Absolute best furniture shopping experience Ive had. Went looking for a sofa, ended up with a rug, a sofa, coffee table, two bar stools, and a bed frame/headboard.Went to a couple stores looking for a small sofa and nearly bought elsewhere (for so much more), but so glad I didnt. Ended up at Furnishings 4 Less after remembering finding great prices on area rugs a couple years before. Kendall was great help and conversation; very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. What I went in for was kind of particular for the space I have, and though I didnt initially find what I was looking for, I was not disregarded when it seemed like I might not purchase anything nor did I ever feel pressured into considering items for the sake of making a sale. The best part of course, the prices! Everything was far too reasonable and the deals just kept getting better! I made out with everything I was looking for to fill out my apartment for less than I was about to pay for just a sofa elsewhere! Hopefully I wont be needing more furniture any time soon, but if I do Ill be headed to Furnishings 4 Less.

Thomas went above and beyond for us, I cant wait for our bed to be delivered today. Everyone was so friendly and Ill definitely return when I want to update any furniture.

I purchased a king size mattress, box spring and headboard. The headboard says grey but when I unboxed it, it definitely looks more blue. I received a call from the company a few weeks prior to delivery stating that the mattress I had ordered was on backorder and that they would upgrade my mattress to another one for the same price which I was fine with. Little did I know the mattress I upgraded to was very uncomfortable. I have already had to purchase a 3 inch memory foam mattress pad to go on top to add more cushion. It still doesnt do much. I will for sure always go test a mattress out before I agree to upgrading for now on. Now Im not saying I will never purchase from them again, I just didnt have the greatest quality of product that I had hoped to get.

Fantastic - we could not be happier!We originally purchased two chairs earlier this year from Furniture store and we were impressed with customer service and delivery and the products. We decided to buy a sofa from another retailer, big mistake - they have plagued us with poor customer service and crazy delays in being able to deliver.My Furniture came to our rescue! We needed our sofa sooner, so we reviewed the choices, and spoke to Chan - he shared images and sent video footage of the sofas we were interested in. On Monday we, visited the showroom where Tom as really helpful. Once we decided to order the furniture was delivered within a week! The delivery team were also great, friendly, communicative and did a great job getting the large furniture in the rooms of our choice.The experience was so good we came back within a few days and ordered two more sofas for 2nd sitting room. I cannot fault the customer service, the delivery service, and quality of the products we bought - all furniture companies should be the same!Thankyou.

We went in to the store looking for a large dresser and they had tons of affordable options! We decided on a dresser that was $399 at Furnishings 4 Less, but twice as much at other stores.Thomas helped us look around and provided us with different financing options. He was not overbearing and did not make us feel pressured. Great customer service!They also offer FREE curbside drop off which was amazing! Ben brought us our dresser in the time window given and was so friendly. He was very careful with our item. We could not be any happier with our experience with Furnishings 4 Less, and will definitely be repeat customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a bed frame online and was told that my order would arrive 1-2 weeks prior to purchasing and after 3 weeks I called the store to see if they had any updates on my order. Store employee told me that my order was delayed but should arrive in one week. After 4 weeks, I still have not received my order. I contact customer service to get any updates, then was told that my item that I already paid for was out of stock if I can consider purchasing something else. To constantly be the one contacting about updates on an order that I was constantly told that would arrive but never did is ridiculous

My husband and I went to just about every furniture store in NWA looking for the perfect master bed. Everything was either way to expensive, or out of stock and back ordered (due to COVID), or not at all what we wanted.I finally found Furnishings 4 Less while google searching furniture stores and was so pleased to see their high volume of 5 star reviews. I would’ve driven right by them without a second look because the store itself is nothing much to see on the outside.So after finding them on Facebook and seeing a couple of cute beds, we drove from Bella Vista to Springdale to visit. They didn’t have what we wanted in stock and we were told we could expect a few weeks of waiting, but compared to the 8-10 weeks we were told by other stores, that sounded just fine!I ended up ordering the bed on their website the next day and Thomas, a store employee, called me literally minutes later to confirm that we were okay waiting a few weeks. He also confirmed that we wanted FREE curbside delivery (Yes, FREE! From Springdale to Bella Vista!) and that I didn’t need help with set up.The bed actually took a little longer than expected to come in, but still a lot less time than the 8-10 weeks from other stores. When the gentleman came and delivered it, we asked him if he’d be able to take the cardboard packaging with him and he graciously unwrapped the whole thing for us in our garage and took all the trash.Did I mention that I found the exact same bed on other furniture websites for more than double the price?! I wondered for weeks what the catch was....but I have found none. The bed is solidly built and the fabric is high quality and beautiful. We will definitely go back to Furnishings 4 Less next time we need furniture.

