This was my second visit to this store as I needed my daughter to have a new bed and confirm what was wanted.. I feel I got a great deal, the sales person called the manager to confirm that deal that was good and did not miss any discounts. What a Great Experience at this store.

Normally hate going to places where they try to “sell” you but when we arrived we were greeted by an associate named Karlee. Not only was she very informative and knowledgeable she didn’t add any pressure to our decisions. We did find our perfect bed and had the best service doing so. My boyfriend and I went in to check out some mattresses and were expecting to just lay on some and see how they felt, but Carlee greeted us at the door and had us try out the bed match technology. It was great and so helpful, as the type of bed that we “thought” would suit us was not what we wanted at all. We proceeded to lay on a few that matched our sleep styles and body types and found one that was amazing and within our price range. We also got some great pillows for a very good price! It was a great experience and I would recommend the mattress warehouse on Benner Pike for anyone who is looking for a good bed! I bought a mattress from your Benner Pike location in State College PA on 09/11/20 and the lady who attended me there (Betty) processed my payment 3 times because she said the payment didnt go through. She then refunded me one of those payments and said that we needed to wait for a few days to see if we were going to be charged for the other two payments. This has now been almost 6 weeks and I am still waiting.I have been to your location several times already and every time I am told that we are going to get the refund and that someone is going to call us to confirm that it has been done none of which has happened. Every time, I am told that Bettys manager is processing the refund and that we are going to receive it in a few days and still nothing and nobody is calling me back.I have bought 1 mattress which I still have been charged twice for and this has been going on for 6 weeks which is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.I was nice and patient at the beginning but now this I am starting to consider this as a theft and if this problem is not solved this week I will take measures to get my money back.

My fiance and I went here in hopes of replacing our highly defective mattress. In the end, we were not disappointed. We were helped immensely by Trevor and left with two new pillows. Our mattress came the next day and we couldnt be happier. Trevor was able to work with us and our price range. It made for an all around pleasant shopping experience.

So far we’ve had our new temperpedic mattress for about 3 weeks and I feel well rested every day.

Updated: originally I gave 5 stars. Trevor was a wonderful salesman, and we were very happy with our buying experience. However getting it delivered is another story. It was supposed to be delivered today (7/5/18). Around noon I wondered why I didnt get a phone call so I called the store. I was told that mattress was on back order and was given no explanation as to why we werent called. Meanwhile our old bed is gone and we have no clue when well be available to accept a delivery.

They were knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They gave us options and were never pushy. It was a great experience!

I spent quite a bit of time at Mattress Warehouse in State College on 3/21/19. In fact, I went there twice. The first time was to pick a combination of mattresses and a frame with a great deal of help from Mike The second time to choose a headboard. I wa s very pleased with the service I received both times and the great deal I got on all I bought. Today, my husband decided he wanted to look at a different mattress than the one I bought, so, back we went. The salesman, Mike, couldnt have been more kind. He helped us find what we wanted, did the whole sale over and sent us on our way, happy customers. I wish all shopping was this easy. Thank you, Mike.

Do not purchase a mattress from this place if you cannot take it off the sales floor with you! They literally cannot deliver the right thing. My husband went in August to get a mattress, picked one out and they were to deliver it the following day. They brought the wrong mattress so they offered an upgrade and my husband ordered a mattress that had to be made as it was a custom order. Took 8 weeks and we were told it was on the way and they brought the wrong mattress AGAIN!. Given two twin free mattresses to compensate for their error and reordered the original mattress we wanted and 8 weeks later they bring the wrong mattress yet AGAIN!!! We gave up after three times! Trevor is the worst! He is either a terrible salesman or a good liar. I will NEVER buy anything from this place again and will not recommend anyone else purchase from them either.

We bought two mattresses recently and had such a great experience both times! We shopped around and mattess warehouse was able to save us over $1000 on both compared to other retailers in the area . Hope helped us and shes great!

We received a defective mattress from mattress warehouse. Its been 3 weeks and they have not taken it away yet! Weve been told on 3 different occasions by Trevor they were coming to pick it up but guess What? No one ever came by to pick it up. We can not even get another set because the bad stuff is still there. Trevor just told me tonight (after I woke him up, he was sleeping in his chair) he didnt know when they would come by. I was also told to have a nice day when I left the store. I would not trust Trevor or Mattress Warhouse. By far the worst experience Ive ever had purchasing anything, never again

Went to the Benner Pike location on Monday march 5, 2018. Trevor was welcoming and no pressure sales associate. We actually bought a Sealy box spring & mattress instead of the first lower priced set we first looked at. Sealy being a more well known name, we went with Sealy .Very easy & quick delivery schedule made. The set has just been delivered well within the 3hr delivery window .I will.post again within the 90day satisfaction guarantee time frame. Oh, and old pieces were removed- $15/pc. Well worth it- where would we dispose of them??

As soon I walked into the store, the salesman Trevor was very friendly & helpful. The BedMatch system was very informative & helped eliminate alot of the beds on the floor. That helped save us a good bit of time. Im a small, kind of timid woman & Trevor was very considerate & respectful of my space that every time I laid down to test out 1 of the beds, he would back away. He didnt once make me feel uncomfortable by towering or hovering over me like every salesman at the other stores We have been too have made me feel...Trevor is a very tall man. My husband instantly liked him because hes a Steeler fan. Plus, we can be very indecisive at times. And Trevor was being very patient & understanding. We were just getting prices & ideas until our income tax refund arrives. We are definitely coming back to Mattress Warehouse to purchase our bed from Trevor.
