Great store! Always clean, well organized & amazingly stocked. Parking is ample, staff are difficult to find on the floor but easily located around the registers. Check out trumps all others by offering large screens, independence, choice of receipt delivery, readily available clerks on hand to assist you while the experience is quick & easy to navigate.
This is a very nice Home Depot location. The staff are friendly, generally helpful, and no one seems to complain when you ask for help with something. They have a good selection of products. Their order online and pick up in store is quick and easy often taking less time than they quote when you place the order.
First time here and I already experience the “Home Depot Attitude” with this guy “Erick” (so he says his name is) over at the Paint department. It’s morning time… Too early for someone to be having such attitude. I approached him while he was inside the paint kiosk and said to him “Good morning sir, I have a quick question” and his reply was “Can’t you see I’m busy?” With this attitude typical of a person who never gets far in life. I’m sad to see how Home Depot is slowly losing prestige and customer satisfaction by hiring these type of people. I guess I’m going to start moving my account jobs over to the competition.
The people who answer the phone are some of the rudest people in the store. Came to pickup an order curbside. Called the store number when I arrived to let them know I was here. The lady asked if I checked in on the app? I said no I called. She then told me I needed to hang up and check in on the app. Crazy I know. Told her I didnt have the app and you could tell she was shocked. Then her already unpleased tone, turned to frustration bc she now had to so her job and type in my order number and check me in. Oh wow so difficult I know. Why is it that NOBODY wants to their hourly paid job. You chose an hourly job so do your job. 2nd time Ive had customer service issues curbside here. NEVER AGAIN.
My husband spot! Cant seem to keep home depot credit card at zero. The guys are knowledgeable and if they dont know they are honest about it and will go get someone else to assist further. Please stop being so good need to keep husband out of your store..🤣

I needed to make a project for school with very specific requirements. I went to Lowe’s and spent forever trying to find the right tools and parts, but couldn’t get anyone to help. I went to this Home Depot location and was asked if I needed help several times, which helped me feel less hopeless lol. MATT helped me not only friend the right tools needed for the project, but also gave me helpful advice and even brainstormed with me—so helpful!
Its a great place if you need a truck to move a refrigerator or a big piece of furniture with a dolly and very reasonably priced if you can do it in 75 minutes 😳
This Home Depot has very friendly and helpful employees. They are usually stocked very well with sake items. I LOVE that you can pickup items in the Locker. All you have to do is scan the barcode you received in the email or enter the pin. I gave a 4 star because their curbside pickup App needs work! When it works it is GREAT but when it doesnt...you might as well go inside to to pick up your order.

The new store on the beltway and kirkendahel was clean and BELIEVE it or NotI had someone asked me if I needed some help.WOW I was in shock 😲😲😲.I dont recall the mans name but he went out of the way to find the twin pack of sawhorses.They must not have been stocked yet but he said they have 6 on hand and then he went to locate them and says is this what you are looking for.First I went to the store on 45 and Halsworth .I talked to 2 employees and 1 supervisor on duty and all 3 said they were out then I said the website shows you have 12 in stock and then the supervisor says Im sorry but we are out. All three employees said we looked in other areas but no luck.Then the supervisor tells me to go to the new store they show to have 6 instock and I asked her to give them a call before I go out there and she more or less told me to call here is the number and product number.I might just start going to the Lowes nextdoor they at least have someone to help.Gary
Do NOT use their website as reference. Many times I have the experience of checking the site, having plenty of units in stock, just to get there and see the item out of stock.In other words, they dont update the inventory frequently. To bad for you. The 2nd bad news is, Lowes, a couple of blocks away, behave the same way.
Entertaining. I got to watch a pallet of product fall off a forklift 10x up. No one was hurt...except some pride. Got my item which is why they were bringing it down. Mission accomplished. I havent shopped at HD in nearly 5 years. Saw some interesting products that might get a little of my home improvement business.
I visited the new store on Kuykendahl and Highway 99 in Spring, looking for plants. I did find succulents at a good price and a very large variety. However the outside plant collection is very sparse. Not a good selection there.Did not check out the rest of the store. But they were very nice and helpful.
3 stars as of now because nobody has had the sense to correct their hours here. Twice I went at 9 pm because it shows here as closing at 10 pm so of course both times it was closed- yes, I should have noted it the first time but must’ve been in a hurry, not to mention I somewhat rely on Google for such things. Yes, I requested an edit. Otherwise a nice, new, well stocked store. The grass in the parking area is fake! Very cool!!

Cleaner store & I like the checkouts; the new self checkouts seem much easier for people to use because they are much faster getting through the line.Only down side is this location just never seems to carry what Im looking for so Ive had to go to a different location every time. This time its chandeliers.... very limited selection. I stopped at 249 & got photos of 11 possibles to run by my wife. This location barely has 11 different chandeliers.