I ordered my furniture from here for my first apartment. Thomas gave me a great deal and the rest of the staff was extremely kind and helpful! They even delivered the same day I purchased!

Purchased a bedroom set from them on June 3, was told that part of it would arrive from the warehouse in Texas in 7 to 10 days due to it being in stock and just needing to be picked up. Called last week for a status update and was told their driver was out due to a family problem which is understandable. Called again tonight to try to get a status update and was told that due to it being manufactured it would be here in approximately 15 days from the date of purchase And was told that due to their timeline I was actually calling a little bit early. I advised them that due to me not being informed of anything until I called for answers is the only reason I called. Staff member stated that it had been shipped on the 10th. Today is the 17th and still no deliveries. When I asked what is taking so long and why I’m continually getting conflicting information, staff member asked “Sir, you’re aware there is a pandemic going on, right? Stuff is going to take longer than usual.” He then asked me how many times I was going to call about this. I advised him this is only the second time I have called about this and I’m still not getting any direct answers. Would not recommend this place. First and last time I’ll shop here.

Fantastic prices, service and unique selection. We are new to town and researched Furnishings 4 Less. We read the reviews and we decided to check it out and we are so glad we did. We intended only to look for a bed frame but the prices and selection were too good to pass up. We finally found the perfect table for our kitchen and king size table for our game room. The people were so helpful and kind. Everything was delivered on time, set up beautifully and in excellent condition. There are several more pieces we are considering and we will definitely be back as we grow into our new home. Trust me take a chance and you will be glad you did.

Good place for beds very cheap bought a king size bed for a good price $299.00 and my daughter got a king size bed to for $199.00 we were both very satisfied with our purchases thank you.😊

We had a fantastic experience at the store! We found a set online we liked and went to the store to check it out. Kendall was the guy who helped us, he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We bought our bed set and then set-up free next day delivery. Ill definitely be back in the future!

I understand that dealing with COVID19 changed alot of things when it came to shipping. I did my due diligence and called before I ordered to question the item and shipping and was told it would not be an issue. Once I purchased my items I was told there was an actaul delay, for 2 months. I understood but 2 months came and went. They did help me out letting me know that I could change the color and recieve the item and it was verified that it was in stock sitting in their stock room. Then I was told it was shipped and days passed with nothing. I called just to find out 10 days later that It was not even shipped yet. Finally they called me and let me know it would be delivered the next day.... next day 730pm nothing. So I called once again and she said let me check on the driver and call you back... hour passed and no call back. So I called back again and learned the truck had broke down. Finally recieved my items this morning. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, but no one ever called me and gave me an uodate on anything outside of 2 times after I already called them. Keeping your customers updated is just as important as being nice to me when I call.

We are still awaiting a delivery of a box spring that was purchased 2 weeks ago. Customer service is mediocre at best. They seem really unorganized...once we purchased the mattresses and box springs we were sent to the warehouse to pick them up ...which really meant climb up om piles of mattresses and pick them out many of the wear house products were damaged...we were able to find (which again not even the exact ones we looked at at store) a couple that were not damaged. They did not have a box spring in correct size and we were told that is would be delivered with in 5 days...then a week later were told another day then another day...we have been told a new day every time we have called which all together has been 6 times. Yesterday the manager took down the delivery address for the first time! Informing me that they didnt even have it on file (which we definitely gave it to them at time of purchase and delivery arrangement)I will update review when/if we actually ever get the box spring we have been waiting for. Most definitely will not be purchasing anything requiring delivery from this store again.

My movers Nick and Mike got a couch, coffee table set and dining set into my apartment in 15 minutes. I live on the third floor with no elevator and they had to walk ~50 yards to get the stuff from their trailer in the parking lot to inside my living room. I am grateful for their speedy and friendly service and would recommend Furnishings4Less to a friend.

I cant say enough about their excellent customer service! I purchased a California King bed with adjustable frame. They deliver it the same day, and Nick (the delivery guy) was great! He noticed an error with the wiring and had got it fixed for us right away! You guys are the greatest!! If possible I would give you 10 stars...just that great of people!

They tried to scam me. I paid$1500 for bed and they call me a week later saying they can’t honor the free shipping and that I will have to pay additional $300. I still have not seen bed or refund. Do not order from here.

We bought a $2,500 mattress for $1,300 from these guys! They delivered to us from Arkansas to Keller within just a few shorts days. Richard and Thomas were knowledgeable and friendly! We will definitely use them again!
