Tanner is very knowledgeable, friendly and did an amazing job with customer service! We came in with one issue to deal with and when he was down he fixed the problem and also gave direction in other areas we needed help with. He is an amazing customer service rep. He represents T mobile very well.

We went in and all the staff was welcoming. Miguel helped us out. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer ALL questions and concerns my kids had. We didnt feel rushed at all. He took the time to explain the difference between phones, the plans and even let us pick out our numbers! We walked out very satisfied! So happy we switched from Cricket to T-Mobile! ☺
I CANNOT STAND THE REPS HERE!They just give you misinformation! I literally get 3 different answers, 3 different times.
The service here was very helpful they explained phone comparisons and brought up every deal without being too pushy about it which I liked

I can honestly say I have never before received better customer services than I did from the staff in Springville T-Mobile. They spent over an hour today trying to help me solve a problem with my phone that wasnt their responsibility to solve. They helped me anyway. Those guys are the best! I will switch to their service as soon as my contract allows.

It turns out it *is* actually possible to have a great experience with a cell phone company. Cody, Dodge, and the rest of the team at this T-Mobile store were absolutely fantastic. They were super clear with all their communication, they had no hidden agenda, they happily helped us through every step of the process, and they answered every question we had. Then on top of all that, they went above and beyond trying to make sure that we had no issues whatsoever with our new phones. Contrast that with the last 100+ interactions I had with AT&T, where every single time there was a problem, or they lied to us about something, or they purposefully tried to keep information so that we didnt feel in control of our bill.Im thrilled we switched to T-Mobile, and this store in particular was amazing.
Cody and Haley are the best. My wife was having issues with her new phone and Haley stayed with us for more than two hours, past her shift, to help my wife out. Weve also worked with Cody before and he just has a positive attitude and is knowledgable about every little detail. Great place with great people.
This store has outstanding customer service! On our recent visit, both Cody and Lucas were extremely helpful and very personable. We recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance or has questions about their phones, service plans, coverage, etc..
Best location I’ve been to! I have gone in twice now and they have been incredibly helpful! I highly recommend seeing Fata! He goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy! Both times I’ve gone in, they were slow and I got helped right away! Much better than other locations where they take forever to get to you.

Our odyssey of misinformation and frustration began with an employee named Miles. My husband and I asked him over the phone about several promotions which he confidently assured us would be able to happen. Being a few days before Christmas we needed to make good use our time. We arrived at the store and was helped by a woman named Leanne. Leanne told us all the things we wanted to hear, and then told us we needed complete a few tasks before switching over our phone lines in able to receive aforementioned promotions. One included paying off a $350 cell phone bill, at which point she said they would be able to credit us this amount for switching over to T-Mobile. She also said that we needed to get one of our iPhones fixed first and then we could trade it in for a brand new iPhone for free. Long story short...all this info was totally bogus. We ran around all day completing these tasks. When we returned, the so-called manager informed us that for whatever reason, this was not a possibility. We also wanted to activate three lines and were told the third one would be free. We were told this would be around $80 including taxes. Not so! said the manager... Its actually $120. We were so disappointed as this was to be our sons main Christmas present. At this point we were so frustrated after getting the run-around from several different employees, we decided to bag it. The manager was not an apologetic and offered nothing to make us ever want to become T-Mobile customers. Also, we are out $350 and an entire day wasted on these punks.
My original review was not very good considering I was waiting for an issue to be fixed which took 4 months to sort out officially. Today I received a call from the Springville T-mobile store that my issue was fixed and they went above and beyond what I would have ever expected to make sure that I was compensated for the time I had spent trying to fix the issue. I was very angry, frustrated, and visibly annoyed at almost everyone I had spoken with about my issue and they could have just fixed it and moved on, but on top of that they made me feel like they actually valued me as a customer. Thanks to everyone that got the ball rolling and fixed my account!
They werent able to ultimately fix our problem, but thats not their fault. They were very helpful.

Got a new phone and spoke with Brendan... he told me there was no way to keep my old TMobile phone number (already existing TMobile member) my service was not set up and gave me a dead SIM card. Was later told by another rep at the Provo location this was because Brendan wanted to make money off of our interaction and was not needed at all. I now have to have a new number and can’t keep my old number because he cancelled my account. Very disappointed with his dishonesty and how business was handled.
