I really like shopping at ShopRite.The staff friendly and willing to assist you, prices are reasonable, shelves are full, fresh fruits and vegetables, quality meats,for meat lovers and I can find plant base food.ShopRite is a great place to grocery shop.👍

This is definitely my favorite shot right the customer service is 80% spot on Ive ran into probably two people that were not so great in the customer service department but other than that always great customer service the management team is always great and assisting me. They have a great selection of food theyre hot buffet theyre deli everything is very well stocked usually. Would definitely go here over the one on Hope Street.

The pharmacy people are good! Received my COVID shot here last week. Very nice and efficient pharmacy department. Efficiency at grocery checkout as well.

Typical Shoprite... great produce and crowds. Love the chain for great priced products but hate the packed parking lots. Great, helpful pharmacist who administered a COVID shot. Narrow isles ...store needs a makeovers.

They always have the best selections from ShopRite in Shippan Ave. The meat selection has gotten extremely better lately.The staff is very friendly and happy. The fresh vegetables are delicious. I love going to this ShopRite rather than any of the others.This one is not as large but this one you find more people going to it.My family and I enjoy this one the much better and lots of our friends Thank You. Local Supermarket. Great selection on name brand items. Plus a vast selection of their own in-house brand.

No cinnamon sticks. No organic garlic mill McCormick. No purple sweet potatoe. No bluette. No pwder for white clothing.

In addition to everything they do well they have a huge selection of fresh flowers.

I’ve had bad experiences at the self checkout line with the guy working it. As in more than once. I’ve been double charged multiple times for items & after the first time I learned to check my receipt at home. They are good about refunding after I call to let them know what happened but it’s still annoying to have to go back just to get it. The parking lot sucks as well! Almost got hit as someone drove through the do not enter sign while I was tryna put my cart away.But they have good prices.

I’ve been here since i was 6 as back as i can remember, not once has anything bad happened in this store, all the staff are helpful and always active, everything is always fresh, and prices are affordable, it’s amazing to shop here, definitely recommend if you want a store you can always rely on, 10/10.

The store was clean and things were pretty easy to find. Very crowded the night before the Super Bowl. The checkout girl was very nice and helpful however we were in a hurry and didnt want to wait for a price check as our drinks rang up without the sale price. The only thing that wasnt great was the parking lot. I think it was well organized on a regular day but because of the Super Bowl frantic shoppers people were honking and it was not easy to get in and out of spaces due to the traffic flow. The store itself was conveniently located to where we were visiting and had great entrance and exit locations!

Not even the best ShopRite in town, but its cheap and convenient for many people.

Staffs ate so nice and helpful, only for specific food items are bit hard to find there.

They have always been very organized and clean. Never, hardly run out of what youre shopping for. Plus the location is near my residence. Also the staff is very knowledgeable to where all there merchandise is located and dont mine helping you find the items that youre looking for. So if youre looking for a nice, clean and friendly store to shop at😌 come on down toElm Street in the Shippan area and have a ball!!!

In Stamford there are like 3 grade A and shoprite but I like to go to this location. They have more variety of meats and more products.

Tremendous fresh food with a mind boggling seafood area. All fresh meat is excellent. Make a detour for the Hispanic selection

The cakes at this bakery are really great! I dont usually like chocolate but I fell in love with the chocolate mousse and I love the caramel cake. Never expected this from a supermarket bakery. You will not be disappointed.

Honestly it’s pretty good, but everytime my family and I get our stuff the person bagging our items always leaves us to bag them ourselves, the person last time walked away to go to a diffrent person and another time i went there they walked away, the person checking out the items told them to help us but they said “ nah”. it also happened yesterday

That way was good today on shippan Avenue.

This market is extremely well maintained, very clean. Big but not to big. Great variety.

Great for familys on a budget or not. Offering great deals on popular items such as cereals and yogurts, buy in bulk and save save save. Also have a basic organic foods section for the everyday fruits and vegetables, cereals and snacks. Although the store is clean they havent done any improvements, still stuck in the 90s.

Good place to shop with nice fresh produce and good sales. Lowered to two stars, I called to ask a question and the guy who answered picked up yeah and seemed bothered to talk to me. I asked to speak with the pharmacist and the guy literary said whatever then transferred me

Ive been going there for 50 years its my favorite Grocery store and the owner Sam is a terrific guy everyone there is so pleasant and friendly thats why.

My husband bought a rotisserie chicken yesterday Dec 5. It was fresh and moist but had absolutely no taste whatsoever. I dont think they even used any salt. We were disappointed because the chicken used to be very tasty.I think it will be a long time before I try it againCarin Lanefski

I have been a customer at this store ever since the 90s and it has really gone downhill over the past several years. This store does a poor job with restocking items!?!?! Ive spoken to the managers on staff to no avail, so I have just given up and instead of going there on a weekly basis I now only go maybe twice per month. I would have rated with 3 stars, because what they lacked in product variety and restocking they made up for with lower pricing but they had recently gone up on their pricing. If this store wants to stay competitive they really need to do a better job with their variety of vegetarian and vegan selection and restocking regularly.

When I go to Stamford CT to visit my family there on the way back to Yonkers NY I have stopped at this store 3 times respectively. The veggies and fruit are very fresh and the prices are reasonable depending on what you need to buy versus what is on sale. The store always looks neat and clean to me and the people working there are very helpful without being overly friendly. Checkout was painless and for the 150.00 worth of groceries I had which was a lot the young lady did a good job. Also a great help are the naggers. All in all I hate to say this but I must... I like shopping there better than the stores in Yonkers and I think the schedule store. Also the customers in the Stamford store seem to me to be very courteous and Ive actually spoken with some of them at times. Yeah Stamford CT.

This is my favorite Shop Rite - customer service is amazing and this is a true neighborhood store. If you feel this store is located in a rough neighborhood - try going to Fairway instead. Enjoy those Fairway prices:)

Reasonable Shop Rite with good selection. Not as big as the nearby super Shop Rite in Main Street in West Stamford, but more than adequate. There is a small bakery, well stocked seafood section, and reasonably priced produce. Cheaper than Fairway but very limited organic selection.

I just got my groceries from there and the mozzarella cheese that I bought is expired and it has green stuff. This is not the first time that I got something expired at that supermarket.

I have been shopping at this store for 53 years and I find it is the greatest Supermarket with the friendliest people in the owners are so caring and nice to their employees and their customers. The sagari family is an old family from Stamford and they live right in the neighborhood and they are some of the best people you will ever meet. That alone is enough to make you want to go to the supermarket
