This was the second time I went here. My first experience was terrific! This time excellent!! Great, helpful, professional, friendly service! The worker greeted me and assisted me with a smile, and she walked me through my task.Her name was Shweta and I cant say enough great things about her. All companies should have this type of workers! Can’t recommend enough! My restaurant’s printer broke and I was left without menus. I brought my own paper and Kevin saved my life! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to this FedEx location since it open. I never had an issue with sending out packages through FedEx until today. Whom ever is the new evening manger at this location is over his head. He cannot handle rush hour. He seems to busy to help out the one women in front who has a customer that is having issues with her package, while a long line of customers is beginning to grow. The other FedEx women is doing god knows what, while the big delivery truck was waiting for packages to go out. Corporate needs to monitor this location and figure out a better system. Finding the right help would be a plus during this rush hour period to help improve the quality of service. Its god awful to be a customer during this period of time. Lastly the mangers temperament was uncalled for and his attitude towards the public gave off an impulsive threat under pressure. I hope this comment will help you improve this location. Thank you.

A very convenient fedex shipping location. Some parking is available in the front, but significantly more is available in the rear. There are both front and rear enterances so it doesnt matter where you park. Service associate Tanya helped me ship my package. She was very friendly and a pleasure to work with! Would highly recommend this location if you need to send a package out.

I love this place! James was calm, cool and collected. He made me feel at ease and I was very stressed that I wasnt going to be able to get my package to Chicago in time. He was very patient as I was double and triple checking the package to make sure that the address was correct and contents were there. From this positive interaction I plan on using FedEx for all of my needs. I am extremely happy that I did not go to UPS or the post office on this particular occasion.

I have really just used them to ship my packages so he review is solely for the service that I got. Being open 24/7 is a great help when you just cant find time during the day. And the staff was courteous even during the wee hours (thank you). Hey also hold packages from fedexs around the area also for the times when you are not home available to sign for some of the packages which was a great plus since I could go at my convenience to collect them and not incur any additional charges.

I asked for help to print out a document on the legal paper and was sent to the self-service. When printing failed, I asked for help. I was told that I have to wait for 5 more customers to be served, even though I was the 1st when I came. I wasted $$s on the self-service, and got nothing done. Good luck to get any help at this Kinkos location !

Some of the most genuinely friendly and helpful people are employed here. Always explain what they’re doing and do their best to help you.

The staff is very helpful when you get to them but when it is busy it takes so long to get help but its convenient so what can you do, Print and mail.

I wait here longer than the post office. Competent and courteous employees, it so overwhelmed and understaffed it is simply no longer worth it to go there. Post office is across the street.

Here now. Came in and it was an older Caucasian woman who gave me attitude off the bat. I said maybe no more than two words to her. Dont take your frustration out on me because you had a long rough day of customers. Horrible customer service. I believe her name was Shaeron. Wont be going back!

Good location. Variety of services. Usually short on staff, and prices are high.

Some times can be busy in here with limited staff, but Ive had overall good experiences here with staff being very helpful and friendly.

Horrible experience. The employees were rude and disrespectful. They made me wait for about 20 mins, just because they were chatting and could not be bothered to attend me. Terrible customer service. They did not provide useful information when I asked questions, and made mistakes when writing my information.

The worst of the worst. Never hit their deadlines, and sometimes don’t show up to open the store on time. I pulled my account and will never so business with them again.

Staffs are rude, unprofessional and they have no clue how to track a package. They treat customers as if Fedex has not paid their salaries for 6 months. Avoid this location if possible.
