Great customer service! Easy to find stuffs around and plenty of Parking!!!!

Had to go to here multiple times in the past week. I had issues with my print order. Not happy about having to have it fixed a couple of times. However, the staff has always been Very nice and Super fast with resolving my issues. Especially Kevontae! He was so nice and took care of my order promptly.

I went to staple to make 10 flyers. When I arrived one of the staff members notifided me that I would need to send an the flyer to their email. I need help with this and they did not know how. Finally I figured it out and sent the email. Two people who arrived after I send the email got assisted before me. This is very bothersome because I had been waiting for a very long time. After I was finally helped the whole process took about thirty minutes JUST TO PRINT TEN PAGES! I am sad I can not give 0 stars!!

WORST SERVICE. CANT TRUST UPS DROP POINT.They lost my package and when I went there to check, they have no clue about it. The representative who is supposed to collect the package, did not move from her chair at all. And asked me leave the package on the counter. And now its lost. And they dont have any records handing it over to UPS. This is just negligence. I am never going to use UPS or never going to step into any Staples again.

Guy at the counter was more interested in watching videos on Facebook rather then helping me out. I get it, you hate your job, but at least wait till the customers are out of the store to go back on your phone.

A great store to find all my office supplies. They have a great variety and the reasonable prices. The service is outstanding. The staff is really friendly and polite.

I usually love Staples. This one, in the middle of Stamford CT, could use some help. Went in to use the shipping facilities. A couple in front of me were shopping several boxes. A young woman wanted to move me to a different location so I could be taken care of sooner. The older man, who seemed to be supervising, in the meantime, helped 3 people who came in after I did. Shes great; he needs a new job. He ended helping me anyway and his demeanor was so far from help I should use a different word. I got my box shipped and UPS has confirmed it will be delivered. It just shouldnt have taken a half hour. Wait until you see the review I wrote for you from the sales slip comments, Mr Supervisor!

Extremely friendly, helpful staff at the printing department. I had to last minute get artwork copied and printed for my best friends’ memorial service & they really helped me during this difficult time. Very precise, professional & funny (definitely needed a good laugh so thank you!!) While waiting for my copies, I noticed the employees having to deal with a difficult customer - yet, they still remained calm and professional & didn’t not let it effect them like most would. I would definitely recommend the printing center if you ever need any work done. Thank you for all your help

Excellent service. Went in to get something laminated. Took only 10 minutes and we were done. Helpful staff and plenty of parking.

I do not understand before, some girls worked there very good with the service and now there are two men who gave me a bad service they had a face I do not know if they were angry but bad service that the women return there

The only thing I like about this place is the quick and past copy service. But in term of checking out and looking for some supplies, you are likely to wait. They always seem to have shortage of supplies and/or workers. I am giving them two stars rating for having the Staples Advantage which saves me money.

Ive never had a problem here before but today I experienced the worst customer service available. Its my busy season, so when I rushed into Staples at 8:10 the store was empty. I had a question so I stuck my head out of the aisle and called to the 3 employees hanging out at the register. There were no other customers. When no one came I went and looked at them again and asked for help. Again, no one came. Then the guy in the computer tech area, looking embarrassed, came over. I asked what was going on and he didnt know but had heard me asking for help and them ignoring me. He got the manager and he helped. I spent $100 in that store but next time Ill find another one.

I visited this store yesterday after having an item put on hold by another store. When I showed up, the item could not be found. Daniel, the Team Supervisor, did his best to locate the item while I was there. I left without it, but a few minutes later Daniel followed up with two phone calls to tell me hed found the item. This was at a very busy time of day, while he was also dealing with other customers. Daniel dealt with everyone in a calm, professional manner. I was very impressed with Daniel and the other employees at this store.

Good place!, you find much of your needs of stationery items, from time to time they make really big deals in specific items.

Went to this store for my TSA PreCheck interview; I got there super early, an hour, as it was about 80 miles from my home and I wasn’t sure of the traffic situation. Elvin, the IdentoGO agent saw I was waiting and was kind enough to help me, long before my scheduled interview time. He was very accommodating, understanding and kind; if you need your TSA PreCheck interview- Elvin is your guy!!

