I went to Bianco Auto for a specific car I saw online. Ed was great and had the car pulled out for me when I got there. This particular car was in impeccable condition and test drove without a problem. There were a few minor fixes on the interior that Ed agreed to fix and did so. The paperwork went smoothly and was complete within the hour or so. I picked up the car a few days later and was driving off within 20 minutes. For someone who has owned and leased several vehicles from big dealerships, I can honestly say this was the smoothest and quickest process I’ve ever had. I recently bought a 2007 Outback from Ed at Bianco used cars. After all was said and done, I’m definitely happy with the car and my experience buying from him. I got a great deal on my Outback and the whole process was straight forward. The dealer did however put transit plates for a completely different vehicle on my car and I only realized when I was pulled over my state cops in NYC. I have no idea now this happened or what kind of oversight this was, but they did sort it out after a couple day’s and send me new ones. That being said, it was a good overall experience. With all used car dealerships, pay attention and make sure you know what your buying.

Recently purchased a used Subaru that was in phenomenal shape. Purchased a 2010 Nissan Xterra from Ed. I set an appointment and he made the process painless. No price switching as I had experienced at an authorized Nissan dealership earlier in the month. Charlie is a nice guy but in the end he sold us a bad car. Check engine light was on from day one, then the car kept stalling. They brought it to their guy in the Bronx who basically cleared the light but fixed nothing. Told me I needed a throttle body and would cost $600, turn out the engine was miss firing and needed a coil, plug and wires. Front passenger control arm is also damaged. Ended up costing me over $1700. They need to fix the car before they sell it and make sure its safe. For an added bonus, the guy in the Bronx, scratched the rear bumper and dented the driver side door. MAKE SURE you have someone professionally check out the car first!!!

I recently bought an 2003 BMW-X5 from this dealership. The price, delivery, and service were all top notch. A few weeks down the line however I noticed a mechanical issue with the car. I had an independent mechanic check out the car and diagnosed that there was an issue with the valve cover gasket. I called Ed and explained to him my situation. I bought a 2004 Mercedes C320 from Ed at Bianco. Before buying the car they let me spend some time going over the car and then test drive it. They will also let you take the car to a mechanic (locally) to get it checked. The car itself was a solid car. I did discover a few issues with the car after getting it home, however I spoke with Ed on the phone and they agreed to resolve it.

As I sit here in my year-old 2007 Subaru Legacy purchased for $7700 the check engine light blinks signaling a severe issue. Since last December I have invested $3600 in the vehicle. According to the Subaru dealership and a local specialist we purchased a vehicle that was either poorly inspected or we were duped into buying a badly damaged vehicle.To date we’ve called ownership multiple times to report the issue and not hear back. This is literally the first time in 15 years of Google that I’ve decided to write a review. Hoping others will proceed with caution when buying a vehicle here and consult a third party mechanic!

Today is the two year anniversary of my beautiful gold Lexus from Bianco Motors in Stamford, and this car has been nothing but a dream from the day I got it. I was treated with respect and class, the deal was fair, and the car is BEAUTIFUL. I bought a 2005 Sebring Convertible and I couldnt be happier with my experience. To begin, the price was fantastic compared to others I had seen. The experience was low pressure, and both Ed and Frank were able to answer all of my questions honestly without the typical car dealer BS. I was a very difficult client to get financing for, but Ed made it happen, and even had some fees waived to get the numbers where they had to be. All of this was great, but what REALLY blew me away was what happened AFTER I bought the car. The day after I picked it up, I made a 600 mile road trip to visit my family. I was about 60 miles from my destination when the alternator died. I called up Ed on a Saturday, and he and Frank got me towed to a service facility, and paid for the new alternator out of their own pockets. I bought this car as-is without warranty. Anyone that has ever bought a used car knows once it leaves the lot...you are on your own. The fact that these guys stood behind the car when they had no responsibility to do so shows how much they care about their customers. (I wasnt even complaining or asking...they just did it because it was the right thing to do). I will buy all of my cars from them in the future. They have a customer for life!

I found Bianco while looking for a Ford ThunderBird. They had a beautiful 2002 T-Bird, at a very reasonable price. Once I sent them my request for more information Ed D contacted me. Ed owned this deal from that point on, there was no problem getting hold of him at any time. With me being in NY & a winter storm hitting, it wasnt exactly easy getting to CT. But Ed handled everything professionally & made the sale process easy. I got a car I wanted, with great financing that met my expectations. I purchased a 2000 Jaguar XK8 from here 2 yrs ago and still have a smile on my face. Ed handled my purchase paperwork along with a warranty program that has been wonderful throughout these 2 yrs. Ed has called me even after the 2 years have passed just to touch base and make sure I was still happy with the Jag. Awesome customer service and great group of people!

