This store has been here for 15 or more years now. The town has grown significantly and the constant need for new updated phones and tablets has grown significantly. They either need to find a bigger building or open up another store on the other side of town. I witnessed disabled people waiting for 30 minutes or more just to talk with an associate. The store isnt big enough and a lot of people had to wait without seating and the place was crowded. This was on a week day around lunch time.

It wasnt bad but I stopped just to pay my bill and the person says to me oh the kiosk is over there. I said please show me what youre talking about Ive never been here before and they very grudgingly showed me. Then I was like what do I do here? He said this is where you pay your bill and said just follow the directions. Of course it doesnt provide change either. LOL

Was there 2 hours. Every phone we wanted they didnt have which I understood with chip shortage. But then when we looked at cheaper phones we was pushed in a nicer word to get the newest Samsung Galaxys. Then he added lines when we didnt want more lines added even though supposedly you get a new phone it is still $40 a month for 2 lines just seating there.After all the back n forth we purchased the phones it was still 2 1/2 before closing and was told we had to make appt to come back another day to get phone activated. Told us would be easy to activate but was on phone with Verizon lady for 2 and half hours. Had time getting phones activated and lines changed n etc. She stated we should have never left before phones was activated with that amount of time before closing.

I would give zero stars if I could. I believe Gage and the stores management will lie to your face without blinking.Verizon tells you not to go to the store, signs in front of the store tell you not to go in, but then Gage says that the store is open like normal for you to come in and shop as usual. I was charged a $50 restocking fee for returning a Jetpack that I bought over the phone thinking it was replacing my old Jetpack. It was about a third of the size and weighed next to nothing. That thing would be lost in two days. Shame on you Verizon. Once again you find a way to screw your customers.

Went in for an upgrade over break. Im mostly just confused by how impossible the employee I spoke with made it? Upgrading has always been a pretty simple process overall, but this employee would not listen at *all* to what I was saying. Attempted multiple times to sell me a new plan, despite the fact that I have a very nice old plan that suits my needs just fine (as I said, three times, with much more detail). Then he finally went to get the phone I wanted, which I had picked before coming to the store. Or so I thought - actually, he spent 10 or so minutes in the back calculating how much the new plan he wanted to sell me cost. He then attempted to sell it to my companion, and became nearly hostile when we both declined. He put the tablet to his side and refused to help us further if we refused his offer. Needless to say, as we were refused service, we left. I really do try my best in these situations to be understanding. I calmly said no a grand total of six times, and when he put his tablet down, I calmly (and with disbelieving levity, because....really?) suggested we leave. Ive never felt like an employee was about to call *my* manager before, but if he could have I think he would have tried!

I returned to Verizon to majorily upgrade from a Moto3 to a Samsung 20 5g Ultra.Tony... The associate was very helpful with the nuts and bolts of the purchase.I figured as in the past that I could leave my former phone with the stores tech person in the store for 3 hours and return to everything having been merged to new Samsung platform.It was explained due to Covid-19 the stores dont do that any longer and later in the conversation it was explained that the stores used to do that and because the customers would leave poor reviews for taking 3 hours to properly move everything over, that is the real reason.The only reason I continued with the purchase is because my g/f is a techno wizard at this stuff, so after about 4 -5 hours the phone is 3/4 merged.Also I owed $100 on my remaining payment plan with Verizon for the Moto3.... I would think that the company would have absorbed that balance.Its a lot more costly for Verizon to obtain new customer than to retain current ones

Ive visited the site approximately 5 times in the past few years and all the customer service representatives were very knowledgeable. They were always able to answer my questions.If theyre busy, they have a greeter who signed me into a queue. Usually, I was able to get the answer to my questions from the greeter - so I didnt have to wait until a rep became free.

The staff are in sales, as long as you remember that you can be in and out in a reasonable time. Occasionally, they have someone with some very good information. However, as others have said they will constantly ask you to take a bigger plan, try to sell you overly expensive accessories, and occasionally change the offered prices. Personally, Ive always gotten a better deal out of best buy. They always pay more for my trade in.

Staff member was a middle aged heavy set man with glasses his name was JAMIE. he was No help, did not answer questions well, if at all, and was not personable. He tried to scare tactic my girlfriend into buying a case and screen protector telling her if you drop this phone without a case one time, its done. If my girlfriend didnt need to have the phone that day, we wouldve went to any other store than here, and i encourage anyone reading this to do just that, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Went to store to ask questions about plans and phones. Staff knowledge of products cans coverages is extremely poor. Ended up buying online and picking up in store. When I arrived to pick up I received negative attitude since I did not go thru the store to buy phone.As always Verizon will find a way to charge you more than the competition for the same coverage and service.

