Joe in the service department & Frank the service Manager at Crain Buick GMC has assisted me with taking care of my SUV and since I paid for the extended warranty when I bought it all my repairs were covered after my deductable. This awesome 2020 GMC Acadia is my favorite loaner to drive while my Chevy Captiva Sport is being repaired . Great customer service. Josh Johnson salesman was hopeful in selling me an awesome brand new 2020 GMC Acadia yet I choose to keep my lower payment on my used SUV!
