention to detail and professional....Upon arrival a gentlman unlocked the door. I needed my crankset adjusted, they werent linear and needed to be realigned with eachother.Geoff realigned the crank arms, tightened the headset and adjusted a few other things i hadnt mentioned. Not only proffesional and genuine, but thorough too, to catch a few extras.Fast, efficient, attention to detail and professional.. it says one thing.They simply care.

I had bought a used Haro bike and the rear brakes werent working and it was missing a spring leg, so they installed a new one and replaced the brake cables !! And they fixed it like in 20 minutes so now is working perfectly fine!! Thank you!!

So I just came into this location after speaking to one of the sales reps named Austin,explained to him that I was visiting the Houston area and wanted to come into see their inventory on womens hybrid bicycles,he mentioned he had a couple in store,told him thank you and wed see him in about 20 mins.We made the drive over to this location walked in...FOUR employees were at the check out counter,not one of them looked up nor greeted us as we walked in...we stood in the same spot in front of the store for about 10 mins,still nothing!!!Spoke to manager Curt/Curtis he basically apologized...no need for an apology...CUSTOMER SERVICE is a must,have a meeting w your employee let them know that a takes a split second to look up and say a simple HELLO to ANYONE who walks in the establishment....thank you!

Curt is AMAZING! I had purchased 4 previous bikes from the Atascocita location and had never been properly measured and fitted. I had back and neck pain with each bike. I went to see Curt and was properly measured and fitted. I rode 25 miles today with absolutely no pain! He took his time to make sure everything was correct and addressed any concerns or questions I had. He is the absolute BEST! I highly recommend that if you are interested in purchasing a bike you see Curt. Even if you have to drive across town to do it it’s worth it!

Bike Barn@ Cypresswoood is the BEST. Especially CURT. I was a runner for years and an injury has prevented me from running. Ive only been riding for a few months but Curt used his knowledge as a rider/ athlete to show me how to best transition from running to riding a bike. If you have been riding 10 months or 10 years he makes you feel like he understands what is unique to you as a rider and how you can be your best on the bike. They help you find the best bike for you not to just sell you whats in the store and not care about if its the best bike/ fit for you. I recently had a bike built all parts ordered from Specialized. Curt was instrumental adding expertise advice along with making the bike build fun. He advised me on both technical aspects combine with the efficiency and comfort Id get out of the bike. It was Great working with him again. Although its roughly the third bike Ive purchased from Bike Barn Champions, Im working on a second build that I cant wait to see the outcome of.I went in to the store today after having a crash earlier that morning. David store supervisor greeted me and did everything he could to make me comfortable during my visit. I must say Service staff, Tom, mason and David were outstanding. I hadn’t seen David in years and before I could give him my information he pulled me up in the system and was ready look up my warranty on my damaged wheels. Five stars for you all!. I came in with a bike that needed to be fixed and it was fixed on the same day. The employees are very nice and respectful. Also if your looking into buying a bike they have a good amount to choose from as well as kids bikes.

I originally called a different location and they told the wait time would be four weeks and they had no room to hold my bike. I would have to get called back. I decided on this location because they told me 9-10 days, but I was happily surprised to get everything done in just under an hour including the wait time with a few people ahead of me.Greg was able to get me in and out with a simple fix, even tightened my brakes and installed a seat bag for me and gave an honest opinion on another item I was looking.The rest of the staff was pleasant too. I will be going back.

Curt and his staff at the Champions Bike Barn are a great group of people! They are knowledgeable about their craft and very profession in how they deal with customers. I have the option of making my purchase from other LBS, but I choose to purchase from Bike Barn and its because of Curt! Curt and his staff treats their customers not like a NUMBER, but like members of the Bike Barn Family! And, that people, you cannot put a price tag on. And, yes, I purchased a 2018 Stumpjumper S-Works. My saying of the day If youre going to ride, ride a Bike Barn Bike!!!

I have a road bicycle fitting done by Curt due to some knee pain . Curt was kind, fun, and very knowledgeable! So far the fitting made an incredible improvement and the knee pain has disappeared! I will recommend to go to Curt for a fitting if you need one ... he is very good 😌!

I was lucky to find and buy one of the few bikes left in the city from Academy 2 weeks ago. I over inflated the tires on my 3rd ride and the tire tube popped. I brought it in for a tube replacement. Everyone was nice and helpful. As the kid was bringing it out to the car, I heard a loud squeaking noise. I asked him what the noise was....if that was the brake rubbing against the wheel and he said yes but it was not a big deal based on the quality of the bike. I asked him to fix it because I didnt bring it in like that. I ended up paying for the brake service in addition to the tire repair. While I may return for service if needed in the future, I will likely look elsewhere first.

Mason is the best. It was a pleasure to work with him and I appreciated his knowledge.

The people was really helpful and a I remembered a saying from long ago, “The customers are always right.” That’s how they make you feel. The techs that worked on my bikes were good and fast. And the cost wasn’t as much as I thought it would be. Thanks for a job well done.

I am new to the biking world. As a matter of fact I bought my first in April. Every time I rode that bike something would hurt. Finally a friend told me about Curt at bike barn in champions so I went to see Curt! He adjusted my seat and handlebars. I now have no pain when riding. Curt is very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and he has no problem sharing his knowledge. I learned more from him on one visit than I did the many times I went to the bike store near my house. I will continue to drive the 45 minutes for all my biking needs as long as Curt is there!

The guys provided my nephew with good customer service and a very reasonable repair price for his cheap bike. I told him his bike costs a dollar compared to the bikes there so his repair price may not be worth the effort. However, what appeared to be a major repair of a warped wheel that was ran over, the repair was fast and cheap. Thanks guys cause he will be back.

We took our cheap old dirty bike in this place because it had a flat on Morhers Day. I was welcomed and greeted at the door by a very kind lady, Joy, and then we walked to the back and within minutes they had us up and running. Tires fixed, pumped up, and I didnt have to take a loan out to have it done! Today I had to go back because one of the brakes was freezing up. I walked in and again felt so welcomed. A young man by the name of Nathan came out and made a quick assessment and happened to also notice the handle bars were dangerously loose so took the bike to the back, made some adjustments, and within minutes brought it back out to us fixed and in great working order. It was done as a courtesy and I was so very appreciative of their kindness. Next time I go back Im buying a bike! These folks in this shop are very nice and professional! Go here for ALL your bike needs :)
