Needed a flat fixed. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Plaza was pretty busy but they told me they could fit me in if I wanted to wait, would be over an hour. I decided that was better than making another trip in a day or 2. They did get my car in and repaired the tire. Very friendly people up front and in the shop. I’m impressed.

I ha e had trouble getting them to be completely fine when I leave with my vehicle. They seem knowledgeable but I have had to ask in two different occasions to reset oil meter and to get correct or even equal air in tires.

I wound up at Plaza Tire after dealing with a confusing, complicated situation from a different retailer. They were not only extremely accessibly and timely, their team went above and beyond to help. Specifically, Ryan helped me understand my car and how we could be sure it was operating the most efficiently. He explained things in detail, answered all my questions and made me feel as though I was important. They do far more than tires and I’m thrilled to have a one stop shop so close to my house that can help service my car needs.- i was not compensated in any way to write this review - and frankly I rarely write reviews but Ryan should be commended on how he runs his store and the staff he has.

I got good tires but costed $430 for 4. Lost nearly all my lug nut covers and a hub cap while driving home after getting my tires. Their description on google said 10-40 minutes and their electronic sign outside said 1 hour guaranteed. I was there for nearly 2 and a half hours... One person was nice. For a first impression; I don’t even plan on going back, don’t care if I have to drive an extra half hour for it, better than the service I got here.

This is the second time I’ve used Plaza to repair a tire. They did a good job on my first tire. But what frustrates me the most is the wait time. When I got here there were two other people waiting to get service. But as I look in the shop, there are at least 2-3 guys just standing around. Where’s the urgency? Shouldn’t take much to desire to get customers taken care of and out the door. They are very friendly. I just don’t appreciate how long it takes for a simple repair.

This saddens me but they dropped the ball badly on my service. I made appointment in advance and they lost it and then didnt do entire service or notify me of additional items needed.

My appointment was at 12. I called at 11:50 to say I was running behind but would be there in a few minutes. They told me “we just had a lot of people walk in so I don’t know if we can get you in” even though I made the appointment a week prior. They ended up getting me in an hour later at 12:53. The manager told me 20 minutes later that they pulled the wrong tires for me and had to redo it. I was given a $40 discount though.

This was my first time using Plaza. I had called another location in advance to ask about an appointment and was told it wasn’t necessary. So, I decided to stop at this location during my lunch break. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. At the time, there was one other car in the bays being serviced. I waited for over 3 hours. During that time, there was probably at least 8-10 other customers who came and went while I waited. At 3 hours, I approached the counter to see if there was an unanticipated issue and was told no, that they would be finished soon. Shortly on, my car was finished. They did take 25$ off. However, for the money and the wait, I have had better experiences with service at the dealership. It didn’t really save money or time to go here. They also had the one hour guarantee on the outside sign, but it didn’t specify for oil change. Or what you get if they fail to produce. Still spent 75$. And now will have to work half a day Saturday bc I missed half of my workday at Plaza. Boo. Also, before I get a half hearted response, a free change next round may make it worth my while coming back for another try. You have my number, Plaza. Otherwise, I likely wouldn’t go back here having had this experience the first time.

Honest, up front, and professional service. Took the time to answer questions. Provided a service not just a sale.

Just AWFUL! Two times I have been here. Both times to have a leak patched. Both times told that I needed all new tires, which was not the case. This time, I received a voicemail at 10:21am stating, “Your car is finished and ready to be picked up”. When I got there at 3, I was told the tire could not be patched and I needed all new tires. Clerk could not explain message, which I played for him. Now, it’s 4 on a Friday, and they do not have the tires in stock: “It will be sometime next week. I am in the process of having a tow truck to have it serviced elsewhere.

I was told it would be an hour, or maybe less. It took 3.5 hours. I selected the $59 oil change package, which is already priced quite high, but was charged $80.Edited to add: your attendant also added a coupon that brought the price to 69.70 after I expressed my concern. If they knew that my car required the more expensive synthetic oil change, one would think they would also know that it required an additional quart of oil and could have let me know up front. You should be upfront about your wait times and prices.

