Came to Sterling McCall Lexus to purchase a vehicle. The sales person was great, however after finalizing the details with the finance team, I was lied to and manipulated in believing the best Interest rates available. I spoke to their finance director to rectify the situation and their response was to give me a free car detail for giving me an interest rate double what the same bank was providing. Their team lies and will not acknowledge their mistakes and continue to disrespect their customers. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and terrible dealership. Avoid at all costs
Worst car buying experience of my life. Bought a 2 year old used car that upon buying agreement the dealership was going to take care of a few easy odds and ends the car needed. Signed all the paperwork and here I am almost two months after I bought it with items that still have not been repaired/taken care of. After 3 trips to the dealership which is a 2 hour round trip for me and several emails and a number of calls. About to the point to get my lawyer involved... Slime balls and lairs...
Great experience with Alex Kazemi at dealership. I purchased a 2017 Camry and he was kept me informed all the way through the sale. He made sure I was satisfied with car by oil change,wash,brakes, wipers.
I brought my vehicle in for service. The staff was very pleasant. The wait for my vehicle was not long. They did an excellent job. They informed me of any additional work that would need to be done. The price was reasonable and I was on my way.
Only go there for Toyota parts or to purchase car from Jae Son. I used to prefer their body shop, but I believe the quality of service suffered when group one auto purchased them. Not sure if cars are safe in their body shop storage area. It takes the body shop so long to begin repairs. That requires the car to be stored.

Starting to get annoyed with internet sales staff harassing me though, youd think with all the vehicles I buy theyd know not to email, text and call my cell with stupid gimmicks. Im dropping to 3 stars until they honor my do not call request Ive reminded Amy of 6 times already.

Really poor experience with the sales staff. Went there on 12/31 with my wife to buy a new car, but no one seemed to want to sell us one. Went to South Loop Hyundai the next day and they sold us a 2018 Santa Fe. I wasnt even quoted a price on a single vehicle at Sterling. They just kept asking questions about features and suggesting we test drive vehicles that were different from what we wanted. But, if you dont want to buy a car and just drive random cars...this seems to be a good place.
The customer service is truly beyond amazing, service on your vehicle, depending on what you need, but was relatively fast with loner vehicles available. They will always educate while keeping your car updated, I have Never had a bad experience here, and honestly wont go anywhere else.

I inquired about purchasing a car from this dealership, and when I didn’t respond right away to Paloma Gomez, (who claims to be over business development,) he sent me an email with “STILL NO ANSWER “ in the subject line.Excuse me, but I just began looking at cars within the past few days, and I’m a busy mom of 4. Just because I don’t get back to you in the time frame you think I should doesn’t mean you need to keep emailing me and being sarcastic! I’ll NEVER do business with any Sterling McCall dealership. I purchased a vehicle from sterling McCall Hyundai in 2016, and they have still not issue my warranty refund check. I have called, and email multiple times Mr. Bian the finance manager, but he just keep ignoring my calls and emails. I also contacted their accounting department (anita) and they refuse to provide me with an update.(Update: December 6, 2018) I have reached out to you Mr. Val Verde for the last two days, yet you dont answer the phone or respond to your voicemails...

Service here is really lacking. They tend to be quite rude and abrupt, and, even more so frustrating, they tend to blatantly disregard appointment times. You wait just as long (over half an hour) whether or not you have an appointment. My suggestion is to just afford yourself the flexibility of just showing up unless you need a loaner vehicle (the appointment is a way that you can at least hold them accountable for needing a loaner, but even then it isnt guaranteed). They do charge for the loaner, but it is a modest fee - for me it was $15 but I have heard different advisors charging others different amounts on different pay scales.Why do I keep coming here even though they are rude and difficult to work with? The next closest dealer is quite far and there is only one other Acura dealership (John Eagle). Although John Eagle is more friendly, they are much farther and they have exorbitant prices (for some things more than double) for their service.TLDR - bad service. good prices (at their Acura)

Last week I went to purchase a used Toyota Van from Fort Bend Toyota in Richmond, price online was showing 22,888, when I got to the dealer the price changed to 27.000 from my own perspective this is a trap and false information, then the dealer called me today asking to revisit the dealer to negotiate price and work some out, I drove 45 min again to the dealer then the sales person said this is the price and mentioned that he can not go down on price, Im not satisfied with this unprofessional way, this was a wasting of time, I have also contacted the sales manager, I left him a voicemail.

Showed up at 9 oclock for them to tell me it could be an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours since I didnt have an appointment(understood). I waited 30 minutes in the line to finally be checked in by someone who let me know it might be 4 - 5 hours wait. I get appointments and reservations, but who has that much time to wait?! Lost a customer thank you Sterling McCall.