He would not engage in the discussion, even though he was asked to by the sales staff. The staff was left to apologize for not being able to do more. His hands were tied.

Very nice Employees. Had a nice friendly atmosphere and with the way they approached me personally there were very helpful for my situation. Its kinda a mess one phones not picking up the voice correctly but they finally made it possible to mail me a phone vrs having to send mine in. So the customer service helped me with that issue but I needed a new screen protector for the new galaxy before I even do the content transfer want it to be protected first and foremost. But I was really satisfied with the quality of the product they had for my phone and they put the screen protector on for me vrs me messing with it and making things worse. So Im thankful for this. Ive had a few issues with the licensed retailer stores so thankfully I work near a Actual Verizon Store. Thanks again for the great service and the quality of service you have provided.Had a issue with the screen protector it stuck up way far need to get a different one and it broke the very next day in my pocket with a lighter it cracked. I called Verizon they said that I can return it. I never got the packaging for the screen protector... But it will all work out.

Purposely omit relevant data when purchasing phones and contracts. Customer service is not good unless you are doing exactly what they want. Try going back later to get clarification and boy are you treated poorly. Horrible place. Do NOT let Nate or Gage help you. Gage is a condescending, arrogant person. I came twice with my parents to switch them to smartphones. I am a business college student and we learn a lot about customer service. I was amazed that the service that I received. The first time I came, I worked with Jayme Johnson. She helped us so much and she even switched us to a better plan. The second time we came, we wanted to work with her again due to the excellent service that she provided us. I also talked to another classmate and she told me how Jayme helped her as well. People like need a promotion! Incredible worker! I wish there were more people with this type of service! Hoping Verizon gives Jayme Johnson a reward for her incredible hard work!

So my mother goes into this Verizon store today, mind you shes not quite versed with cell phones. Shes been in there many times before because of a faulty charging port in her pixel.. weve been through 3 phones. Last week she went in and they upgraded her because of the issue. Today she goes in to see if theres any way they can transfer information off the old one on to the new. Instead of being polite about it apparently the man had to aggressively yell at my mother that theres no way he can do it and tell her shes using the wrong charger ..which mind you they didnt provide her with one when the new refurbished one came. Were using the old pixels one. This altercation had her so upset she literally called me almost in tears. All I have to say is work on your customer service. Theres a way to talk to people. I just wish I had your name.

Good service by staff willing to help, work with your situation, etc. If you ask them for the cheapest plan or phone theyre honest. Been in this store many times over the last few years, and never had any problems with the staff, products, or service, and never had a staffer try to push a package or deal forcefully. Usually have to wait a little bit before getting help if there after noon, but thats not much to wait for a once or twice a year visit.

The employee who helped me refused to let me leave without giving me a sales pitch on why I should upgrade my current plan, holding the new phone hostage until I complied. Go here and youll be buttered up in the same way car sales man would. If you plan on buying a cell phone out right, best buy or target are your best bet.

Worst experience at any retailer, of any kind, ever.Would give zero stars if possible.Went in to upgrade one phone, staffer (Adam) had no knowledge of Galaxy phones, at all, & literally REFUSED to upgrade the phone unless we changed plans - to a plan of HIS choice, despite our repeatedly stating we were not changing plans & were only there to upgrade my daughters phone.After the SIXTH refusal of his attempts at high pressure sales tactics & his attempt to FORCE us to change plans, while simultaneously REFUSING to get us the phone we specifically went there to ugrade to, he stated Im just trying to do my job. You CANT just come in and upgrade. Thats not how this works. He shrugged that he was unable to help us - unless we upgraded plans to one HE wanted.Im flabbergasted that any sales person could be that rude or outright REFUSE service unless the customer caves in to their extortion, & doubly so that Verizon allows this kind of behavior in one of their stores.We left & went to a DIFFERENT Verizon store in the same area & received absolutely STELLAR service (& added a tablet, something we hadnt known Verizon was offering - & did NOT change plans).AVOID THIS VERIZON LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

No matter what the reason you go into this store they will try to push you to upgrade your plan to a more expensive one. Phone not working? While we work on this lets put you on this more expensive plan! Just trying to upgrade to a new phone? Buy a more expensive plan! They are also one of those nit-picky stores. For example, sometimes there will be the slightest damage, be it a scratch or whatever, on your phone and one store will say it is not in acceptable condition, while if you go to another store they will say its fine. This is one of the ones that will find any reason to say the phone is damaged to get you to pay more money. Like literally looking at it under a magnifying glass. I wish google would let me give them 0 stars. TBH, stay away from Verizon in general.

