For the 3rd or 4th time the crew at the High Ridge Verizon has done it again; after my phone totally shutdown not only did they manage to get it up and running, all the information, contacts, apps etc were in place and good. This has happened before,(different time/phone/problem) and theyve come through. Yes I have things backed up, but not everything and the panic is still very real; thanks again for the courteous, professional and nerve saving services, GREAT JOB!

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I received. I waited for 45 minutes to replace my SIM card, and for that time, no one came to check on me or the others waiting there. There were several workers who were not working or assisting the people who were standing for almost an hour. Several of the people waiting actually left since they had been waiting for so long. The person behind me had a short question about where he could find some information that took 30 seconds to answer, yet he had to wait 30 minutes. Finally when it was my turn, I told the saleswoman that I just needed to replace my SIM card (which is a very simple process that should only take 5 minutes), and then I was finally informed that I could not replace it on my own since I was not 18, and I had to have a parent with me. I understand that it is not their fault that I cannot do that on my own, but I do not look over 18, and one of the many employees that were supposedly working could have told me before I waited for so long. Especially since I had checked in under my parent’s account and said specifically that it was not my personal account. I am extremely dissatisfied and would recommend going to other Verizon stores.

At certain times, there is no way to call the shop at the listed number. You only get an automated Verizon line that is only useful if you’re already a customer or are ready to buy something.That said: once you get to the shop, the crew is incredibly helpful. The manager, Jessica, and her team spent hours helping my wife and me when our transfer from AT&T became hopelessly messed up. Without their help (and help from the porting team), we would have given up.

Only went here to pick up a phone upgrade that I ordered via telephone. So I really cant give an honest review. But when I was there they did NOT try to force a bunch of accessories and upgrades down my throat, which is good.

What a terrible experience and a low standard of customer service. Yesterday I spent about an hour and a half at the store with a defective iPhone 6 I purchased less than 3 weeks ago. Not only I did not get any help, the sales person AND the store manager were rude and dismissive. Needless to say that immediately after leaving the store I went to the Apple store in town and they offered me a great solution and an impeccable customer service. I walked out with a new replacement phone within 20 minutes.

Terrible! All these guys care about is selling you extra stuff you do not need. They also claim things are free, that are not. Go to the guys in Riverside instead. It is well worth the drive. I only gave 1 star because you cannot put no stars.

If you just need a phone and basic service its ok here. If you need anything more advanced be prepared for managers who screw up over and over, forget who you are, dont return calls, promise that issues have been resolved only to have the same issues return every month. I purchased an iPhone 8 in September 2018 for my daughter. The store had a buy one get one free (BOGO) on the iphone8. I was told I would pay the first 3 equipment charge payments, then get a refund for those payments and not have to make any more. After the 3 months ended I continued to be billed an equipment charge for the free phone. 17 phone calls to Necas (manager), Shamiqua (assistant manager) and Verizon WIRELESS failed to accomplish anything. Verizon wireless told me this is a store promotion, so the store must handle it.At this point id had enough and disconnected the number, which had the effect of me receiving a bill for over $500 in equipment charges. Countless calls over January and February and I was finally told that they had to reactivate the number, then apply the BOGO. On my February statement I finally got a $487 credit for the improper equipment charge and got my 3 payments refunded (Im still paying a usage fee of $35 a month). I thought everything had been resolved. Yesterday I received my March bill and again Im being billed an equipment charge for my free phone. I am at the store as I write this, been here 40 minutes already, and Shamiqua keeps telling me shes waiting for a call back from her operations manager. Necas, the manager, 8s in a locked back room on an important 0hone call with someone else and refuses to come out and talk to me. Shamiqua walks back and forth and Im still sitting here. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Meanwhile I hear them upselling everyone who walks in the door. No one can tell me how long Im supposed to sit here and no one seems to care. Sell, sell, upsell, upsell, but once you are signed up forget about anyone helping you out. And Ive been a customer for 20 years. Im still sitting in the store being ignored by everyone.

Awful. Dishonest high pressure sales tactics. I received something from them that was described to me as free and returnable. It turned out the item was not free and not returnable. And useless too. Now I am stuck with it for two years. Bad people.

I brought my daughter in for an iPhone 5s upgrade to the 5se. What should have been an easy simple transaction was the most awful experience. The manager Jermaine worked his dishonestly to the highest level. He told us if we bought a package of promotional products our monthly bill would go down. He sold us the hum and hotspot each carrying a cost of $29.99 + tax and the most expensive screen protector for $34.99 + tax that I never said I wanted to buy. I found out after the fact there are cheaper screen protectors which Jermaine didnt offer, of course. I called customer service twice (Angela and Chad) and they couldnt have been nicer, more helpful and apologetic. They told me I did not have to buy any products to get a better monthly phone rate and all I had to pay for an upgrade was $20.00 + taxes. If that isnt enough the hum and hotspot carry a monthly fee of $10.00 each for two years which Jermaine didnt tell me about. Do the math!!! We stood to get rooked for over $500.00 for a simple phone upgrade. I went back to the store to get rid of the hum and hotspot. Jermaine tried to charge me a $35.00 restocking fee on each item. I told him no way, as nothing was opened and that I wasnt going to pay and I would bring legal action if they tried to make me pay. With that he just took it back. I dodged a bullet on this one. This entire experience was the most stressful. I did, however, get a call from Carlton, a very nice gentleman in customer care and satisfaction who called just to find out if my experience at the store was satisfactory. How ironic. Unfortunately I had to relay what transpired. Carlton really cared about what happened and said he would look into my bad experience. So much for the slippery slimy dishonest sales tactics of Verizons High Ridge store.

The High Ridge Rd. Store has the worst customer service or service in general that I have ever experienced. They added someones phone line to my account and charged me for accessories that I never bought, and you can never reach the manager Stephany there. I am very sorry I left my old carrier.I ended buying an unlocked iphone from the Apple Store, and I am still on the hook with them. It is so much aggravation.By far the worst decision I ever made. And besides, the phone service is good but the speed of their data sucks. And if you have an app open and youare on the phone the app stops responding.Therefore, I really dont know how people can say that this is the best telephone service in the country.Maybe the coverage in the square states is good but here not at all.
