New owner really cares about customer service. Dont let any previous experiences at this location put you off. Im amazed at the great customer service this dealership provides. I went to turn-in a leased vehicle on Sat and they gave money back. Ive never heard of such a thing. So, on Monday, I went back to purchase a new vehicle. They were able to find the vehicle I wanted - didnt force me to accept something on the lot. They gave me a good price and worked to get the most for my trade-in. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced because I know they will take care of me.

Absolutely horrible. I will never take my car back nor purchase from this location. I will be writing a full review and complaint.They will try to take advantage of you if you’re a woman.I had a horrible experience. I have only taken my car to browns Nissan in ffx or your location (previously know as leckners Nissan) I took my car in last Thursday morning, for an engine light diagnostic test and part recall fix. I get a call later that morning - they suggest my car stay overnight (very matter of fact and no apologies on the fact they don’t have a loaner car available) pretty much leave me Carless. They say they need to run an overnight pressure test because 14 codes were lighting up and I can’t take my car because my engine might overheat (they said they think the coolant was leaking into the engine) Well it would be $400 dollars but no cost if I decide to do the repairs. They quoted me $5000 worth of work on my 2014 Nissan (worth maybe $15000) they completely tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman and had no clue what they were talking about. My husband went there Friday morning to pick up the car. Which has been running perfect (with absolutely no work done) Beware these guys have no shame in trying to rack up costs on repairs you don’t need.

Jimmy Moore was extremely helpful, I was there before and James Westbrooks assisted me, he was also very helpful and gave me so much information.Leather was installed in the car and Mr. Moore kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated . Colan Williams the salesperson was sooo nice and friendly right from the beginning. He was very thorough in answering all of the questions my mother and I had and he was also very patient with the both of us (especially since my mom doesnt speak fluent English so it was nice of him to be patient as I had to translate to make sure she understood everything). We took up a lot of his day but he stayed with us from beginning to end and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. I come to this Nissan anytime my car needs servicing. I’ve been to quite a few Nissans in different states but this is by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. My engine was recalled and thankfully the head mechanic was able to catch it right before my warranty ended. Chris and Adam made sure they accommodated me with a rental and made my process as seamless as possible. Ive been pressured in the past to pay for an unnecessary fixes at other dealerships but they ensured that this location does not operate like that and they have yet to prove me wrong. Chris always makes my service trips a stress free environment and my car and I are happy and grateful for him.

Loved it. Sold my Mazda to this dealer and finally got a much needed upgrade. It was sad to leave my car but the new car definitely helped me on quickly. Its safety features saved me from plowing into the rear of another vehicle, that last minute stopped on yellow. If it wasnt for the last minute beeping I would be in the hospital by now. Also had it not yelled at me to put on my seat belt I would flown through my windshield.

Very disappointing experience!! I heard an offer on the radio for DoD Employees so I jumped on it. The ad stated if you work for DoD, make $450 a week, you will be approved. I jumped on the deal, drove 45 mins just to get there and of course the ad was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It was nothing NEAR what was advertised. They ran my credit, I needed a co-signer, I got one and then they wanted all of my co-workers personal information….WHY???! Your AD stated if you are a DoD employee, make $450 a week, you are approved. They don’t work for DoD, I do. We left and was promised they would work something out for me to get my vehicle, received three call backs and none of them made sense. One manager told me, “the car I wanted to trade in, sell it to a person not like CarMax and put a down payment on the new vehicle 😳! I would not have gotten half the money I owe on the vehicle. So, if you work for DoD….BEWARE!! To date, I haven’t received a call to “work something out”!! False advertising should be a CRIME, wasted my time 🙄!

Chris was very helpful through out my entire visit. I came in for an oil change, light bulb replacement and tire rotation. This is my second visit. I appreciated how the dealership moved customers out of that small cramped waiting room into the show room. I felt more relaxed while waiting for mt car to be serviced. I will be back.

He went over all of the services and preventive maintenance details that I would need and gave me an idea of the costs for future routine maintenance needs. This place is great. I was so uncertain about if I was going to get a new car. The sales rep even broke down the prices between a New 2021 Nissan Altima SV and 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD and how the prices was that bit of a difference. The finance Director Bob worked out a great deal for me got me a discount and a amazing warranty on my vehicle. I got the New 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SV AWD. After 30 days since financing and trading in my old car for a new car at Hart Nissan of Springfield VA, I have had the worst experience ever! It took over 3 weeks for Harts payment to reach my credit union for the trade payoff, and the check was returned and didnt clear! Now Im 30 days after purchasing my new car and waiting for this problem to be resolved. In addition, my new vehicle is not showing as registered with DMV, and I dont feel confident that Hart Nissan processed my registration either. I appreciate Colin and Terrance for their sales support, but overall Im completely disappointed being a customer who has had to be a liasion between the dealership and my credit union to resolve a payment issue that wouldnt have happened anywhere else. I may now need to follow-up with DMV on my own despite that Ive already paid to have my tags transferred and registered on the new car. Awful experience!!

Hart Nissan had my car for 24 hours and I never received a phone call with an update. The phone number on my service ticket was incorrect. I gave the service rep my updated phone number when I dropped my car off, yet for some reason no one used it to tell me what was wrong with my car. When I finally got ahold of someone they sent me a service ticket for over $1,000 of repairs which I did not bring my car for. I had them fix only my sunroof that was leaking. When it was complete I STILL did not receive a call to say it was done. They STILL did not correct my phone number after I gave it to ANOTHER service tech.
I went to this dealership as a last resort because I was in desperate need of another vehicle. When I pulled up into the lot I was greeted by James Wes Westbrooks and he helped me throughout my entire processed there. Upon arriving at Hart Nissan I was met by Younes, at first I was expecting to meet with the person I schedule an appointment with. Maybe Hart Nissan should inform potential clients that they will be seeing an actual salesperson and not meeting with the person who scheduled the appointment. I actually prefer a women salesperson but Hart Nissan doesnt have female salespersons. Hmmm, In any event, Younes was my salesperson, we developed a good re pore and the buying begins. Like most car-buying processes this took less time than normal and I appreciated that. Bob was also a great help with the end process with his extensive knowledge in the car business. All in all, it was a great experience that I would recommend to family and friends.