They were fast, courteous and a great value and they give a 10% Military discount . They didnt ask for a DD214, they went by the Honor system . Which is totally cool. 4 new tires mounted and Balanced in less than 45 minutes . They got my business, hands down. Buy 3 tires get one Free is an awesome deal.

Not honest people and they do not diagnose your car issues correctly. They will sell you everything they have to offer and then when your car still doesn’t drive correctly they tell you to take it to the dealer there’s nothing more they can do for you. Don’t waste your money or time going to this so called tire and alignment shop.

After having a few other places not wanting to mount my tires on my custom Stance wheels for my Camaro Plaza tire service said they could do it with no problem after looking at what I had. They did say it would take a bit of time because they wanted to go slow and make sure nothing was hurt which I had no problem with at all. From the beginning when I first arrived to the end it was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody I know. Every person from the front counter to the shop were enjoyable to be around and to talk with. Great experience!

All went well and it was very fast! Loved the results of my car, I slid it into a curb and messed up some things and they got it fixed in no time at all! Butttt they did take my $25 out of the middle of my console :( was sad about that. Other than that it was all good, Zack gave good feedback when I called the Springdale store

We where traveling and had tire go low and pulled in to Plaza Tire. They got us in, got the tire fixed and back on the road in an hour and a half. Thankful to them for taking care of us.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service Ryan and his staff gave us at Tire Plaza. Our son was on his way home from college on a Friday night. He had a wheel issue between Tontitown and Siloam Springs. We had his car towed there. Ryan and his staff thoroughly inspected it and tested it on Saturday. They determined that it was not a wheel bearing that had gone out and that it was safe to drive. (We had told our son not to drive because we feared a wheel bearing had gone out.) They did not charge us anything for the time it took. They actually checked the brakes, the tires, struts, and drove it 20 to 30 minutes. When I tried to pay him for his time, he refused to take the money. What unbelievable customer service! It reminds me of the good old days. You always hear about auto shops charging you for service you do not need. Ryan and Tire Plaza certainly had every opportunity to do that with us, especially with me being out of state. They did not. If you live in this area. I would highly recommend you making this your one stop for your car service needs, especially your tire and wheel needs. I know I would. Hats off to Ryan and Plaza Tire Service. They are certainly a FIVE STAR CENTER!!!!!

The guys up front were professional and courteous and the guys in the automotive bay were knowledgeable and quickly had my car in and out with 4 new tires in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend them for anyone that might tire services!

I went there several months ago for a brake repair. I was told that they would have to order a part and it would take three to four days and give me an estimate of a little over $1,000 for the brake part. Explain to me how nobody in town had the part. Needless to say this is for a service vehicle that every day that it does not perform on the road then the company is losing money.I had a gut feeling they were lying to me. So I drove down to the local Ford dealership and asked them to take a look at it. Mind you dealerships are more expensive and I realize this. However the cost of the vehicle not on the road is even more. Dealer told me that the part was defective. They do have part in stock and total bill was less than $300. WOW!I called plaza tire to speak to a manager to ask an explanation. I was told the manager was unavailable so I left my name and phone number and never heard back. Kind of wonder if he ever got the message. So I emailed corporate. Also never heard back.So if you dont mind being lied to, overcharged and having to wait for your vehicle for days.

Great experience. The prices, service time/quality, and techs were all knowledgable and were there to help; and not particularly only to sell. This is a big thing for me when I go into a shop. I want to be told the truth about what I need and not what they just want to make money on. I will be a repeat customer with a service like this. The man who helped me the most was Gary. When I asked him to help educate me on what was needed and he answering all of my questions was kind of him. I can not say that most places would answer all these questions in a respectable manner.

I wasn’t sure about going to Plaza Tire, but I decided to give them a try. I was able to get a really fast online approval for credit to get tires and service. When I got there it took no time to get things in motion. No hassle, no pressure just straight up great service. I got 4 tires, alignment and oil change in less than hour and half. Great experience. I will recommend Plaza Tire to everyone. Give them a try, you will not be sorry.

The work is always fast and good here. 4 stars because its the 2nd time Ive visited during the pandemic and I did not see any employees wearing a mask or social distancing either time.