I went in to purchase a phone today; the representative was okay, didnt have answers to all of my questions, but I got the phone in a reasonable time frame. My main issue was that he was wearing a wristband with an offensive political slogan, which makes me less than impressed with both his professionalism and his managers.As a reminder, never buy phone cases or other peripherals at this kind of store: you can find them for a quarter the price online.

Went in today for help with my phone after a sim card mix up. Was told very rudely after I calmly explained exactly what happened and what needed to happen, that it was all automatic and they could do nothing. Fast forward hours later, check on their website to see that its a. not automatic b. needs fixing c. isnt being fixed through website and now I need to go to the store to get it fixed, as told by the website. I know theres good Verizon stores, Ive been to them over the last 8 years. But this is not one of them.

So I FINALLY gave up my old flip phone and get a SmartPhone... The salesman at the store backed up my phone and stored my 950 + contacts on the Verizon Cloud. He then proceeded with handing me hand written notes on what to do next, how to create an Apple ID, how to download the Verizon Cloud app and then how to download my contacts. He was more concerned about selling me screen protectors, cases and chargers. He told me that Id have no problem doing all of this. Im a flipping flip phone guy! Seriously?? Well, here I am 5 days later, 4 different icloud email addresses later, hours of complaining to my wife & kids, pissed off on Fathers Day and a 50 minute phone call to Verizon.... I have them now. All 989 contacts. Thanks Dude! By the way Verizon, feel free to credit my account to the tune of $100 or more whenever you feel like I deserve it!!!

I worked with Jeremy tonight and while we werent planning on switching to verizon for a few months, he still took the time to give me a great experience. I honestly think that was some of the best customer service Ive ever received. He was knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. I needed at new phone, when the manager Travis told me there were 3 people before me, I was a little frustrated. I decided just relax, read a magazine I brought in and chill. About 15 minutes Travis sat down next to me and got my purchased started. I could of not been MORE PLEASED with the service I received. He took the time to provide me with a really good price and explained everything in words I could understand. He had to leave and Will Howell finished the purchases. I come in semi-frequently for assistance with several accounts. The store tends to be busy, so sometimes I have to wait. However, every time I have been in there, I have been greeted immediately and put on the list. Everyone has been both helpful and professional at all times. On two occasions, a manager has been called in to help answer some technical questions, and they always did everything they could to help and give suggestions.I also bought my personal phone from this store, and it was an equally positive experience. I never thought Id say something positive about Verizon, but the folks at this store are top class. I really dont understand the other reviews on here.

Sales people focus on up-selling and promise credits and promotions that they do not follow through on. Supposedly I was going to get $200 credit for recycling program promotion. 5 months later, lots of time spent calling/chatting with Verizon customer service and I may actually get the credit. Despite requests, sales rep refused to give me anything in writing (receipt, tracking number, or explanation or list of promotions applied to my account).

On my first trip to the store, I waited 20 minutes only to have a rep blow me off and only answer a couple of my questions. He was entirely unhelpful, made no effort to listen to my problem, and was obviously attempting to get me out of the store as fast as possible.On my second trip, a few hours later, a different rep was nicer, but ultimately unable to help me. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told I would be unable to since the store was closing soon.If at all possible, go to a different location.

They try to fool you on the actual fees and also add unwanted features to your plan. Be careful and watch your money. I had to pay a $36 installation fee to cancel my purchase the day after I bought a new phone and plan from them and by ordering the same phone and device from Verizon online, I saved $100.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not even give this place one star if I could. The price I was quoted for my plan is not the price I am stuck paying for the next 2 years. Avoid this place if you can. If you go there, plan on at least a 2 hour wait.If you go up the road to Tyrone for your phone it will take less time, (including travel) than dealing with this poor excuse for customer service.

I have gone in on a few separate occasions and with each visit to this store I leave increasingly sour. The customer service is terrible.Im a transplanted graduate student from Tennessee. When going home to visit my parents we upgraded our plan and my father got a new G6 edge. I waited to return to PA to do my upgrade when they fed me the lie that I would have to wait 2 weeks for the same phone my dad acquired at our store in person in TN, also saying that no verizon stores had them yet anywhere. I called my store 800 miles away and they mailed me the phone I wanted and had it 48 hours later.On another occasion, shortly after, I went in for the wireless charging pad for the same phone. I waited 20 minutes in store just for them to tell me they didnt have any in stock.

The way they interact with customers is so shady. They disappear into a room to make you wait while they do calculations come back with *hand-scribbled* prices for packages that you dont want and then get irritated if you ask for just one thing. Horrible! And its not the employees fault, its management and the way V does their business.
