I had done research and had good idea of what tire I wanted. I was aware of the aggressive costing offered by the giant retailers including online purchase options. Called Garrett Tire and from beginning to end they surpassed my expectations. Professional on the phone. INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about tire options. Scheduling was super convenient as they have an option to have their state of the art service installation van come to your home or place of business to do install on the spot. At the end of the day, I was able to do business with a local establishment, received fantastic service, at a cost that was equal to or better than available anywhere else. I highly recommend Garrett Tire for any of the multiple services they offer.

We really love how fast and honest Garrett tire and Auto is. They have a automated system that sends a very detailed report when your car is ready for pick up including pictures which is very helpful. Additionally they have told us before when work does not need to be done which helps me have more confidence that they are not just going to make up things to work on to make money.

Went here for a tire patch after I ran over a nail. I was frantically trying to find someone to fix it so I could make it to my appointment later that afternoon and they were extremely friendly and worked with me to get my patch done quickly. Great experience! I had a flat tire at my house after I realized the curb check I accidentally did the night before had resulted in a slashed tire. I called Garrett’s Tire, after visiting with Tyler over the phone and sending a picture of the damage, we determined a new tire was needed. Instead of me trying to place the donut and such, etc etc. he simply ordered a new tire, came to my driveway and replaced the tire all within 24 hours of me calling!! Good service with knowledgeable mechanics. I drove away with a faulty oil filter, so I was quickly back in their lot. Several workers stayed late after closing to make sure my vehicle was running smoothly; they even had me come back the next day so they could check on it and clean up the when engine free of charge. I now have a tire shop in NWA. I was worried because I recently moved back from the Weatherford, Texas area, where I had the best there could be. These folks are on the same level.I had a flat on a trailer and a slow leak on my pickup. These guys knocked the work out in no time for a reasonable price.I know theyre reasonably honest because they didnt try to sell me stupid nitrogen. I can tell theyll be honorable folks, anyway, though.

They will make the situation right if there’s any question at all about it. Recently, they honored their workmanship warranty with me and I didn’t really think it was their fault. I took my car in for diagnostic amd possibly repair. I was given an estimate and just the part itself cost 672.00. I was told that was oriellys auto parts cost. I looked and the actual price through them was 644.00. I also found the exact part through Ford motor for 123.00. The auto declined to allow me to purchase this parr so I took my business to another shop that is putting the Ford part in for a fraction of the cost.

Easily the best shop Ive been to in the last 15 years. Very quick services and prompt communication as well! I got a flat tire a while back, and Garrett Tire and Auto fixed it right before closing. I decided to take one of my vehicles to get rear brakes done, and they did them for a great price in less than an hour. We will continue using them for all of our auto needs.

This last week on both our 2008 Sable Premier and 2012 Ford Expedition XLT per your lube/tire rotation offer. As we just recently moved to Springdale from Texas we were not familiar with viable service outlets for our automobiles. The Sables work was on a coupon and based on what was included I went ahead and ask the same service on my Expedition. Again, the service was completed within the time-frame given and the price on the Ford was extremely reasonable. We will be back!

Great group of guys who I have been recommended several times. Prices are about average for a tire shop. Anything with cars is expensive but they arent the highest, but also arent the lowest. You get what you pay for but regardless the price, the guys at Garrett do a very good job, are pretty speedy, customer friendly, and just looking to help. They do a wide variety of services, not just tires.

I am a woman and its great to go into an auto shop and not have to worry about dealing with weasels. Example: The week before, they fixed a flat (different tire) which saved me the expense of having to buy a new tire.This week, I got a flat on a different tire (unlucky!). They were able to quickly replace my flat tire with a new one of the same brand, size, and series (would have bought two new tires, but couldnt fit it in the budget). Even though their website didnt have any scheduled appointments, Tyler and Chase were able to squeeze me in. They gave me a great price and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. TL;DR: An honest mechanic who could have taken an out-of-towner to the cleaners, but instead provided some of the best auto repair service Ive received.On the way into town from another state, my cars check engine light came on. I found Garrett Tire/Auto online, saw that the reviews were good, and asked if I could drop it off that night for a check. He said they were busy the next day but could squeeze me in late that next afternoon. At 8:59am, I had a text saying theyd checked my car and found the problem. I called, a technician explained the issue and my options (including the Really, with this, you could just let it be for a while. It wont really be an issue. -- no pressure to fix it!), and when I said that I wanted it fixed he told me it should be ready around 4:00pm. At 11:11am, I got another text -- my car was ready. The price was great, the service was amazing, and the people were friendly and very helpful and worked SO quickly! And I appreciate the honesty of You could just let it be, while telling me what would eventually happen (nothing serious, just an annoyance). So there was no pressure to get it fixed, transparency regarding costs, and a faster time table than was indicated. I highly recommend, and Ive recommended them already to my family in Northwest Arkansas.
