Very bad customer service! They are expensive compared to what u find online and will not work with people during these trying times. They showed up at my house over one day late, while I had company visiting and refused to leave until they seen payment. I wasnt at home at the time because I was out making the payment. We have since purchased better quality furniture at a much more reasonable price and without all the hassle I was receiving from the rent a center crew.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. We were told the couch we selected was brand new and would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening, an hour after they said it would be delivered, I called and was told oh yeah we arent coming today due to being short staffed. A phone call would have been nice. So we were told it would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday, again an hour after our delivery time, I call them yet again. This time not only am I told they arent coming, but that the couch I selected wasnt available and I would have to choose another. I asked why I was originally told it was brand new and they said well it was brand new when we first got it but now its missing partsWe decided to terminate our agreement and went to aarons. The next day they delivered a new couch to our home. Just saying, if you value your money and your time go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service someone needs to come teach this store how to pick up the phone and communicate with customers. Our delivery window was from 3pm to 5pm we got a call at 630 saying they never went to pick up the couch that was 2 hours away, something they couldve told us at 3pm instead we were at home with an empty living room waiting around for nothing. The next day we call them at the beginning of the NEW delivery window to be told a different story of why they dont have the couch. Very sad experience Extremely disappointed. The representative spoke with doesnt seem to think he should have to call and let customers know they wont be receiving the order. They are afraid to give people bad news so instead they dont tell them anything.

Meh... junk rental store, there in a pinch if you gotta have it.

Im renting a dryer that said, I would pay 86.63 a month. BUT after they tag on a few things your actually going to pay 105.44 a month. Then if you want to own it in six month you will have to double that 105.44 monthly or you will be facing a balloon of having to paying a lot more in total for your dryer. I do not like the contract. It seems to be all over the place so read carefully. The people are very nice to work with and the delivery person was polite.BUT..There was an optional insurance that the salesman tagged on without asking me and just stuck it on the contract that adds up to almost 9.00 a month. Read your contract because its all over the place not really organized.

Management seems weak

Im only taking 1 star away for price. Everything else was perfect, from customer service to policy. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend for anyone who uses RAC regularly.

I purchased a washing machine for cash. Not rent. It worked in store. Next day at home it did not. Called and spoke with lazer and he immediately offered to refund as I had a seven day warranty. Hats off to him. I would recommend this store. And if I need anything in the future I would not hesitate to go here.

Im not a huge fan of the sky high prices and fees they charge, but with that said, I was able to purchase a galaxy s10 and a gear frontier watch. I wouldnt be able to own these expensive items without the payment plan rent a center offers. The plus side is if you pay it off in six months you pay no interest.

Think twice before rent to own with r.a.c. Washer and dryer set I got was over priced (later found out after the fact) and I bought a fridge that quit one day out of their warrantee the attitude I got was S.O.L. Price they sold the washer and dryer set for was around $2500 and 6 to 8 months later the same set for lowes was $1500 already had too much invested to drop the deal. Theres a profit margin and then there is a ripoff. Well as you can see I got ripped off. First and last business deal Ill do with r.a.c and by the way no 2day grace periods here.

No good options, poor customer service, your ignored for quiet a bit....
