We recently purchased a Toyota Camry here and I cannot say enough good things about the dealership. We worked with Anthony Archuleta and we never felt rushed, he worked with us as we test drove different cars, and answered all our questions. If he didnt know the answer, he found it. We never felt pressured and honestly felt like we were working with a friend, although it was the first time meeting him. On top of that, I brought my car in for service, and he saw me in the waiting area and came in to say hi and ask if I needed anything while I was there. Happy with the car. Happy with the experience. Happy with Reliable. Anthony and Reliable made buying a car a very easy experience for us. Thank you Anthony!

We went for an oil change on my car, as usual. (I bought my first car here in 2010. I al a LONGTIME customer.) My husband went to the parts counter. He got gas additive, which I was also getting. Because mine was with my service it was $4 more. ??? I didnt even ask them to pour it in!Then, they misdirected us which direction they had parked my vehicle. ( I recently had knee surgery.) Time to find a new dealership!!

I came to Reliable Toyota looking for a used car to replace my old one. Adam Clair greeted us quickly, but not with the stereotypical salesman aggressiveness. He got to know what I was hoping to get out of my new purchase and suggested cars that would fit the bill, while also showing me the vehicles that I had done some research on. He stayed in touch after our first meeting and sent short recorded videos that added a great personal touch to all of our interactions.When it came to the actual purchase of the vehicle, he was great in trying to understand the price I had offered and seemed very eager in helping to make that price work for both of us. He was also very upfront with all of the fees that would be included and answered every question I had about how the process of switching my vehicle registration/tags/etc. to the new vehicle would work. In addition, Adams managers were also very forward about making sure Adam had answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and helped out in any way I needed. I would definitely recommend Adam Clair as a salesman to anyone looking for a new/used car, and will definitely come back to Reliable Superstore/Toyota for any future vehicles if possible.

MUST READ 1/30/21 REVISEDRented a car here,and of all the places we called this was the cheapest to rent...car was a 2020 Corolla and was real happy with the car...will definitely go there again,fer sher...went there again but couldnt rent a car because when we tried to pay with our debit card they told us they no longer honor debit cards to rent cars,this after we used our debit card the last time we rented a car...they only use credit cards now...but with debit cards you can run them as debit or credit,but that didnt matter to them...so its off to Enterprise Rental where cars are even better and cheaper...

2021 Toyota purchased 10/14/20 - Been waiting for a call back from Customer Relations B4 writing this but after 14 days of refusal to contact me -- here it goes.Everything was fine till the finance guy steps in. I m a believer in Extended Warranties so I guess that made me an easy target..First thing I let him know is I have no interest in the paint protection. This gave the expert in deception heads up to know how to proceed.He concentrates on the MPP (third party-not Toyota) Maintenance Plan which they have precisely packaged on a paper to include a club add on that will protect you from key loss, windshield damage, dings and tire repairs..For only 3 years .. (not mentioned as you are being sold on a 96 month/100,000 mile warranty) AND it is not mentioned that the club will be billed separately at the cost of $1536.00.Never did he mention that the paint protection was also to be billed separately at a cost of $1203.00.The third item of course is the real Extended Warranty at a cost of $3160.00. (I only found this cost breakdown later after the deal was signed - I know .. my bad.)When I ask him about the cost of this Extended Warranty prior to the many paper to be signed he says wait till we see what finance rate I can get for you ..When I see the offer from his manager on my best interest rate (and he throws in a rather odd 66 month payoff schedule) I feel ready to sign.I will accept any insults thrown at me now.. I should have read EVERY paper in front of me.. My bad.BUT when I did discover the ZAKTEK paint on the itemized paper I returned to let them know - I did not want that and it was not on the car (you could feel there was nothing on the fresh paint, and they did not have time to get it done.) They informed me that it must include all three items - no way to get just one or the other.LIESWhen I called the third party Warranty company (MPP) they inform me that of course you do not have to take all three. In fact you can get your money back on any one EXCEPT the paint protection (which I did - of course)But Although I am still waiting for that money to hit my Toyota Finance account I have been wondering if they really can force customers to take all three.That is the phone call I am waiting for.Lastly Buyer Beware! The (real) Toyota Extended Warranty for 8 years and 100,000 miles can be purchased from Midwest Toyota (Kansas) at around $1,100.00 ( ask for Jerry Johnson)DO NOT fall for that third party BS. And be advised they WILL lie to you and feel no pressure from any other Toyota Corporate entity to return your calls and work with you when confronted with a complaint.

