An excellent experience.

The only good thing about this company is the finished product. The installed granite is beautiful, but from day one, the customer service was horrible. I had existing cabinets with formica and so I wanted to redo my counters in granite. They refused to come give me an estimate in home. I then picked out stone in store and got a quote. When they came to measure for the stone a week later, they told me I had to reinforce my cabinets and they dont do that. I had to hire someone to demo and do that for me. Additional money of course. They never mentioned any potential pitfalls in the store despite knowing it was a renovation. They told me about 1 1/2 weeks start to finish and it was more like 3 weeks due to the the reinforcement issue and their rescheduling me once since they were behind on another project. They also go the install dates wrong several times. The owner does it all by hand and nothing is computerized. It was all hand written on a calendar, as was her quote. Once the counters were in, they then had to return another time with the backsplash. 3 separate times I had to take time off of work as they dont work on the weekends. They were not accommodating at all and I dont know how they stay in business when they dont make adjustments for clients who work.Their last apt of the day is 3pm! Who gets out of work that early?? Now that the stone is in, I have also had to seal it several times. They said they sealed it once, but they must have waived a bottle of sealer over it. Now that the stone is in and sealed, I look forward to enjoying it, but am glad to be done dealing with them. Their prices are high, the customer service was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.
