Yummy fro yo place with lots of dairy free and gluten free options! Lots of toppings too. A little untidy but very helpful staff! I would go here again.

They charged $38 (with a $5 discount) for 2 9-oz tubs of frozen yogurt with 4 toppings, then they blamed it on DoorDash ($7 in total fees). From my daughter, a 12 year old. Just look at the receipt if you don’t believe me. Stay away from this place, bring your business somewhere else.EDIT: funny answer from the owner: DoorDash charged $7 and I should bring it up to them??? What about the $30 for 18oz of frozen yogurt YOU charged????Again, my recommendation is: BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I love 16 handles and I’ve eaten at different locations, but I found this one to be very dirty. The fruit was noticeably rotting there, with bugs flying around and the hot fudge was more like a brown water that I regretted adding in my bowl.

They have little kids working there that don’t wanna help I asked for a take home of a flavor that was not in the already in the fridge, they usually make it for me when I ask and today the girl said no that she couldn’t the store was not busy, she just didn’t wanna make it so she told me to check back during the week. So rude it would have taken a second to make the take home tub.

This store is always clean and Inviting, great variety of flavors not to mention all the toppings. 🤤My go to place in Stamford for a sweet treat.

Went here for the first time. Loved it! Great choice of flavors. Staff was friendly. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its a little pricey.

I called them to ask if they have sugar free options, I was put on hold and no one ever came back to phone for 15 minutes! I was able hear all customer interaction in store but nobody came back on phone to answer me! July 2nd 2020 at 3:30 PM. Adding time here so that people running the store at the time realize this if they care enough to read this!I got a irritated toned phone call back after writing review! Sorry but you lost me already. I was at another place enjoying my ice cream.Oh yes and I will not take the rating back because ratings are not only for taste! Overall experience matters! Even phone call. If you are not interested answering customer phone calls then don’t put your number here.

For Ice Cream Lovers this place is paradise. As name suggests you got 16 different flavours of dessert and toppings options. They have many options for toppings on the top. You need to pay as per the weight at the checkout. Its great to try so many varieties and customize at your will. People can be creative here..

I love coming to 16 Handles. The yogurt is delicious and atmosphere is very inviting! Very fun place. One of the cleanest yogurt shops Ive been to. Owners are there often and are super nice people. Highly recommended!

I love 16 handles! I like it better than ice cream and I love how many flavors they have and the condiments bar!! All fro-yo is half the calories than regular ice cream and tastes delicious. One improvement they could make is to keep the place a bit cleaner.

I really like this place. It always has a non-dairy options, my very picky daughter likes their vanilla flavor. They have no added sugar options, bit I am not sure what the ingredients are, as the frozen yogurt is very sweet. I have never seen it crowded. Organic would be ideal for me, and that is why I am giving it solid 4 stars.

Its a nice small store. The music can be loud at times, but its still nice. The froyo taste good. I like how affordable it is too. Nice walking distance from the mall.

Usual frozen yogurt store. Flavors are good with some having less sugar than others. Nice seating area that is popular with families and college students. Some amount of tasting its permitted. Ask the cashier.

Pumps are too low. Kids take taste tests by scooping yogurt out of dispenser by hand/finger. Thats why I stopped eating it years ago. My family still eats it.

We normally go to peachwave in Norwalk but that was closed. This place was worth the trip. Lots of super yummy flavors. 😊

Delicious, but if you get the Coco puff yogurt add the puffs. Itself tastes like a milk based version of their plain chocolate frozen yogurt.

Regularly update their flavors, this slot has pretty much become our go to dessert place. Could usually get a seat too, even with it stroller.

These guys are really fun and cool. They have karaoke and like a bunch of flavors with tons of toppings for your sundae.

Just ridiculous! Came in for 2 yogurts on date night with my wife, and asked she went to use their facilities. The door was locked, she knocked, no answer. Asked at the front for a key and she was told, We dont have a key. What kind of place is run like that? Never going back again, just rude.
