Just got into Nintendo games and have not a clue about these things. The girl that worked today, Sunday October 31 was so helpful for my lack of knowledge she definitely made up for that! She was very knowledgeable and nice! Thank you.

Been going to this gamestop for years. You can pre order games as well as pokemon cards. Staff is great will offer collectors edition if available.

Selection at this store is pretty good. The staff was very friendly and fun to talk to. We were able to find what we were looking for without any trouble. Since this is my local GameStop I will be back many times in the future.

Ordered a game for curbside pickup in the afternoon. Decided to pick up my order once I was done with work. This was the only location anywhere near me that had what I wanted. I arrived to this location at 4:15 pm and saw a sign on the door that they were closed for a break until 5 pm. No where on website or Google does it say the store is closed for an entire hour break. I drove a half hour to get my item and came home empty handed because everyone working in that place decided to take a break all at once and leave no one to help customers. Ridiculous. I will not be coming back here again once I get my item I purchased

The employees here really went above and beyond to help us out last year with a refurbished switch.

Service is bland. You can tell the employees enjoy working their up until they have to do their jobs. We have had bad experiences here and no longer go there anymore, just like blockbuster this is a dying industry.

The manager working that day was incredibly helpful. We (my boyfriend and I) went in to buy a Nintendo Switch, but didnt know exactly what we needed or even wanted all the way. He talked us through all of our options and gave us amazing suggestions, and we walked out ecstatic about our purchase. I feel as though we got a wonderful deal on everything, and were able to find all that we were looking for in our purchase.

They took my ps4 for a trade in for a new pro without any problems. The guy was extremely friendly and explained all the steps of the trade in so I could understand better.

This gamestops customer service is amazing, Ive been going to this one for a while now and everyone there is so nice and the environment is so friendly. If you need help or cant find a game they will check other stores in the area to see if the have it.

One of the better locations Ive ever been to. Quick and helpful service. On release days its a little slow when lines back up, but the rest of the time theres no issues.

As always, GameStop is the best place to shop for video games. Most of the titles are at good prices, the employees never fail to be helpful and friendly, and I can usually find what I want. I would suggest GameStop to any type of gamer, from couch gamer to PC gamer to hardcore player to casual player, you cant find better that GameStop.

This is my favorite gamestop to go to. The staff are all pretty hard core gamers, but they dont make you feel dumb if you arent as hardcore. They always are helpful and patient with my kids which I appreciate because I know that they can be hard to deal with.

Brilliant customer service on display today by Cheyenne! She was very helpful, knowledgeable and made our visit a enjoyable one.We had a game reserved, a exchange and needed to purchase another game. Despite being very buisy and the only employee in the store, she manage to do a wonderful job.

Always friendly staff, Ive never been treated poorly. I feel like a customer, not a sales figure. Ordering ahead for an item purchase is always advised, that way you can pick your item up easily. You can also check online to reserve items and see if they have what you need in stock.

My husband and I have been here multiple times. We are always welcomed when we walk in the door by the employees. This store usually has the games we are looking for but if they dont, they will check other stores for you. It is always organized and its easy to read the game titles that are on display as well.

She gave me straight forward advice on the gaming systems I asked about, and helped me choose the one the best met my needs. And there was no upsale. I left with exactly what I needed and felt like it was a fair price. They were busy when I got there, but I didnt have to wait long time get help

I came in to see if they had a specific console. They didn’t, but still helped me try to find the best deal and seemed very enthusiastic. You could tell they actually cared about their jobs.

Nice place to find used it games

This is the only GameStop I go to anymore. I pass 2 GameStop locations on the way to this one but that is how worth it going to this location is. They generally know what theyre talking about. I havent been given a bad recommendation here. Theyre always really nice and easy to work with. Best GameStop location in Utah County hands down.

It is so fun to go visit and see all the stuff they have. They are always up to date and the personnel is very kind.

This Gamestop used to be a good place to visit, but in the past year the five or so times I have been there, the tall bald guy with glasses (at least i think he had glasses) has been rude about any questions I have asked. When I went in a few days ago, I told him about a new game I bought from them for my Nintendo Switch (Zelda Breath of the Wild), and how it froze every time I got to the main menu. I asked him nicely if I could return it and he said something like I dont care if you buy it and something is wrong after five minutes, a deal is a deal. When I asked if there was anything I could do, he said its not my problem. Super rude, I will never come back.

I showed up just as Jenna was closing the doors. She reopened them to let me in so I could buy a game. As someone who has worked retail I know how big a pain this is. She was gracious and didnt skip a beat providing great customer service. Appreciate the help!

Out of all of the GameStops in Utah County, this one is the best. The service is awesome and the game selection is better than any other location. I would honestly prefer this store over any others in their district.

My home-based store has the best product related staff who are very quickly checkout but they are also patient when talking with customers about anything in store or online. Their website I find very helpful + if your a PRO member you are Royalty.

You can find most stuff for your gaming needs. And the staff are really nice.

Many of their switch games are less expensive than the Nintendo store or Walmart. It pays to comparison shop.

I was there for the late-night release of Kingdom Hearts 3 and I was very impressed! Everything went quickly and smoothly, and the employees were polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

Its a gamestop. Anything you need for your gaming needs. Except for pc of course but still a spot for the kiddos for sure.

Teagan was EXTREMELY rude. When we went to ask for help on where an item was in the store, she flat out told us she didnt have time to help us. She didnt direct us to another employee, she just rudly expressed that she cant right now. After that comment, she complained about her job to the other staff members and then talked down to the entire rest of the staff. I usually really enjoy going to GameStop and we shop there frequently, but we get awful customer service every single time we go to this store. I would NOT recommend shopping at this location.

Always kinda sketchy. They did honor their refund policy, but tried to get us to buy something else and even though it was less than a week wont refund the warranty.

I go here with my brother Chandler here alot to preordered game and grt Funko pops. They are always helpful, and honest. The story is nice and neat, and they always great every costumers that walks in. They are always helpful to answer any questions.

Average prices.They used to have this absurd, fenced-in shopping layout like they have in IKEA where you follow this pre-determined track through the store. That was just completely insane. They got rid of that, thankfully.

Informative employees,They can be rather slow checking out, getting returns or exchanges and when selling them old or used games and systems. The exchange rate is comperable to other places. That being said you get very little for what you exchange. So just be aware. Parkinglot They have a good selection of new and used games ect. I would give more stars if customer service was better.

DO NOT buy from Gamestop if you think you may want to return a console. Best Buy, Walmart, Costco and MOST retailers will accept your console and give your money back, no questions asked. However, if you buy a new console from Gamestop, they will not accept your return, only offer you less than half of what you purchased it for or do a swap for an identical product. The manager explained that they fall under the same laws as pawn shops.... buy from another retailer if I were you!!!
