As contractor it is important that we provide product information and pricing in a timely manner. We have used Prosource on several occasions. Recently for a complete kitchen product purchase for one of our customers and now quartz counter top. The sales staff is very slow to provide product pricing.We are now waiting 3 weeks plus for countertop pricing and 6 weeks for top kitchen cabinet for a client. Not executable! We email, call and no returned calls.
