Person said earlier they never reply of phone call or emails. This is 100% true. I called them 4 times and left messages as well as emailed them but havent got reply yet. Hopefully they will reply next year

Im sorry to report that I did everything in my power to do business with Cabinet Expressions, but Jean (owner) and Jessica both, on two consecutive days dropped the ball and stood me up on their commitment to take measurements at my home for a quote. On both occasions I was told after our expected appointment time that they would need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.First, Jean told me she confused my Bridgeland community in Cypress with one in College Station, and because of that, would rather reschedule than drive 40 minutes to where I live. The reality is, Im very familiar with College Station, by daughter lives there, I go there several times a week, I even lived there myself when I attended Texas A&M University, and Ive researched it... there is NO other Bridgeland community. Besides, I very specifically told her what product and builder I have within my community, and given her business with those vendors she should not be making any mistakes.Second, Jessica ignores my calls and texts asking where she is, then 2 hours later tells me she got busy, and now its too late to come. Then Im told I can measure it myself, if I want a quick quote. After providing my own measurements, I got no quote.I notified Jean that I still am in the dark here with no quote, and I cannot keep getting blown off. She said reality is they cant even give me that for a month, and since everyone is getting frustrated by their lack of execution and commitment, she has decided she no longer has time for retail customers as theyre in over their heads with commercial business due to the freeze events.Still, trying to be reasonable, I asked for a ball park on time and cost she would need to get around to me, and she told me she was sorry, but I should just take my business to Home Depot.Poor management, poor customer service, poor business.RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: It absolutely should, because real customers like us also lead busy lives, and we sacrificed time out of our schedules to be available to you, because we gave our word that we would. You promised on multiple occasions that you failed on and then ultimately quit. Business is a two way street. A service for a service, and your shortfalls are not my problem. If you let you customers down at every turn, it is definitely worth noting, and most certainly warrants a bad review. A persons word is all they have. Without it, they have nothing. No honor. No Trust. No customers.

I recently posted a 1-star review. I am now changing that to 5-stars. Ms. Jean, the CEO, was quick to respond even to a small retail client like myself. She explained what happened and has been very helpful in helping me obtain the correct cabinet to match what the builder installed but was unable to add at construction. I am very impressed that Ms. Jean and her company are so willing to take care of small clients while serving much larger accounts! Thank you!

Rude. They never get back to you. They dont care about small homeowners or retail business. They basically made it very clear they didnt want our businees.

I have left numerous messages and emails to speak with Jessica and a lady name Katie about my cabinets. I am from Taylor Morrison Homes Corporate. No one from Cabinet Expressions have return a call or email for more than 3 weeks now. I will be reporting this up to our corporate division and delivering all information to other builders to be aware of the customer service of this company.

Horrible customer service!!! I called them so they could come out and give us an estimate for some work we wanted to get done, long story short the person that showed up didn’t even take measurements and said He will see what He could do and left very quickly he also said someone would get back with me and nobody ever called or email. I messaged them to see if they were still interested in doing the job and never recived an answer. Wouldn’t recommend.
