I was in search of a cleaners that does zipper repair and found this one close by. The staff here is very warm and accommodating. Jennifer does a wonderful job of communicating with you about any concerns and the owner has a wealth of knowledge to help you take care of your items. They did such an excellent job on replacing the zipper on my pants and a button on my shorts, I came back to have a double zipper installed on my leather jacket. They matched it perfectly and did the job in a fairly reasonable time. I was very impressed with the workmanship.

This new management is AWESOME. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They communicate with me EVERY time when my clothes are ready. If I ever need to contact them, they are available and ready to help. Their attention to detail is supreme.As some background, I used to live and work in the Stafford area. Hence why I started using this location a couple years back. Now that I have moved and work downtown, I STILL make the drive - mostly for the service. I heavily recommend them!

Found these guys online and they reallyTook care of me on my work pants and alterations, I was able to make custom masks and shirts too for my friends funeral, they fix phones and computers too and sell gifts, which is neat

I don’t usually write reviews..But from the last couple of months.. this NEW MANAGEMENT has completely changed the store. Now with dry cleaning services they have added electronic services as well.. they fixed my iphone X screen and my broken laptop at a good price.

Very Poor Customer service. The female have a careless attitude & lied & said she owned the place when I asked for the owner. She leaves without leaving a sign to say when she will return & then had the gall to have an attitude when I told her that was poor business & the should follow the hours posted or buy $1 sign to put on the window. She didnt care she lost customers so I want ALL TO KNOW NOT TO patronize them unless you want to be DISAPPOINTED. I guess cause its a small business they let anyone work there but I REALLY hope the real owners see this post & the one I left on Yelp. Im telling everyone about it & my friend who used it & a cousin to go elsewhere. This place is NOT WORTH IT.

The female associate that operates this cleaners is VERY terrible. She runs personal errands during business hours so she’s always in & out. The business doesn’t open at the scheduled time. I had to go back a couple of times through out the day just to catch her there to get my clothes. I’m writing this review because after today I will no longer be dealing with her or this poorly ran cleaners.

Do not go there. They lose clothes an dont care about making it right. All with an awful attitude while you are trying to resolve the problem. Basically her final attitude was who care that you lost your shirtDo not use this service.