Although Ed courteous, he sold me a car that he knew was an unsafe car to drive . He offer to have the car inspected and presented me with a certificate that the Ford escape had pass inspection . I bought it, took the vehicle to my mechanic to find out the vehicle should not had pass inspection because all the brake lines were all broken and needed to be replace immediately and the tires though they look safe enough need to replace . So what started as good experience has become one that I would not recommend any one . I have yet to receive the $250 he offer on April 21, toward the purchasing of new tires. Ed Im still waiting. I would not recommend them at all.

After having mixed experiences with other dealers in the past I have to say, hands down, that Bianco Auto Sales was the first place I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Frank was very attentive and helpful, getting things set up for us right off the bat, and Ed followed up and checked in with us when we went to test drive and look at the cars. Both Frank and Ed were available, but not in your face, and they had a very nice inventory in addition to their extensive knowledge on different brands.Since I had only planned on simply looking at cars today, I was curious about one I had seen online: a burgundy Subaru Outback Wagon with AWD and EXTREMELY low mileage for its year (2001). We saw that car and another Honda that was in really nice shape as well, but I actually walked away the new proud owner of the Subaru! My husband and I visited this dealership after an online search for cheap used cars. My husband came across Bianco Auto Sales and found his dream truck but thought we could not afford it at the time. So we decided on another car that Bianco had for sale and called to make arrangements to go see it. We spoke to Frank, the owner, and he agreed to meet us on that Sunday. He was even willing to give up watching football to meet us and if you know anything about football fans, you dont do ANYTHING on Sundays BUT watch your team. While at the dealership we came across the truck my husband wanted and I told Frank we would be back for the truck as well as the Toyota. He probably thought I was nuts. But, not only did we return for the car the next day but we also ended up buying my Husbands dream truck. Frank, his sister( sorry I forgot her name), and Ed were so awesome. They provided us with a couple of GREAT deals and the level of service was outstanding. Frank not only sold us my car, which is in fabulous condition and runs top notch, but also worked with us so my Husband could walk away with his truck that same day. Both vehicles are in great condition and came with all the paperwork and car reports. The staff went above and beyond what you would expect from a car dealership. I highly recommend Bianco Auto Sales and when it is time, we are going back to get our next car. I have never met such a personable and honest auto sales staff then the Bianco team. I am a very skeptical person and have very little trust, if any at all, in car salesmen. My experience buying a truck from Bianco could not have left me more impressed. They have an excellent selection of vehicles at great prices, and their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. While I was deciding whether/what to purchase, I developed the strong impression that they truly care about their customers. That suspicion was confirmed a few weeks after I bought the truck. When the trucks passive security system was triggered, it would no longer start. I called Sales Manager Ed Cordova late at night and he was extremely conscientious about helping me try to resolve the issue. When I was unable to do so, owner Frank Bianco himself drove over 20 miles to where I had parked the car and fixed the problem.If youre in the market for a used car, you should definitely choose Bianco.

The worst experience I ever had trying to buy a car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I took out a car for inspection, spent two hours with it for my husband who would be the primary driver. We offered to buy the car, a deposit ON THE SPOT, only subject to my husband trying it the very next morning to see if he fit in it. The salesman ED, you have my word its yours with this stipulation. When I got back to the office with the car, the owner said I have someone here now who also wants to look at it and if you dont buy it this second, you can just walk on out the door! DESPITE, Eds give you my word - I have never been subjected to so much pressure. I indeed left with a very disappointing feeling about how they treated me. We fully intended to buy a car and I wont take their tactics personally.

