The wrost service provided, call the store and no one answered for while . Then I came to store and they had the phone off the hook. If I am business then I should get service not where we have to wait 30 minutes just to buy one item for phone .

Adam and Taylor were thorough, friendly, and extremely helpful. Adam worked on several complicated issues for us for well over an hour. My wife and I aren’t the best with technology which created extra work for him. However, he was very patient and explained everything! I highly recommend this store!

Switched from Verizon to AT&T back in September, and havent had a bad experience yet. I went to the North Atherton Store, and the person who helped was her first day off of training, and she did an amazing job. The pricing is awesome, especially with a discount for where I work at. The store was VERY clean, employees were wearing masks, and there was hand sanitizer at each station. Keep up the outstanding work!

The staff isn’t well-trained, and I lost almost one month payment due to the malpractice of the staff. I went back to the store, another staff told me that they couldn’t address my issue and suggested that the lost money was not a big deal. The online customer service apologized, yet they didn’t return my payment back still. It doesn’t even worth a star.

Taylor was super patient and helpful with our transaction today. She was able to help set up my Dad’s new phone and recover his data off the old phone. I’m so pleased with our visit.

Everyone was busy when I walked in but someone still came over to say I will be helped in a moment. A couple minutes later I was helped. I walked out with a new phone in 20 minutes. I has to come back in the next day to give in my phone and walked out 10 minutes later with the whole transaction done. These people are very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I visited the at&t store today and the staff was really kind and gentle in helping me set up my new mobile number. Taylor was really paitient and helped me throughout the process. It was really a wonderful experience at the store. Though there were some glitches while setting up the mobile number, we sailed though it smoothly. I would highly recommend anyone getting a new number should visit the store as the hospitality of the staff was superb.

I have had AWESOME service at this AT&T!!! I always ask for Mike, because he has always helped me with anything I may need. As a college student, I am always looking for the best deals and programs, and Mike will always make sure I know all of my options. On top of this, he is knowledgable about AT&T products, services, and any potential issues I may run into. There has never been an issue that he couldnt help me with. I cant rave enough about how great his service has been to me over the past few years. Ask for Mike!