Staff are always friendly and that is the only plus. The store is antiquated with high prices for what you get. Always go in but seem to never buy anything. If a store needs to go out of business, this Staples should be first on the butcher block. Prices online are a fraction of the cost...shame that they have not kept up with current technology.

Never have courteous help. Don’t know where anything is in store. Wife & I have tried several times to get things the website states are current. Three people behind counter if you interrupt the personal conversation to ask a question...rude or we’re probably out of that product. Never anyone willing to walk & show you where items are in an aisle.Lucky for them no one else around carries product unless you go to Norwalk

Terrible place as far as shipping goes. In my first experience, my package was delayed for 3 days despite paying $60 for 2nd day Air. Got no refund. Second experience, an associate named Maria took 15 minutes to process my package despite me being the only customer there. She took so long the computer timed out and I had to stand there and complete it again.They cost significantly more than any other UPS and any USPS that I suggest you look for any and all other options before coming here to send out your packages.

Their copy paste system is broken and not safe .. their process to handle exceptions is clearly broken... Why is the associate printing of hidden from customers view ..they can do anything there they can copy files, steal data from customers pen drives !! Not safe at all ....I felt very insecure handing over my pendrive to the associate ..

This staples location is on the smaller side, nothing special about it compared to any other staples

Clueless manager (Danny) has no idea how to apply coupon that website clearly states is available. Worst thing about it is that he would not admit that he simply doesnt know how to do it but instead made up story about my items not qualifying. I went to the store in Greenwich and the transaction went smooth like butter. Thanks to employees like Danny, Staples is loosing customers.

This store is a complete MESS. I used to come here all the time But not anymore. The store manager is unhelpful and a sweet talker but he doesnt know what hes talking about. I asked him to help me with my order and he got it all wrong. I want to be refunded for wasting my time.

I deal with this every time. I say same day online and its never done. I am also never notified that it wont be done. I have learned to call and check before I head over. On top of that, I can NEVER get ahold of anyone. Currently, I am trying to find out if my print job is done and I have been on hold for 15 min. I hung up then called again, another 15 min. Hung up again tried another extension, been on hold for 10 minutes.Get it together.

Best place to shop for Stationary and Computers

They seem a bit overpriced. Found accordian pocket folders much cheaper on Amazon.

I went to this staples to ship a package via usps to try them out. I got there and the clerk swivled the keyboard and monitor and had me type the addresses. I thought it was weird but i decided to give him another chance. I asked him what was the cheapest way to ship and he told me that it would be $7.78, knowing that the monitor swivled, I turned it and it was not the cheapest option. He Stood motionless not saying anything. I pointed it out and he gave me the cheaper price. Not a good way to treat their new customers, i hope they change. Next time ill try another clerk and see what happens.

To fix an Apple iPad model A1822 do not go there because they don’t have that model’s glass to fix it

Asked for regular paper print and they printed on F.. Cardboard.... had to pay 60 for something shouldnt be more than 15

There is a man told me starter toner in printer only can print 20 pages and truth is that toner can use 1500 pages.

Worst staples ever, I have come here twice just to drop off a ups box and have to wait 25 mins to do that, I just couldnt put it in one of the drop box CozIt wont fit and this is closet to my house, this place like sucks, at one timeThere was a guy not doing anything another timeSomeone was on break !!!sucks sucks

I came to this store earlier today to purchase office supplies for my business. During checkout, I saw that two guys were having a discussion about something and that there was only one cashier so I had to wait in line for a few. Seconds later, their discussion grew louder and I could hear the man in the grey shirt yelling at another associate. Besides not being able to find everything I need, the way the guy in the grey shirt was talking to the other associate makes me not ever want to shop here again.

Copy machines were all not working.

Literally the WORST staples ever!!!! Extremely under staffed print center and anyone who does work there is incompetent with no sense of urgency!!! So fusterating!!! Management, l lets do something about this!

Okay store prices are a little high also theres your only usually one cash cashier open so theres a long way to check out they have work to do there
