Nobody knew where anything was, disorganized system and poor staff knowledge. I asked for water pitcher and was told it is somewhere along the wall, probably wont go there again.

This home goods shop is beautifully organized. For example, they cleverly pair up kitchen themed items in similarly colored clusters so you can more easily envision item groupings in your home. Love, love, love!

Love Homegoods! Bought another coffee cup today ( I buy coffee here too), and some chocolate covered espresso beans. I also buy linens, pillows, mirrors, sweets, hand soap. Return frequently because of rotating inventory.

If I need to rate it just by last shopping experience it is 5 stars .But in the past had some not amazing experiences so got to add them. But if last stop is what I should be expecting fro Homegoods, it will be GOOD.

Its very nice store. They got a lot of nice furniture to buy, they got toy for kids, they sell dog food and toys for dogs. They sell gourmet food and drinks. Great place to shop!

Better than average Home Goods store... its always hit or miss if you are looking for a specific item. Came for a good deal on a bed comforter but the assortment did not meet our needs. On average it takes three trips to locate what we need. I guess thats the price of good deals.

Home Goods has such a nice and interesting variety of decorations and cookware and bedding / towels and unique food items. It is fun to shop there, especially for Autumn and Christmas items for display or for gifts for family, yourself, and co-workers.

Nice rugs good prices. Staff was depressing. I asked 3 different employees for help including the manager. No smiles, no eye contact no courtesy. You see more smiles in prison lol smh.

Never coming back to this store again. One employee named Angela ignored me while I was asking questions and told me to go away, and resisted on getting the manager when I asked. Horrible treatment I have ever received, so please check on who you hire.

The homegoods location has a very good selection of items is not crowded as the other franchised stores and is clean. Somewhat things are disorganized but definitely not like any of the Marshalls stores. It seems that the check out line moves a bit slower due to not having enough employees. Help to load a large piece furniture took a long time to come even though, again, there wasnt a lot of customers.The employees are nice and accommodating that is for sure.I will give it 4 stars, though it deserves to get 3 and a half due to the lack of quick help.

Shelves were pretty much empty. Disappointing, but accepting given the COVID situation.

Nice store but register clerk was unable to complete simple transaction. Second clerk also stuck. Third clerk moved us to another register and finally completed transaction !

Good place to find good deals. You never know what you will find. They have home decorating, cloth, toys, furniture, shelf food and random other things.

They always have selection of nice items for the home here. And better quality for the most part than what you may find in other stores. Prices reflect that. Staff helpful too.

I was shopping and an employee “moved my cart” ironically after my cart was moved wallet was gone. Do not trust the store or employees anymore. After making a claim my wallet was gone the store manager told me not to worry and not to call cops. Couple minutes later over 3k I’m charged were made on my credit card st the store next to home goods. Disgusted w the staff and the way they treated my situation. Good thing for cops. They are investigating

One of the better HomeGoods although compared to White Plains, any HomeGoods is better than that. The store is well merchandised and organized. All of their imported India collection is displayed together. Beautiful quilt sets, decorative pillows, lamp shades, bric-a-brac, Buddha heads, window panels, rugs, Etc are all displayed in the same area. Lovely furniture pieces as well.Exorbitant frame department. If you need a frame theres no way you cant find it here.Parking is plentiful and the ride by car is only about 25 minutes from White Plains.The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and unlike the White Plains store the checkout line always runs smoothly and quickly.A great shopping experience.

My daughter purchased some items at your store tonight. When she left she realized that things did not add up. She called me to ask what she should. I asked her how she would feel tomorrow. She said terrible. She went back to the store. The only thing the manager was interested in was to reprimand his employee. That is fine. But a simple thank you would of been nice. There was none of that. I just felt you should know this. As I remember. Customers always come first. I guess that it not the standard for home goods or it’s managers.

I love Homegoods. So much of my house was bought there. From Le Creuset to All Clad to Art to Tables to Pillows to Lamps to Honey to Rugs to Jelly to Silverware to whatever! The inventory is constantly changing and I feel I need to be there every couple of weeks so I dont miss something good! Return policy is Awesome but I havent returned much. Really enjoy shopping here.

Selection at this location is only OK. It is often messy and the lamp area is just terrible. I usually travel all the way to Westport which is a much better location with better in store selections.

I love Home Goods in general and always find something. This store tends to be messy, rugs all over the floor, carts are really dirty from being outside. The Westport and Port Chester locations are great.

We always check home goods or when in the UK home sense. Found a couple great items that had to come home with us.