Took almost 2 hrs to get oil changed, called before going and asked if I needed appt. Was told they did not take appointments and there would be a short wait.

Plaza tire will be my go to from now on, even though I live 45min away. The staff got me in and out in a hurry when my tire blew, gave me a great price on a tire and were all so friendly and helpful. Ive been impressed by the manners of the staff on both of my unfortunate flat tire visits and will plan to buy my next set of tires here.

Took them 4 hours to just change my oil… people that came in after me for the same thing, also left before mine was even in the shop.

Called ahead two days early to get quote. Said could get tires same day. Next day, one day ahead of appointment, called to schedule appt. and order tires. Tires were either not ordered or could not get. No one informed me. I show up to drop car off and no tires. Wasted MY time. Not customer service focus. Will repeat order appt. and install process elsewhere.

Didnt damage new aftermarket wheels when mounting new tires on them. However, worker threw away the valve stems that came with the wheels. About $50 lost right there.

Refusing to wear mask while attending to customers even though its the law.. Too good to obey the law, too good for my money. Called and got a quote for $1800 worth of tires for my dually. walked in and right out the door. Its crazy bars and restaurants are getting fined $5000 to $10000, and nothing is happening here.

I arrived at Plaza Tire Service seeking an alignment for my car. I did not have an appointment. I was met by friendly, helpful staff. They immediately scheduled my alignment and informed me when it would be ready. It was finished earlier than what they told me. I would highly recommend TIRE PLAZA Service.

If I could give zero stars I would. They told me it would be 20 minutes to look at my tire and yet I waited an hour and a half and still have a messed up tire. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. I told them I had work and they completely disregarded that and continued to help people that came in after me and refused to let me know how much longer it would be. Based on this experience and with many other better tire places in the area, the chances of my return are very slim.

This place is fantastic to deal with they didnt pressure me into buying a high dollar Tire they gave me options and more fantastic start to finish they were there to take care of you not push you into doing something you dont want to do. I will definitely buy Tires here from now on.

Two issues: First, not a single employee was wearing a mask although all customers were wearing one. Second, I came in to fix a flat tire and they initially told me that they found a nail in the tire, but it didnt puncture it. I told him that is impossible because it was flat and he asked me if I was sure. I told him it was obviously flat and he needs to check again. They checked again and found a puncture that needed to be repaired. Not sure how they missed that, but clearly they dont care about the safety of their customers or know much about tires.

Had two nails in my tire. Was told needed a new tire. Unfortunately didnt have funds to get one. Staff was very professional, prompt and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Expensive and slow. There was no one in front of us and it still took an hour. Folks just standing around, trying to upsell us on everything (tires, alignment, filters, and on and on). Didnt even air up the tires. Seriously you get better service at Walmart. They did give me a $10 first-time customer coupon which offset the $10 up-charge on having more than 5qts of oil.And for what its worth, only one employee wearing a mask and employees huddling around terminals and each other while COVID is at an all time high in our area.I figured going in that it would be expensive. But if I had known it was going to take an hour I would have gone to Walmart.

Most affordable location that had 6 tires in stock for one of our trucks. Quick friendly service. When others needed 3+ hours for a tire patch they were able to get us in immediately. Went ahead and got an alignment same day, had a few trailer tires patched and was still done before the other shops were even going to be able to start one tire patch.

As a former store manager for a national tire store, I was blown away with the courtesy, professionalism, and overall demeanor of the employees in the store. The service was top notch and am definitely considering switching my tire buying business to this location. I have five vehicles and have bought my tires at a wholesale club store for over a decade, and even though Plaza Tires prices were about 10% higher, there service was 100% better.

These guys are always the nicest you’ll ever encounter. They are always very fast with their service as well!

First time to use this service. The folks were pleasant, very helpful and shared what they were going to do before they completed any work. We had no surprises. The sales manager was friendly, helpful and honest. All of these qualities are a must. We appreciated everything they did to help us out. We’re planning on making a return trip when needed.

