We are extremely happy with our floors, granite and backsplash! Ross was extremely easy to work with from the very beginning. Some of the companies I spoke to (before I contacted Ross at Floorz plus) wanted to charge a fee just to come measure for an estimate. I had an estimate from Ross the same day and no charge! The crews that worked at our house were extremely professional and did an amazing job. We are thrilled with how everything turned out!

The installer Jesus and his team were on time everyday and worked morning to evening. They were very careful with furniture and appliances. Ross was very honest and professional in helping my elderly parents transform their 70’s bathroom to a functional but yet still beautiful handicapped accessible space. He had his crew took care of every detail and they always made sure to be respectful of my mother who recently suffered a stoke and my elderly father and not invade their space too much. He gave them exactly what we had envisioned. He deserves more than 5 stars. We can’t thank him and his crew enough.
