Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Williams, was friendly and helpful. Dr. Williams does a wonderful job explaining how my vision is changing and actively checks for changes on a couple of freckles in my eyes. She thoroughly explains my retinal scans and the changes that she is looking for.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Williams and her Fabulous staff!!

Everyone here was not just extremely professional, all incredibly nice people. Lets be real, gang. Most people arent real jazzed to hit up the eye doctor. Would recommend these folks to anyone, and recommend them highly.

The girl at the desk and doctor were wonderful. The issue was with the short handed aspect. I was seen 40 minutes late and I was the first patient. The doctor was late.If my appointment is for 9.20 the doctor should be on premises to service. She was not. Then blamed on being short handed a girl.I believe the doctor was totally at fault.My time is just as valuable….respect for each other… love… and one would see the fault

Efficient front desk staff, courteous assistant explained the four machine operations needed and struck the right tone between empathy and kindness with getting the job done, and the optometrist was friendly, authoritative, professional, and efficient. It was fabulous. Dr did not try to sell me glasses as I need surgery and get glasses afterwards if needed. She went over everything and also gave some names of surgeons. Good experience.

The exam was easy and the doctor explained everything she found. When I went to the frame section the lady took me to a section and said pick from here. So I picked a few set of frames. I needed 2. I later found out I was taken to the designer section, which designer is not a necessity. My bill came to 679.00 for 2 pair of glasses. Lesson learned. Pay attention to what your looking at before you choose.

Everyone was wonderful! The girls got me in quickly as I had an infection in my eye. The Doctor was great! Highly recommend for fast and quick medical service.

Where do I start. The staff was lovely! The women working there were absolute dolls! So helpful & sweet. In times like these, their staff made me feel welcome & safe. I came back twice, one week apart, for my exam & a training for contact lenses (an amazing service they provide!). They were so patient & supportive. I really love the atmosphere they created. The Doctors were also very informative & polite. They genuinely make me want to come to the eye doctor which I could not say before! Thank you so much to the staff and doctors, you are outstanding!

The wait was longer than I expected but the care is always professional and friendly.

Overall my eye exam with Vivid Eyecare was easy. I will say that the young lady that did my pre-screening could have been a little more enthusiastic about her job.

I was very pleased with my session with Dr. Zelinka, now my new eye doctor. She was warm, clear and professional in taking me through the steps of the examination. Her work followed the introductory steps managed by a young lady at the front desk who was also warm, clear and professional in putting me through the three tests required. I look forward to next years appointment.

Jade did my pre-screening. She was so nice and outgoing. She explained everything she did step by step. Dr. Williams is the best doctor ever. She never rushes you through your appointment and shows genuine concern about what you have to say.

Over all my experience was good. These are the things I have questions about.....(1st) I fill out paper work that ask if I want the quicker Optomap for $40 or the regular Dilation, I check off the regular Dilation. (2nd) I see the technician and after she perform her test she asked me if I want the Optomap I reply no, then she says the if the Dr. Dilates me I will have to come back for this procedure because of the number of patients allowed in office at one time. (3rd) See Dr. she does not Dilate me, she just examines my eye. Why would I be asked to pay $40 for the quick Optomap when the doctor did not even dilate my eyes. I feel that I was ask to choose something that was necessary but quicker, when the doctor did not perform the slower procedure??????????????????????? Was this all about money, not my eye health?

Trust in your doctor is essential to any health care experience. Dr. Williams goes beyond the expectations of her patients. I consistently believe my eye health is well managed whenever I SEE this practice

I am so excited to know I will be getting the correct reading glasses I need. I have seen Doctor Williams detect eye problems that Wills Eye Hospital struggled to detect. I will always return to Vivid Eye care in the future. After having my exam today, no surprise that everything went great. The staff was great, very friendly and professional. Everyone at the Eye Exam was great and welcoming, including final cost.As far as the Eye Glass and Frames section, it was very bad. Prices were out of this world, from another planet. Over $800.00 for lenses only, without the Frame. WOW!!!

I took my 11-year old daughter in for an appointment yesterday. My daughter wanted to try contact lens and was nervous about putting the lenses into her eyes. Dr Menear and her staff not only spent 90-minutes working with her, but they really educated her on everything she would experience with the lenses. My daughter successfully installed the lenses on her own this morning! Five star experience. 👍
