I really appreciated the help they offered. They had good advice and helped me through the process of getting a new phone. They were knowledgeable and helped find a phone that fits me. They were a little confusing on the exact price of the phone which was a little worrying. Although, I was able to get a good deal so I was happy with what I got.

Chance was nice enough, he said two accessories per iphone were “included with the total cost of the phones’ taxes.” We asked if that meant the accessories were free. He just repeated that they were included in the total cost. When you don’t answer a question with “no” you are implying a “yes.” Got home, saw on receipt that we were charged full price for the accessories, called and asked Chance about it, he replied that he never said they were free, Verizon trains them not to say the word “free.” But Verizon and its employees are fine implying something is free.Why would you need to say “the cost of those items is included in the total you pay”? Of course you have to pay for something before you leave the store with it, saying that Verizon includes up to two accessories with each iPhone purchase implies they’re free. Just be honest, we were gonna’ buy the accessories anyway, but being taken advantage of makes you feel gross long after. Buyer beware…ask them directly about “included accessories” if you’re unsure…say “Are these free of charge, yes or no?” Don’t let them wiggle out of it, ask for a yes or no answer so you at least know what you’re being charged for. I hope Verizon and Chance do better in the future, he was a nice and helpful guy in every other respect.

Chance is seriously the best. He deserves more than 5 stars. I came in to switch mine and my husband’s phone plan over to Verizon, and our previous phone company was being extremely difficult to work with. Chance was patient and kept assuring me that everything would be okay and he would get us taken care of. He went above and beyond. Definitely the person you want to work with when it comes to this kind of stuff!

Chance was super knowledgeable and helped us upgrade a phone. He knows the options very well and helped us find one that worked for our budget. The only part that didnt feel right was an accessory purchased at a price higher that we could have purchased directly from Apple. It was the USB-C brick for the charging cable. Other than that we are very happy with the new phone!

Ross at Russell Cellular was a pleasure to work with. Previously, I had some difficulties dealing with national Verizon reps over the phone and in chats. I purchased a phone on the website (with the help of a rep over a chat). I later found out I was misled on when it would be available. Then, in attempting to cancel the order online, by chat, and by telephoning customer service, I was given the runaround. No matter what I did I was unable to get them to cancel my order. This was important because my account show I was no longer eligible to upgrade my phone because of this pending order. I needed another phone right away because the one I had just stopped being able to access the mobile network. The only way I could call/receive phonecalls was via wifi.So, after all of this, I went to Russell Cellular anticipating further disappointment. I was pleasantly surprised when Ross was able to figure out how to get the online order canceled. He also was able to get me great deal on a new phone that they had in stocks. He even stayed an hour after their scheduled closing time to make sure I was completely satisfied. It was quite a welcomed contrast to the national Verizon service. Thank you, Ross. I think you deserve a promotion, a raise, and more. Based on my experience, you probably should be running the entire customer support department at Verizon, if not the whole company. I wish you all the best!

A friend recommended I try this Verizon store in Springville. I drove from all the way from Salt Lake to Springville and it was worth it! They went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered (even calling me back after they had closed because they said they’d call back!) and didn’t pressure me into anything. I went to the store to upgrade my phone. I worked with the sales rep Cortez. He told me what the payments would be and we agreed. I signed the paper saying what charges there would be. I was excited about the good deal so I told my family. My sister called and asked for the deal and was denied. A few minutes later after they spoke to my sister the store called me and said they messed up and that I would have to pay a lot more then what we agreed upon and what I signed. They admitted they messed up and even though we signed something it meant nothing. Dont trust this location. They didnt offer anything to me for messing up. They told me I could return the phone in perfect condition for their screw up.

I had tried to purchase my iPhone 12 Max Pro on line with the Verizon assistant I spent over three hours online and could not get the deal done, it was a total cluster. I called and talked with Janine at Russell Cellular she told me they had everything I wanted. I drove to Springville from Salt Lake and Janine had me all set up and out the door in less than one hour. I highly recommend Russell Cellular for any mobile phone needs.