Had a 9am appointment on a Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Took over an hour to even get a quote on what they wanted to do to the car, a list which included some understandable routine maintenance (air filters, etc.) as well as at least one obvious cash grab that was not part of manufacturer recommended maintenance that they suggested with no explanation of why they were recommending it (fuel induction cleaning on a 2017 with zero issues). Even after agreeing on what services they would provide, it took forever. We were there well over 3 hours.But I wouldnt have bothered to come leave a review except we realized when we got home that they had swapped our license plate frames which listed our previous dealer for ones that advertised Hart. They did this without asking for permission to do so or even notifying us that they had done so. It was incredibly presumptuous, turned us into a driving billboard for a dealership we were not pleased with, and unnecessarily added extra time to an already interminably long wait for basic, routine maintenance.We wont be back, and the license plate frames were the final straw.

They advertise that you are welcome even if you have a bad credit but with a not so good create, you show up and they try to sell you a car so bad even a junkyard will not try to sell. In a nutshell, you will be made to feel bad, unwelcome, and uncomfortable.

Deal of the year for a Certified vehicle, fast and Friendly service. Mike McGuire was honest and straight to the point. We did the purchase and got out with a clean car in about 2h, and that included the test drive and financing part. If you have your own financing ready Im sure it can be done much faster. But speed aside, deal is a deal and all your questions should be answered. So prepare yourself, do your homework on new or used car, learn as much as possible about the model, and its problems (Non is perfect, even Toyotas break sometimes) and check all the dealerships in the area before you go out into any of them. Unless you know what are you paying for the car(exact amount) up front. Be prepared to leave almost 90% of the time.And dont worry the deal that is on just today. It will be back next week or next month. Leave a number... They will call you back..Try it.

After leaving another dealership (rhymes with minority Nissan) that was trying to squeeze me for unnecessary services and ignoring my desire for warranty repairs, I came to Hart Nissan Springfield. It was out of the way (40 miles) but I had little choice. They addressed my concern about utilizing my extended warranty to replace my obviously damaged transmission. Mara Sealock, JJ and team immediately assessed and confirmed my damage, filed my claim to the warranty company, defended my repairs with the claims adjuster as if it were their own vehicle, and got my Nissan repaired in no time at no cost to me (except a very small deductible). There was a lot of red tape to go through, however Mara constantly kept me in the loop almost daily for big & small status updates, and I was never kept in the dark if a couple of days went by with little progress; she kept my optimism high. Hart Nissan is out my way, but they are worth the drive. Their customer service is outstanding, and never forced any unnecessary services on me. JJ had sat down with me, listened to my horror story about that other dealership and didnt beat around the bush, gave am a straight yes, we can get that warranty repair done. He didnt assume blatant abuse, tomfoolery or misuse of my vehicle on my part like the other dealership accused me of [street racing - I was insulted, incorrectly accused and not amused]. Hart Nissan has integrity. Trust them always.

The “new” car they brought out for the test drive has a hole in the bumper and broke down less than a block away. The sales associate didn’t bring a plate for the drive and asked us to fuel up the car. Absolute waste of time. We made an appointment and they were the opposite of prepared. Don’t waste your time at this dealer. Experience screamed SCAM and SLEEZY
My husbands vehicle needed service and a recall check. The appointment was easy to do online. I got reminders. The service staff was efficient and friendly. I wasnt hard sold to do anything other than what I requested, but they gave me a list of items to consider for future service. The work was completed in good time. I was very pleased overall.

I am very happy and satisfied with my experience with Hart Nissan. I dropped my murano to take care of some issues found on state inspection. I had shopped around and luckily decided to call these guys.Not only did the Manager Jay J helped me to get the most affordable recommendations but also advised me what was going on during the service.I left feeling that I was well taken care of and got alot of maintenance done at an affordable price that I would have procrastinated on. Recommend for routine maintenance as prices are reasonable . I experienced good old fashioned customer service and thoughtful and helpful advice for as an individual intimidated with going to the mechanics. Great experience and satisfaction especially dealing with my service advisor Mr. Ever who is an exceptionally courteous and have polite tone talking to me from the day I dropped to the day i took my car (though I didnt see him and only on the phone) explaining step by step all the issue associated with my car. Though the quote is pricey, I am satisfied with this gentlemans service and the company should be proud to have him. He is as an asset to the Rocking Nissan

I went to Hart Nissan looking to buy a car on fair credit. Expectation wasnt good. I hadnt bought a vehicle in 20 years. I left there in a 2021 Altima with 14 miles on it.
The best car buying experience I have ever had. I was leasing a Nissan with 18 months left on my lease in a car I got talked into. The Nissan dealership I signed the lease through said there was nothing they could do. I went into Rocking Nissan on a whim and left with my dream car, a 2019 Nissan Murano SL Premium package. It was exactly what I was looking for. Jason my sales rep. pretty much asked me what I wanted and how much my budget was and when the numbers werent what I was looking for he went back several times until he got the answer I was looking for. The finance manager worked the deal in my favor and was able to get me where I wanted to be. Mo the general manager was very friendly and seemed truly happy to see me get what I wanted. I would recommend Rocking Nissan, 100 percent, ask for Jason!
