Good service with knowledgeable staff. I was disappointed to find out. They dont have playstation controllers in stock.

I am long time supporter of GameStop. I enjoy the experience of going in store and the option of buying used games. Unfortunately, I have had repeated bad experiences at this location. Everytime I’m there it is the same employee and he never gives you his full service or attention. He is constantly distracted with conversation and is immensely unhelpful. Next, this location rarely has popular games in stock so I highly recommend to preorder or go to another location. I love GameStop but I wouldn’t shop here.

Tom is THE BEST! They know exactly what theyre doing and can help you with almost anything gaming related. Around 2:30 - 3:00 its busy, so make sure to come before or after that time. Whatever youre looking for - whether its a game, console, microphone, controller, or merchandise, theyve got you!

Horrible selection. Everything is out of stock.Waited on a line for 15 mins just to get checked out for them to tell me, that they have no ps4 controllers in stock. I had the box in my hand. They should have put a “out of stock” label on it.No ps4 controllers Any color, any brand, used or new.No wonder this chain is going out of business; they only thing they should be selling is accessories, being that I download all my games digitally now.They always have incompetent staff and always a long wait. Will only be ordering off Amazon from now on.

The absolutely BEST GameStop EVER Abby and Tom are phenomenal managers. When I’m looking for anything game related I drive 20+ miles just to support their store. Friendly and knowledgeable beyond all other stores. They deserve raises and I have no relationship with them other then being a satisfied customer. They truly are the best store I’ve personally encountered

Gamestop in general has gone down over years. Website has no products. But they power membership is totally worth it.

Don’t even bother going here. They have a problem with customers touching any product that you may potentially buy. I understand that times have changed and procedures have been altered to provide a safer environment. But this is laziness. I can’t even turn a game over to see what I’m buying? I rather order online from somewhere else.

Great location of the chain. Usually easy to park out front if you are a little patient. Excellent and wide selection and demos of new and used games -- perfect for last minute emergency birthday presents.Surprisingly crowded when I go. Id thought stores like this were dying: not this one!!

Whoever was working on 9/17 and 9/18 treated me extremely rudely when I asked whether the store had GTA5 in stock. I understand this is a busy time, but the employee was very dismissive and wouldnt offer me any advice on whether it made sense for me to drive from Norwalk to Stamford for a first-come, first-serve copy. So I took my business to the Westport store instead. The Westport store team was very polite, told me how many copies were in stock, and gave me a reasonable estimate of how soon I should get there to make sure I could get a first-come, first-serve copy. Common courtesys not so common!