We stopped in here for a quote when we were considering switching providers and Id recommend it to anyone. They were able to offer us a quote fast while looking up every available promotion/discount possible to get us the best deal. They were up front about being different than a Verizon corporate store and letting us know the promotions might be different (they were, but better here). The customer service was great - staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all.

Unfortunately it is typical to wait in Verizon stores.Anyhow, when we did get to see an associate he was kind and very helpful. I felt he was helpful and sincere. On June 14, 2019, I went to make my cash payment as I have the prepaid plan which I switched to when I moved to Utah from Arizona. I was told at the time when the plan was started that I paid cash each month, which I made on time each month, I would not be charged tax. If I used any other means of payment, tax would be charged. Yesterday, the salesperson, River L. told me that I would have to pay the $3.00 tax on the monthly payment. I told her that I was not notified that I would have to pay the tax. The manager, said they made a mistake in the past and that now I would have to pay the tax. David (who I would guess is no longer with this Verizon store) told me at the time I changed to prepaid plan, that as long as I paid cash, I would not have to pay tax. Ten percent sounds a little high for the tax. That means that since the fall (probably September, 2017) that I have not paid tax. Also, I asked for a receipt like I do each month and the salesperson ( who appears to be still learning) didnt spell my name correctly on the receipt even after I spelled my name for her. I cant give this store and staff any stars. This greatly upset me because I am retired and on a limited income and the plan that Dave set up almost two years works in my budget. I will probably go to the Verizon store in Spanish Fork where I have had a good experience with employees when I donated my old cell phones. The owner/Verizon of this store needs to be accountable for the poor customer service at this store. Also, maybe the Better Business Bureau should be notified and an investigation into the business practices of this store needs to done.

Is less than 1 star possible??? Sure, theyre friendly (albeit a bit understaffed so you can wait a long time). HOWEVER, they are also either dishonest or incompetent. 1) Went in specifically to change to a different plan. Was told everything was set. When my bill came, no change was made and Verizon had no record of any change. 2) Was told that Id get a discount by signing up for auto pay. Signed up in the store. When I got my bill, there was no discount because I had signed up with a credit card instead of a checking account or debit card. 3) Took a phone in for trade-in. The sales rep took a look at it, saw a small scratch and said that Id definitely get the full trade in value despite the small scratch. I ended up getting next to nothing.

I drive 30 minutes from American fork to Springville just to visit this Verizon retail store. The Staff David and River are so friendly, they go above and beyond for my wife and I everytime. They dont pressure you into buying anything you dont need but they know me so well now, that they offer me and my wife things that I actually need. Even when they are busy they will see what I need and dont ignore me when I come in. Ive never had to wait long and I recommend coming to this store if youve had a bad experience at another Verizon store.

All I want to know is what kind of Bs is this. ... A D .Munoz made purchases under my account buying over $1500.00 in I phone 7s last year in August.. and how does he have the same number I have.? Something fishy is going on. Its as if my provider is fake and snooping in on my privacy. FTC Contacted.Not every one that is taken advantage of by these creepes will be the average citizen with little to no knowlege of how to open up a phones internal goods...this time they messed with the wrong person. ( Actual customer complaint is not the owner of this Google account.)

Ive been here a few times, and they are always patient and helpful with any problems that I have.I had trouble pairing my bluetooth to my car, and not only did they make sure i knew how to do it, but they went out to my car to do it for me! And I didnt even buy anything from them!Will definitely be returning there. Any negative reviews must have been people that were angry before they even went into the store.Youve got a life long customer!

This is not a first party Verizon store. VERY MISLEADING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. The employee acted like he was a first party Verizon rep. He was misleading and lied stating Verizon had new policies and thats why he couldnt help me. Never explained he was a third party rep so I could go to the actual Verizon and get things taken care of. Go to the actual Verizon store on UNIVERSITY in Orem. They are so fast and helpful. I had a new phone on its way that day.
