Best customer service I have ever experienced. Used them for dozens of projects in Connecticut and across the United States. The owner, Greg, was involved with every project. The products are of the highest quality and most importantly projects were always finished on time and correctly even when the deadlines were tight. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We visited the showroom in Stamford, and ordered 3 Aeron chairs that were displayed there. We were supposed to receive the chairs within 10 days. We were informed later that the delivery date would be 1 month.We finally received the chairs but they are a basic version of the chairs we saw at the showroom for which me made the request.The company proposes to pay an extra $95 to add a lumbar support piece on top of the $900 per chair.We were indicated that the chair we ordered had all the basic features to keep the cost lower. Obviously, we never have been informed that we would receive a different chair than the one we tried at the showroom.We could have found better prices for this basic version. We requested to return the chairs.
