They call back when they say they are, and they have so many options. Got my subway tiles in excellent condition, i had such a great experience that i purchased my countertops with them. Customer service is top knotch, and the shipment is done in a timely manner. I will go here when i re do my bathrooms ... do urself a favor n dont go to home depot go here!

This review is very deserving and must be given. I am an Interior Designer working with Ideal Tile, Developer, General Contractor, and Tile Installer on multiple homes. I have gone to Ideal Tile several times and had a great experience working with Lee, Anne and Stephanie. Both Lee and Anne understood the project and know their products. This made my time with them, to make selections, so much more efficient and enjoyable! They took care of not only all of my needs but also the needs of the Developer, General Contractor, and Tile Installer. The service did not stop there. They also delivered the products and assisted the tile installer with his questions. I cant say enough how Lee and Anne at Ideal Tile have made these homes a success. I look forward to making the future homes just as beautiful with their products and service. You should too!

I was renovating two bathrooms and came across Ideal Tile of Stamford. As soon as I walked through their doors, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were great and very knowledgeable in helping me pick out the tiles for my bathroom floors, walls and showers. Lee & Anne made what would have been an extremely stressful “to do” fun and easy! I am so happy with the choices we chose, my bathrooms look absolutely perfect! Definitely giving them a 5 star review and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all of your help!

Just great all around! From the selection to the service, I cannot recommend these guys enough. I drove them crazy with my needs and nothing ever seemed too much! HIGHLY recommend them!

Really helpful and knowledgeable!

Initially, I liked this store - it is well organized and I like to patronize family owned businesses. I had success w/them ordering tile and floor ceramics for 2 bathrooms. However, when it was time to redo the living room fireplace, things deteriorated. The owner located product that I was looking for and indicated that the stone was as clean as the stone could get and without visible defects or mineral deposits. Photos appeared to support this. However, once it arrived it was full of lines and gashes --even their fabricator (a partner in the business) could not find anywhere to cut the stone so that it would be acceptable. He suggested I look for a second piece of stone. I chose a new pattern, but this too not available. Out of time - I went to a nearby store that had a flawless piece And purchased. Ideal charged an arbitrary $400 for a measurement fee. Buyer beware.

Gail and Lee are fantastic! It took us 2 years to finalize plans for 2 bathrooms with lots of visits to Ideal Tile in Stamford. Each time we were greeted with enthusiasm and patience. When a tile that we loved was discontinued, Gail called far and wide to try to find enough for our bathroom. When that failed, she found us a perfect replacement! We just took delivery of the tiles for bathroom #2 and once again, they listened to what we wanted and found wonderful tiles. We cant wait to see it on the floor and walls tomorrow. Ideal Tile keeps up with the latest trends. Each time we visit, they seem to be redecorating by replacing an existing wall with a new set of tiles. Its hard to select because their selection is so amazing. Dont go anywhere else for your tiles!

Such a great experience here! I came in because we had to replace some of the stone in our bathrooms. Lee went above and beyond in helping us figure out the best match and the price was affordable. Best customer service ever! Our bathroom looks great!