Always appreciate Home Depot and the help I get here with whatever project I have going on. I have never, not had someone who wasn’t able to help me.Big plus for them during this pandemic is the ability to order online and pick up with their PickUp Locker. I ordered online, got a text a short while later with a code for the Locker and walked right in, typed in my code and magic.. out opens a box with my stuff! No need to talk with anyone or wait in line.
I found all my items fairly fast. Most employees were GD rock stars. Lumber register person talked to me like I was inept. Employee was about 60? Younger employees in lumber were cool though. Lost a star for the rude lady. 🙄
I dont know why they have employees here in the first place its all self checkout and they do absolutely nothing but stand around and chit chat and play on their phone. Needed some help finding an item found a group of employees walked right up to them and they ignored me and kept having a meaningless non-work related confession. I was that close to know had to almost yell at them before they responded. If your a zero in life and want a free paycheck for doing absolutely nothing this the place for you.
HORRIBLE EXPIERIENCE on 7/3/21 customer service dept. ! Returned online delivered merchandise and paid the additional return shipping fees in store. After items where picked up on 7/2/21, the website was showing an incorrect pending refund amount, that was verified by a rep in customer service on the phone who saw the same problem. She then referred me to her manager, but she was to busy to talk to me on the phone, so I came in the store to find out why. The manager can be described as a woman, black, about 5 3, @ 300lbs, and was Extremely rude yelling out commands to her staff to answer the phones, all while impatiently, and angerly waiting on me. She checked the order and from her side saw the correct amount of $270.00 to be refunded. I asked her for a print out a receipts of the pending refund amount 5x, before she begrudgingly gave me the receipt.
The store itself was well stocked and items were easy to find. Parking lot was clean and employees did a great job of collecting carts from the parking lot. Cashiers were useless. Why have four employees standing around the self checkout line chatting when they could just have regular lines, checking people out. Cashiers in the garden center need more training or need to be replaced.

The Home Depot. I wonder who was the first person to start calling this place big box store? How the infection of this tearm has become the description of such a great place. I hate the attempt these conceded want to be YouTube people use that language in attempts of self elevation like a school yard bully demeaning someone or something to feel better about themselves. The hypocrisy of these yahoos!!! The Home Depot is awesome. If you go to some lumber yard you have to be a contractor or your ignored. At The Home Depot they treat you like they really want to help even if your just wanting 1 bord for some project. Keep doing it.
This is the best Home Depot. I’ve been to multiple departments - tool rental, paint, lumber, plumbing, customer service - and everyone has been nice and helpful. I’ve officially switched over from Lowe’s.
Really clean and more open feeling than a lot of other local Home Depot locations. Staff was super friendly and helpful, but not all over me in every department I walked through. Super happy they had a couple of items that my other usual store doesnt keep on hand, worth the stop if you are between this store and an older/smaller store! Thanks!

Jim and James in the rental department are great. I was in a rush and had trouble with my credit card, but Jim was incredibly patient and helpful. Even made sure I had the straps I would need. Upon return, James was exceptionally friendly and processed my paperwork rapidly. They made a stressful day much better. Guys like this are why Home Depot is the only store I use for my business and personal needs.

I have been waiting an hour for curbside pickup literally! I had to call for them to bring out my items. I went on the app and said I was here and what vehicle to bring it to, as soon as I arrived. Next time I will ask for help inside the store to load items in cart, push to the front, then load in the vehicle for me, which is what curbside pickup is supposed to do!
HUGE improvement over the 45 and Cypresswood location!Today, May 10 is the *official* opening date. I had a few small items I needed restocked, soI eagerly headed this way to check out the store.Talk about clean! Now, I know this is the first day, but everything looks immaculate! The aisles are clear, the parking lot is full of cars instead of trash, and the items on the shelves are all in their original place!Speaking of items, this Home Depot carries KNIPEX brand pliers! I couldnt believe they have those here, Ive had to get mine off Amazon for several years! These are the best pliers known to man. Mine have consistently lasted the test of time, much better than Channelock or Crescent brands.There were several booths staffed with power tool representatives. I doubt theyll be here every day, but its nice to see them staffed.So far, everything looks great and this will be a good location!

Shopping for a variety of home project supplies. Found 80% of what i needed. Had to go to an electrical supply store for 10 guage wire and 30 amp male plug.
Great new Home Depot! I spend more time at HD than work so nice to have another one close. Clean store as always. Easy to find what I need. The option to purchase online and have the HD team drag all the material to my car is fantastic!

