I bought my mattress from Sleep etc when I was in terrible back pain. I am a school teacher and a healthy nights sleep is very important to me for my work. The salesperson was really patient with me...He took the time to show me all the important tips on how to select the right bed...They delivered my mattress professionally and hassle free to my home in the Bronx...I am now pain free thanks to a wonderful latex mattress that I purchased. I have absolutely no doubt with my recommendation for this company. Easily worth five stars!

This place makes mattress buying an enjoyable chore. What can seem daunting is made easy by incredibly helpful and knowledgeable employees. Their customer service is A+ as well. They make sure you have a good buying experience and are sleeping on mattress that is right for you, and that you are happy.

My first experience with sleep etc. was phenomenal. As a first time buyer, my sales person, helped me find the right mattress and at the right price. The sales representative was very courteous, professional, and made it easy to have my mattress delivered to my home. I definitely recommend sleep etc.

I love this store. They have both inexpensive merchandise as well as higher end beds. They have a little something for everybody, which is what I like. A really nice salesman helped me pick a bed which I love!

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Etc. 2 years ago when we purchased our Carpe Diem beds. It was only natural that we would return to purchase additional mattresses. We experienced the same professional guidance from Brian. He was knowledgeable and helped to direct us to the right mattresses for our needs. I purchased a mattress from Sleep Etc and had a great experience working with the staff. While they only deal in high quality products i didnt feel like i was pressured at all. We purchased a mattress and have truly enjoyed every night. But here is the remarkable thing about this store, a couple of years later we had a small problem with the mattress. I dug out the old email contact and reached out Jeff Klein who was on the phone shortly afterward calling me to fix our issue. We have purchased other furniture that is supposed to have extraordinary after service support such as Knoll, Boffi ...and this small company is so much better than anyone we have dealt with...really remarkable.
