If I could rate this company a zero I would. I don’t even know where to begin. Now on the third boat through warranty because the boat keeps coming apart on the bottom where it’s welded together. We haven’t had our boat in over 8 MONTHS! In the beginning they said they were going to give us a new boat because of the circumstances. No one on the customer service will answer or call back to let us know any updates today, When they do answer they can’t even tell us an updated status. Finally got in touch with someone through the warranty center and told us it was going to be at least ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. They lady I talked to named “Sam” today at the corporate office told me she was the only person I could talk to and she can’t help me and hung up on me? Definitely going be contacting a lawyer at this point. And DO NOT BUY A BOAT OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. They can not take care of existing customers so how can they take care of new ones? And on another note... if 2021 tracker boats are in store why are we still out of a boat we were promised to be compensated for? Needless to say. Still making boat payments with no boat. What a joke this company is. I would be embarrassed to work at this establishment.
I’m in the same situation as a lot of these other customers with Tracker marine. I purchased a $35,000 boat and have had troubles from the beginning. First the boat we were looking at did not have a promo like the other boats did so I inquired about the gift card promo and was told “yes, this boat comes with a $1,000 gift card”. Great I’ll take it! Only to be told later “sorry it was a mistake your boat doesn’t apply to the gift card promo after I have already been approved through the bank. I thought it’s not a big deal mistakes happen because my family just wants our boat for the remainder of the summer.Finally after not communicating with me I call asking about the boat and when I can pick it up they tell me well the boat cover manufacturer is running behind and then we have inventory on Monday so maybe we can get your boat to you on Tuesday. If they would have communicated with me I would have told them to not worry about the boat cover and I would take it in after the summer.After the walk through we take out the boat the next day only to find out that we are missing several parts and I can’t take my girls tubing that day. I then call and find out only 1 of the 3 parts are in stock so I make the 100 plus mile round trip grab the part (no apology whatsoever) to finish out the rest of the day on the lake. It is now 8 months later and I am still waiting on one of the parts.I am then told you need a 20 hour tuneup on the motor at the time of the walk through so I schedule a winterization with a local boat shop to drop the oil out of the lower unit as I don’t want to ruin anything before I really get to use my boat. Fast forward to 8 weeks ago when I schedule the tuneup and am told “oh, Mercury recommends a 100 hour tuneup these days” so your telling me that I could have been using my boat all season already and now I am waiting on you to get my boat back after you have already had it for 2 weeks.I’m more than fed up with the service I have received as I am a super patient person but this is honestly one of the most frustrating things I have dealt with. I should have taken my best friends advice when he told me about the horrible service he received as well in the past. I would seriously think twice before making a purchase at any Tracker marine center as I can totally understand why the place has a 1 star google review rating at the time of writing this.
I worked for BP and tracker and the customer complaints are completely valid. The boat factories are a disaster. Quality control is non existent and workers are mistreated. Extremely hostile work environment. I transferred away because I couldnt handle seeing such awful behavior towards other people.
Purchase the new tracker boat from a tracker dealer only had the boat in the water four times been at the shop for over two months since no been at the shop four to five times to get warranty work done tracker cant seem to get parts there till you had to boat fixed would never buy another tracker boat very rude people at the corporate office for customer relations contacts trying to get the boat purchased back under the lemon law theyre not even willing to talk too me
The Tracker boat that I purchased is a good boat, no complaints about it. But, it was damaged in an accident and trying to get Tracker to refer me to someone who can repair it hasnt been a good experience. Their response is Contact your closest Bass Pro. That would be great - I live four miles from one. But, Bass Pro is non-responsive to anything - no call back on multiple voice mails and no response to email. The same experience with the two closest BPs to me. And when I ask Tracker for someone else, their response is Contact your closest Bass Pro, if they dont respond keep trying. If I cant get a response from BP in two weeks, they arent worth giving my money to. And if Tracker cant help their customers in this situation, they arent worth buying a boat from. Im stuck with using some random back alley boat shop for the repairs, and they said that Tracker wont ship parts to them until their next manufacturing run for the part thats needed, which they said will be in 30-60 days.

I will never buy a Tracker or step foot in a Bass Pro again. Our brand new boat has multiple things wrong with it and wasn’t even the one we orderd. They won’t give me the $1000 gift card that was part of the promotion and is also listed on my receipt. They still haven’t given us the boat cover ($1000 that we’ve already paid for) or our state registration and it’s been 6 weeks!!!! No one will answer or call back, and if you leave an email with customer service....they email you back with, “contact the customer service phone number”. I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m just listing a few things, but could go on. This place is a joke and clearly about to go under. Major $35k purchase that should have been exciting for my family. I’ve had better customer service at a gas station or fastfood restaurant.

Cannot get them to honor the rebate I was promised. Customer service is horrible. I was told different stories about it by different people.
Called in to find the status on the repairs on. my boat that has been sitting at my local BPS for 5 weeks now transferred me to a department that was closed .
Worst purchase of my life, thought I was buying a new boat, vynal floor was lose in several areas, you can see trash under the floor, console scratches, finder on trailer scratch, plug in for lights broke and dirty! Dont ever hand over check until you go over boat!
Very poor customer service! They brag about having the best warranty in the business, but they will not own up to poor workmanship!!!
