The staff is AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help us. We were returning furniture and they supplied us with bubble wrap, cut one of the boxes (to help with damage) and resized a box to make a table fit. So impressed with the helpfulness and generosity! I will never give this store my business again. The store manager is unbelievably rude and condescending to customers and employees. Misplaced a $1000 item I tried to ship with them and then waited four days for ME to call them. Went to the store for the last time every today and was given attitude because their rates were much higher than the UPS site quotes. The manager told me good luck trying to speak with someone at UPS. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS, you wont regret it.
We had several documents to print, organize, get notarized, and send, taking quite a bit of time. Special thanks to Mark, who helped us, and was so patient and polite with us as we tried to keep it all organized. He represented the operation with the upmost professionalism!
John, Mike and Devan were absolutely amazing! Ive worked in the service industry and it is not easy to come by people who are inquisitive and dedicated to finding solutions. I was looking to return a desk chair to Amazon that I couldnt manage to take apart. They worked together to try to separate the pieces and when they couldnt they measured the chair and provided me the dimensions of the box I needed. Thank you so much guys! I really appreciate your patience, time and effort!

We get many packages and have a box here because of this. They are super friendly here and very efficient. Ive had a couple of hiccups but given the volume, it happens and they were quick to research the problem and resolve it. One thing Ive noticed, its very busy 3-5pm during the week so keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.
I needed to ship something quick to Utah. Went into this store before noon since I know they have both UPS and USPS facilities, so I could compare the cost and decide what to choose. The UPS 2 day delivery cost was 3 times of that of USPS, so I chose USPS. It went downhill from there. The USPS daily clearance for the store is 5pm. So I shipped this well in time for the same day clearance. Right? WRONG!!!!Next day morning I am looking up the tracking number and it still says just the label created. I called the store. Whoever picked up the phone told me that USPS many times misses a scan and so the box might be on the way, just not been scanned. I was told to call later that day if still no movement is seen on the tracking number.About 2pm same day I am checking the tracking number and it still says that the label created. Another call to the store and the person who picked this time tells me The USPS driver missed the box yesterday...its still here!!!! So it is all fault of the USPS driver. They are there just to register it and get the money. They have no responsibilities to ensure that all the boxes are picked by the USPS driver. If something goes wrong, nobody would say sorry. Just comfortably point the finger and blame on the USPS driver. Pretty convenient....So my next question was, would you give me refund? No...we dont because of the policies (even though they screwed it up)....the next question....Can I get my package back?....after a hold, finally....yes you can come in and get the package....This delay caused me to falter on my promise of getting it delivered to someone by a certain day. But I didnt say a word when I went back to the store to get the package. But to my surprise, nobody still said sorry....because they dont care....they are there just to get the money....nothing else....I took the package to the USPS post office to drop off....could not trust these people any more...and thats when I understood why they have the policies of no refund....if I went to USPS and chose the same delivery time, it would have costed me exactly half of what I paid at this store....Do yourself a favor. If you want to ship something with USPS, go to post offices....unless you want to pay double.Personally, would I use UPS in future? Absolutely....but would I go to this store? You can bet big that I would not....I am glad that this nightmare of an experience is over.
Refused to perform any sort of customer service. Did not provide a method to fix a ups error, said there was nothing to do and nobody in the world can fix it so I might as well pay 90 instead of the 30 which I was charged by UPS. 2 minutes on the phone with UPS and it was fixed. Awful service.
One of the Older Gentleman working the counter with the khaki cargo pants and grey shirt and full set of hair at counter was very rude to fiancé and I while doing an Amazon return today July 13th around 11:30 am, Did not greet us had a very nasty attitude you can see it all over his face finished the returns and gives us the receipt and doesn’t even say have a good day or the transaction is Now finished you may leave he was completely quite not a word came out of that mans mouth while attending to us .
The staff was helpful and patient while helping me print out, notarize and fax documents. Excellent customer service.

This UPS Store has been really good to us.All the staffs are very professional and helpful. I just hand them my packages with all informations and walk away. They packed everything and send to my receivers with peace of mind. They also keep all my boxes for me for weeks when I’m on vacation or too busy with work without asking for a dime.Thanks, One happy customer
I recently needed notary services. When I phoned to learn about the availability, the employee was very cordial and helpful. When I visited the store to get my documents notarized, the gentleman (in the turban) was extremely friendly and helpful. I would return to this store for the same service again.
The manager says to me I’m not going to enter your UPS business account number because it’s a “waste of his time.” Yes because your time is so much more valuable than mine. Place is awful
Dont ship any of your package from here, their service makes me feel sad. I lost my invoice & tracking number. I called them up to provide the tracking number through my identify (using phone number, destination address or through email id) but they just said No & hung up my call.
I have had a horrible experience with this place. First of all, theyre not friendly with me at all. The way they treated me was unfriendly and disrespectful. It made me feel awkward. I get treated better at a fast food place than here! Not to mention they overcharged me for packing!! A total waste of money!! Youre better off just buying the stupid box from them and packing it yourself. Rather than pay these fools to do it. I will never let them pack anything for me again!!! DONT LET THEM OVERCHARGE YOU!!!! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OFF YOU!!
I specifically asked for my package to go out with a tracking number so I could notify buyer. OJ the clerk said okay. It turns out it does not have a tracking number. Numerous hrs trying to get someone to help with no luck. Now I may lose $50 because my recipient could claim she never received package.
Its always a pleasure to go to the UPS Store at Bulls Head. Customer service is excellent and always upbeat. They do a great job wrapping packages. Shipping is invariably very easy.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. Granted the gentleman that works there is rather dry, but he is fast and efficient and always helpful to me.Satisfied customer :)
I went there yesterday, 5pm. the two staff managed to get through the line of waiting customers in very short amount of time, many times even multi-tasking. great service, friendly staff - Good Job, guys!!
Since the new owners took over, the store looks great and it is totally computerized. I even receive text messages when packages arrive. Great customer service.

If I get a option to give 0 star, could give that. Store manager is rude and so much attitude. I asked to take the print and store manager denied to take out the print and cancelled my order. I will never visit this store.
Bad service attitude. Employees at the front desk deliberately make sure that attitude is the main thing they dish out to customers. Bad reflection of UPS senior management. Avoid this store.
I had an issue and the owner got back to me right away. The parking lot can get a little crazy at this location.
