Great selection and great prices. I purchased a washer and dryer set and had no problems with the washer but had some rumbling coming from the dryer. I contacted them and the same day they came out and fixed a small dent and a couple of wires I had crossed that ended up being the cause of the extra noise. Rare to find people that are willing to come and make it right, much less the same day. Will shop here again for sure.

The workers are friendly and helpful. I liked that they were not pushy. I also liked that they had a fb account and they messaged instead of calling.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and customer service. I bought a fridge for my new house that had been “tested,” but when I brought it home, it didn’t cool down and the water didn’t work. I talked to the owner who seemed really nice at first, but it became clear that he would not help me.Even with a 1 year warranty, he refused to come out to my house and continued to lie and argument with me over text about when he would deliver a replacement or fix my current fridge. I took several hours off of work to troubleshoot for him so he could save a trip to my house (per his request), but he still refused to come and honor the warranty. I even picked out another fridge to try and save them inconvenience and was told they would deliver, but then found out their delivery guy was out of town for the week after already paying more money for a replacement.When I tried to get firmer and stand up for myself, demanding that they honor their 1 year warranty or delivery a new fridge free of charge, the owner blamed the issue on my house without even coming to see it. He then told me I had to return the fridge within 3 days and he refused delivery service, or I would not get a refund.Finally I paid a delivery service to return the fridge and have filed a complaint with the BBB to have Open Box pay the delivery fee. I bought a new fridge from Lowe’s and everything works perfectly, proving that it was never an issue with my house.I have left out so many details because this is already a long review, but bottom like is that they will intentionally sell you a broken fridge, lie about having a 1 year warranty, blame you for issue without doing their due diligence to check, and act beyond unprofessional. No doubt they have already put my broken fridge up for sale again for the next sucker looking for a good deal.Edit in Response to Owner Comment: He did not ask a few simple questions. He spent hours asking me the same questions over and over because he did not believe my answers. There was no false accusations, or threats. I told him I would report him to the BBB if he didnt honor his warranty, which I did, and is the proper step to take when a business is unethical. If he didnt want to come to my house, he could have paid for a delivery service to come instead to honor the warranty. My father was nice enough to go and buy my fridge while I was unpacking the house I just bought, and then I paid him for the fridge. I asked my dad if he ever got in contact with Open Box and apologized for my behavior as the owner stated, and he did not. Ill let the owners reply to my review speak for itself about how he handles his business.

I bought a refrigerator for my new apartment and I got it with a GREAT deal!! The staff helped me find the perfect fridge and they were very nice. I am defiantly coming here again!! :))

Drove to the store for something they “had in stock” upon arrival and after looking was told they no longer had the item. They offered another more expensive model. I had researched and the dimensions mattered. I was told by the sales person they are all standard size. I explained they aren’t and the one she was trying to sell me was about 1.5 inches taller and would not fit into the cavity I had. She turned uncaring and dismissive. Waste of my time, don’t waste yours!

Dont Judge a Book....The location is sketchy, squeezed in the small strip mall. But the refrigerator listed on their website was just too good or true, either I had to see. We pulled up and stepped into appliance extravaganza. Every space was effectively used. The products were from entry to beginner chateau. Its been a year and I STILL love my fridge! I waited a year to write this. Im so very happy. Open Box, Stay in that place, Im coming for a new stove!

We got a great price on a new fridge (still had all of the plastic wrap on it). We saved hundreds. We did have an issue with the water connection piece and Jason sent a tech out there to fix it immediately. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love my refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, beverage center, and range hood!! They all added huge value to my kitchen and work perfectly!! I also have a dining table with chairs, 3 mattresses, dressers, and all my livingroom furniture is from here and I absolutely love it all!!

Bought a new sectional in December. Already falling apart. Backrest is ripping away from the side panel on right side. Very cheap product. Disappointed. Wouldnt recommend. Also agree with rude sales people. They took my money and left me to try and load sectional by myself.

Saleswoman was rude and condescending. Took out her phone to look up a price to prove me wrong. It was more important to her that she prove me wrong than working toward a sale. They didn’t deliver the griddle that was advertised on the price sheet and when I went to collect the griddle she then INSISTED that it didn’t come with a griddle. I showed her where their price sheet showed a griddle and she wanted to argue with me. The delivery driver was rude and tried to connect the gas incorrectly. Had he been successful I’d probably be dead. Be forewarned. They don’t care about you, the customer, or the quality of their sales people and, thus, the relationship that they have with customers. There are other scratch and dent stores. Go there.

I recommend trying to get someone on the phone before going. Location in Rogers is empty. If you drive to Springdale where the sign says they have moved to, you will also find an empty building.

Great service at both the Rogers and Springdale locations. The best prices and you still get factory warranty. I got a fridge that retails for $1600 at $800. Cant beat that with a stick!

Bought a dresser from them. The listing didnt mention any damages to the dresser. They even let us leave without one of the drawers. Now the drawers dont even fit right into the dresser.

I dove 40 min round trip to buy a nice Samsung stove that they posted for sale online a few hours prior to getting there. Once I arrived, they let me know that they don’t have that stove. In fact, they didn’t have any stoves in stock. The owner let me know that his team keeps making this mistake. It’s simple false advertising to try to get people in his store. Placing ads for high end, nice appliances at a low price that they don’t have.

Absolutely awful experience. Went there yesterday morning to pick up dryer.Asked the sales guy if the dryer works since I had to drive 2 hours.He said yes, and told me that they are all tested.Installed the dryer started it, the most awful noise comes out of this dryer and it shuts down after 20 seconds.I will never buy another appliance from this place.