Sucked! We needed a new dryer, picked one out, then the salesman tells us we will have to wait until April 23rd to get it! I replied, no Sir, we need it tonight. He says Sorry, but we dont keep them in stocks here. You will have to wait for delivery. Well, you just lost a customer!!

Home Depot is a great place it is a great shop for everything hardware relative and it had a great staff and was a very friendly overall
Went in for a blower for yard work, which they were all locked up. I can understand that. I found an employee to get someone to unlock it but no one ever came. So I asked another employee for help, then another, NO ONE EVER CAME! Apparently only ONE person has a key and it would be a while before they could unlock it. That just doesnt make any sense! As I was waiting I noticed the only ones that were locked were the ones in front. All the ones behind, you could just grab! So an HOUR wait could have been just 5 mins(like expected).
I ordered a Dremel this past Friday from curbside. Picked it up, and carried on with my weekend.I didnt have a need for it throughout then, so I didnt open till today at work to realize I was missing four parts, one being the charging cable.I went ahead to email the store manager to at least make him aware of an incomplete item being sold to me.They went above and beyond my expectations. They gave me a brand new Dremel AND delivered it my house.Thank you Frank and Home Depot for tackling the situation, I will definitely be back.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 10/1/2020 from Home Depot. A few days later we had problems but your company said for us to call Frigidaire. We did and they sent a repairman out and he decided it wasIrreparable and needed to be replaced. They finally sent us another refrigerator on 12/30/2020 and it is defective. Dented across the front. Dented in the factory. We now have damaged merchandise and paid for a new one. We would like to get a refund so we can buy a refrigerator somewhere else.We will be reporting this to the BBB as well as the news media. Just give us our money back.

This place has it all and it has two advantage over the local Lowes, Milwaukee brand tools and an Equipment rental service desk.Other than that, this store is very new and clean and seems to have the same people around since it opened. So that helps me to believe that they have decent management.

Returned an item with no receipt and had no problem. Customer service/Return department get an A+ for a hassle free experience.
The shelves are well stocked, but many cashiers are poorly trained, have a negative attitude, and rush you away. They literally will choose you for you that you not want a receipt without asking by using their override buttons, and don care you wanted to have the receipt emailed to you. Why have the option if the checkers will arbitrarily take it away just to make you go away? That is unprofessional and rude. Its clear they dont like or respect their customers.

Pretty good, as a contractor I use Home Depot all the time. This one was actually set up really nice. It was easy to maneuver and the staff was very kind and knew what they were doing.

Worst customer service ever! I was there to buy an expensive chain saw. They are locked. We walked a total of 7 aisles looking for an employee. I finally called the store to ask them to send someone. The operator said they were “all on the floor helping customers“ (not a our end of the store). She called over the speaker and I saw a kid strolling toward us from the back of the store. He walked up to us and never spoke. We told him what we needed to buy and he said they were out of stock. Never apologized or asked if there was anything else he could help us with. On our way to Lowes now!!!
The good news it’s in a great location and a good selection. The other news is they hire And train only to check out. Meaning, ask anyone to question can you get blank stares.Case in point number one. Walk up to the paint counter and ask them where the polyurethane was and the response was, What’s that?”Number two. Go to the lumber section and ask where is the treated 2x4s and the response is, “Treated for what?”Number three. Ask the manager where a particular type of wire cover was and the response was, “We don’t have that.” Only to be found on my own two aisles over.Number four. Ask a member in the tools section if they have a shoot board/guide rail for a skill saw. Response was, “I don’t know what that is. What does it do?”Now while I pointed this particular Home Depot, it seems that just about every Home Depot you go to nowadays the level of ability has greatly diminished over the last couple of years.Home Depot... what happened to you guys?

Long way from my home, but had a tool I wanted. Store was pretty new, very clean and un cluttered. Found the tool I was looking for and checked out quickly, and was on my way home.
Normally find the things I need and the service is ok the only thing I don’t like is that when searching in the app looking to see if they have something in stock that I need the app can show even 20 item in stock of what I need and when you’re at the store they tell you they have none of that even if the app says something different so just driving around from store to store for nothing.
Love the store. But... DON’T trust them to quote flooring. The installation price is loaded with extra prices they don’t tell you about when you’re shopping. Like surcharges for moving normal furniture, remove small 4 x 3 patch of tile, quarter road per linear foot, oh and we don’t know what’s under your carpet. So it could cost more more more. Added almost $1,000 to the job. Then lied and said I emailed you your quote. Ah, NO you didn’t. Liar.

Not as good service here as other home depots. Cashiers congregate by the registers but sometimes wait until its to late to offer any help. Not as many employees to assist than other stores.