Worst sales representatives that do not care about the customer. I have been through two of them and they pretend to care at first but if they can not make that first higher sale to you when it’s not even the exact car you want they will forget about you. They only care about quick easy sales. After I first made a purchase management reached out to me to see how everything went. When I expressed that I was not happy at all they had another sales representative reach out to me. He tried to pretend to help me for a bit but ultimately stopped caring and not wanting to get the exact car I want. Even when I started to decide on buying brand new he simply stopped caring and didn’t reach out to me anymore. I would not recommend reliable BMW or Lexus to anyone if customer service actually matters to you. If you want to be forgotten and pushed into a car you don’t really car for then by all means give them a try. I would give zero stars if I could.

Came in to look at the used E class (its still for sale) a month ago. Its still there and it was listed for 21899 or so. Sales guy wouldnt budge much on the price at the time. Today its listed for 2000 lower. This just shows they never tell you the lowest price they can go to. Disappointing.

Matt Vandiver at Reliable Toyota is a class act. I was referred to him and definitely wasn’t disappointed. As a female college student buying a car on her own, I definitely had several bad experiences with other salesmen along the way, but had none of this with Matt! He respected my budget and brand preferences, and was more than helpful, trustworthy, and informative during the entire process.He is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and kind. I was just trying to get a good car there and they said they had a good car that I saw online and I was going for that car in particular but then they showed me another two and then the guy kind of sat down with me and it was it was pretty creepy and he was like oh hey there you looking to buy this car this and was just kind of off put by his just kind of forcing the car on me and then when he couldnt Force the car on me he tried to force the car on who I was with and that didnt work out and eventually we left and they had actually sold the car that we were looking at the very next day so I really cant say this was a pleasant experience

Two weeks ago i was in a major car accident. It wasnt my fault and my car was totaled. I owned my car and had no payment. i loved my car. I was very depressed and in much pain from the accident. I had to rent a car to get to and from doctors appointments and make the hard choices of either paying bills and working, or taking care of my damaged body. I was off work for two weeks and drowning in dept. and this point I had maxed out my credit card and my credit took a nose dive. I called so many car places, even the never say no places. who got me approved for a car that they were asking way over the worth of the car at such a high payment that i would literally be paying more for the car than for my mortgage! I even went to my credit Union who approved me for a loan but had crazy impossible terms and conditions that made it impossible to find a car. Throughout this ordeal I was talking to Leo from Reliable Toyota who after i texted him telling him my bank approved me but had crazy terms which prevented me from getting a decent car, I expressed to him how hopeless i felt. He was with me via text through my whole ordeal texting me and giving me advice with where to try and apply with my credit the way it was. Not once did he push me to buy a car from him. but he offered to help in any way he could. feeling discouraged and defeated after my bank visit he said come here and ill try to help you the best i can. Keep your head up with that and without any hope that i would get approved from a really big dealership since even the buy here pay here places denied me, I drove my expensive rental car over to Reliable.My phone died as i walked into the door so i didnt have any of my required info. but we got creative and he was able to get everything he needed. we chatted while we waited and he helped calm me down form the stressful weeks that i had following the accident. He came back and told me one of the banks he was talking to may be able to work with me. He gave me all the terms and conditions. He was open with me that the payments may be around $360 at 60 months and 14% APR due to my credit. I was just happy we were able to get a bank to say yes. Kevin from the bank asked me about my motorcycle which didnt show any payments on it since last year due to a legal hold on any information from a lawsuit going on between them and the company i bought the bike from. i still made the payments on it and explained the situation the best i could. Kevin also explained to me i still had a collections open from 2015 that was supposed to have been paid off in 2015. it has been effecting my credit since then. Kevin told me he got what he needed and he will be in touch with toyota shortly.I sat back in the waiting room stressing about how much i was going to be paying a month and trying to figure out a budget. Leo came in a few minutes later and gave me a double high five. I could have cried from relief! He said we got approved and all i have left is the easy part of signing the paperwork. I went into the back office to sign. As the financial guy was telling me the payments, amounts terms and warranty...i realized: Leo didnt just sell me a car. He also was fighting back and forth with the bank to get me a lower rate. My proposed rate was $360 a month. Leo got it down to $240! He also lowered the asking price of the car from 11,700 to the Kelly Blue Book value of the car...so he could get me the best warranty that covered EVERYTHING for the car for 12 months without making me pay more! this is the first time i have bought a car from a major dealer and Reliable Toyota made the stressful process so much easier than i thought it could ever be! Leo gave me peace of mind and release from spending more money than i had for the rental. He also drove behind me to the rental place to drop off the rental car so i could drive my new car home straight from there. Leo Simmons was my saving angel in the guide of a used car salesman.