When it comes to buying a used car, those are by far the most important factors, and nobody comes close to matching Bianco on any of them.In 2014 I bought a 2000 Ford Expedition from Ed at Bianco. It was a great car at a great price, and I never had any problems with it until about a month ago. When I was getting the car inspected, the mechanic informed me that the way the brake lines were routed was potentially problematic. I hadnt had any work done on the car since I purchased it, so I knew that it must have been that way when I purchased it. My mechanic told me it would cost about $600 to fix the problem.I called Ed at Bianco and explained the situation, and he seemed legitimately concerned about what I was telling him. He said he would need to talk to the owner (Frank), but that they would see if they could help me out.Over the next couple days Ed was unable to circle up with Frank about my issue, but Ed called me at least once a day to assure me that he hadnt forgotten about me, and that he would raise it with Frank as soon as he could. This was both extremely comforting and quite surprising, because it reflects a rarely seen level of caring and dedication.After Ed spoke with Frank, they decided I should bring the car to their facility so they could better understand the problem. I resisted somewhat because its a bit of a drive to Stamford, and I didnt want to drive all that way to find out they werent going to help me. Ed assured me that they would do the right thing, and because he seemed (and is, as it turns out) a trustworthy and stand-up guy, I agreed. After quickly looking at the brake lines they agreed that there was an issue, but said they would need to put the car on the lift and remove the wheels to understand how serious it was. It was Good Friday and the mechanics were leaving early, so they asked me to leave the car for the night and I agreed.As I waited for my wife to pick me up, the staff could not have been nicer. While I waited they offered me a beverage, and the use of a desk and computer that were unoccupied that day. And keep in mind, at this point the staff knew I wasnt there to buy a car, so its not like they were trying to close a sale. They are just good, nice, helpful people.The next morning, Ed called to say it would cost about $450 including parts and labors. He also told me that Bianco would cover the entire cost. This was, of course, amazing news, and further confirmed what was becoming obvious: that Ed, Frank, and Bianco Auto Sales in general are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. Ed noted, however, that there was a catch: it was possible that in the course of the repair, the calipers might break. If that happened, they were hoping I would be willing to help cover the cost of replacing them. He said that at most, they would ask me to cover $100. I agreed. Honestly, I fully expected that theyd hit me with that $100 charge. I was wrong.Even though it was his day off, Ed called me the next day to let me know the repairs were done, that I could pick up the car at any time, and that I didnt owe them a cent.To say that I was impressed by the experience would be an understatement. Every step of the way -- from the little things (like going out of their way to keep me updated) to the big things (like paying for the repair out of their own pocket), Bianco went far above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a car. You can find a car anywhere, but youre not going to find that level of customer service, trustworthiness and loyalty anywhere but Bianco.

I am from Lake Peekskill and was looking for a replacement for my beloved 1995 Subaru Impreza. It gave me 14 years of reliable service and was a tough act to follow. After researching online, I found a 2005 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport at Bianco Motors North. It was in great condition and had a little over 72000 miles on it. What is more, it was listed at a fair price that was within my budget. Two words: road trip! Ed D took care of me. He was aboveboard, easy to work with, and I recommend him to anyone in the market for a car. After I went on a test drive I knew I had found my next Subie. I am so very pleased with my purchase. For the last 25 years my cars have found me. This was the first one I ever shopped for and Ed D and the other folks at Bianco Motors North made it a more memorable experience.

Ive come to know about the Bianco dealership through the many, positive reviews of their business. I live in Brooklyn and it isnt easy to find a local dealership thats reputable and whose prices are also reasonable. So I drove the 40 miles to their new Stamford (CT) location, and from there to their New Rochelle location.Our first trip was to the Stamford, CT location. They just acquired a local dealership and I recommend giving them a ring before you show up as not all cars listed on their site were actually available there.At the New Rochelle location, Bianco have a serious selection of luxury cars. Most of them are 5+ years old but its good stock and reasonably priced. We worked with Ed, who wasted no time and showed us a few vehicles that fit the bill. Eventually, the choice fell on a 2001 BMW X5 with less than 60k miles - a very well kept car at a sensible price. Price was firm but Ed and Frankie worked with us to shave a few dollars from fees and insurance. Through them, we also got comprehensive extended warranty for 3 years. We had plenty of time and opportunity to drive the car around before making a choice and we were never rushed. We left the dealership feeling good about the choice.I dont feel its fair to give a rating to the car itself after less than a week driving it, though it looks and drives great so far. That said, the team at Bianco deserves an accolade for courtesy, lack of BS, and really going the extra mile. I mean it literally: Frankie promised wed get the car the next day and theyd spare us the trip back to New Rochelle. So 24 hours later, Ed showed up at our Park Slope door, car shining and papers in hand. Driving 80 miles to save a client the bother to drive to the dealership is something not everyone would do. Bottom line: highly recommended. I assume the car is going to keep up with expectations, and if it doesnt Ill update the review accordingly.
