It was time for a new phone...decided to come here and I had an outstanding experience! The service is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Excellent prices and great plans. Good location. I definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I had an appointment on Saturday, Oct. 19, which brought us to Stamford. She has been interested in upgrading her iPhone based on an offer sent to her on her AT&T account.We noticed your AT&T store on High Ridge Road in Stamford, CT, and we thought we’d stop in to see what was available. After a short wait, we were met by your store manager, Sasha R.Sasha took the time to carefully explain our options, allowing us to trade her phone’s iPhone for a newer model. She took great care to explain the process, making it seamless. Sasha went above and beyond what you would normally expect from an in-store staff member: She helped us select the best phone model, and even helped us with the accessories we had purchased. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the prompt and courteous service we received. And on top of it all, the offer was too good to be true.Even though we come from a considerable distance, we will now make it our point to visit your High Ridge Road location for our future needs. Sasha is a one-of-a kind sales manager, and AT&T should be commended for hiring a person like her.Keep up the great work!

Sasha is amazing and I’ll be bringing my in-laws in soon for her to help them as well. Not only did she help my son and I upgrade our phones but she found a better plan plan for us as well! Not only that but I’ll be saving money in the long run as well!

This place is the jam. We literally showed up with two exhausted kids (3 and 5 yr olds) around 4:30-4:45 on a wends afternoon thinking yes, this is by far the worst decision ever BUT guess what it!?!!! It wasn’t!! Jesse let me put on Disney jr for my girls and the rest was just as pleasant as can be. He is quick, smart and so so helpful with everything you’ll ever need. This was my second awesome experience here and with him and I’ll honestly never go anywhere else.

I came in to get a screen protector and for a battery pack. Jesse assisted me and put my protector on. He was very nice and Id go back for future help!

Unfortunately, these guys have no clue what theyre doing.I wish ATT&T trained them better before they start messing with peoples accounts causing them to be billed double the amount they used to.