My Sister took her car to get tire fixed. 2 days later she noticed tire was still leaking. So she had me take her car back, they said valve core was loose, they supposedly fixed it. But she noticed it still leaking. So we took it back, they told her that her tire sensor was broke, They did not mention nothing to me when I took it back the 2nd time. Ive worked in automotive parts over 20yrs. Tire Sensors dont just break unless theyre not careful takin tire off

Look heres the deal. Check online for specials and inventory I ordered 4 tires Friday, they called me today said tires are here I said nice--->on my way.I got four new tires installed and Synthetic oil change under an hour, probably 45 minutes and Im done.It was like a pit crew attacked my car. Those guys are tearing it up on the corner over here. Full blown professional service all the way out the door. In my opinion. 👍🏻

These folks are great. We were on our way from Tulsa to Eureka Springs for a quick getaway weekend when we experienced severe vibration in the vehicle. Thinking it was an issue with some new tires we purchased before leaving, I pulled into Plaza to have them check. Turned out to be the front driveshaft for my 4-wheel vehicle had a locked up bearing. Instead of turning me over to someone else, they checked and found me another one that they could get/install the next day. I needed to get a rental car to complete our trip that day. The guys at Plaza took me down to the rental car location and when I returned after their normal closing time to pick up my wife and gear, they remained there until we made the switch of vehicles. They called about 9 a.m. the next morning (Saturday) to let me know it was finished. I made the trip back before noon so I was only charged for 1 days rental and picked up our car. They even offered a ride back to the rental car office.I consider this over and above customer service and would recommend them to anyone!! Great job guys!! 10 stars if I could.

Brought it in for an alignment using my life time alignment that I purchased earlier this year. It took a little longer than I would have liked or expected, but I know they were being meticulous and making sure that it met their standard. When I got it back? Straight as an arrow! I appreciate those guys!!

I used to work here and man let me tell you. Gary Goins is the worst manager ever. Laziest person iv ever met. He would leave work everyday at 3 and leave me and my coworker to close up shop with no manager or assistant manager at the store. I caller corporate talked to Kevin Seabaugh. And he even lied to me saying he calls Gary every single day. Thats a lie cause i work every single day and Kevin Seabaugh do not be calling everyday. We have had 4 people call corporate on gary and what a surprise nothing has happened. What a joke this company is becoming. If you decide to go to any plaza tire service. Go to the one in Rogers. Dont go to this guy in Springdale.

I have been very happy with the service I have received when visiting Plaza Tire Service. Very professional & were quick to finish the job.

Asked for an estimate for brakes. The guy on the phone looked up my vehicle and told me the cost for the parts. Asked for an estimate on labor and he said he wouldnt know until the work was done. Never met a mechanic that wouldnt at least ballpark it.

Very pleased with the service and quality. From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out the door I felt like my vehicle was in good hands. The staff was friendly and my service was performed in a timely fashion. Overall I was very satisfied and I will be a repeat customer.

I had a flat after hours but was able to leave my vehicle in their parking lot until the next day. I called and Bobby was exceptional with customer service and getting me the tires I needed. The process was quick and easy and I will be using them in the future for my tire needs.

A family member was recently employed here and I could tell by his enthusiasm that this is a good place to go to. The Plaza Tire Service has good prices, up to date computers and machines and all the employees are very knowledgeable. Also, they offer more services than just tires.

I got a set of tires on the 8th of September I paid 1,300 for them and I had lost my 7 spline lug nut keys and they so happen to have one .. I looked all over nw Arkansas for one with no luck I called and ask them if they would take my lug nuts off and put me some new ones on because I could not find a socket that would fit and the manager said no.. So I will never use them again that showed me they dont care about there customers. I will pay someone else to fix my flats and rotate my tires that would be free there before I ever use this company again.

I stopped into Plaza Tire and they quickly checked my tire, fixed the hole, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! The service was very friendly, helpful, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The servicemen were top notch, polite and happy to help! Beware: I just had my oil change and tires rotated here last week. While they were nice, they messed up my car. As I was pulling out of the parking lot my tire went flat. I looked online only to see they don’t fix flats. Come to find out my tire valve was destroyed. My car had been 100% fine before this point and I have never had an issue with any of my tire valves before. Not sure if this was done intentionally to get me to purchase a whole new tire from them or if they just didn’t care enough to tell me I had an issue with my tire. Either way I would be careful about coming here.
