Karon’s customer service at the Verizon Store in The Nittany Mall was outstanding. He took the time to get us a great deal and answer any questions we had. He was very patient with us as our older phone’s were not backed up and it took a while for our information to transfer to our new phones. Thank you Karon!

There was only one employee there and I waited for an hour and a half. After that I’m on a time he finally told me he was having trouble getting into the other customers Apple account. So basically I waited there for an hour and a half and then he told me to go to a different store. I’m never coming there again.

Ive never had such a bad experience at Verizon. When we went to upgrade my husbands phone, we asked what the cost would be that day and she said some outrageous price. We asked what it was for, as you usually pay taxes on a new phone. She beat around the bush then finally told us that price included a case and an extra charger and whatever else they throw in and charge you for without asking. We only wanted the phone and she argued with us for a while before giving in. Then she tried to charge us to set up the phone and my husband said absolutely not, we can do that ourselves. She tricked him into letting her turn the phone on and go through the first few setup screens and charged us for set up after we told her not to set it up. So this was a few months ago and I let it go because I didnt feel like fighting over the setup fee after leaving there mad and frustrated to begin with. Today I discovered weve been paying $13 a month for insurance on this phone that we said we did not want. Luckily, a real Verizon rep was able to reverse those charges for us. My best advice is to never go to a third party store because theyll scam you to the last cent. This girl was completely dishonest and shady and did everything she could to charge us for things we plainly said we did not want. You should be ashamed of yourselves for running such a dishonest business.

This is the second terrible experience I have had in this location. First time, the personnel did not know how to log into the computer - this took 20 minutes and he provided no valuable information after logging in.The second time, I scheduled an in-store pick up. There was only one person on staff. Been waiting for 35 minutes just to pick up my phone - which is already paid for. And the personnel still refuses to help me...This place is useless. Do NOT buy anything from this location. Just avoid it altogether. Verizon should be embarrassed to use this store front as a licensed seller of its products.

This store is so unprofessional. I walked in the store the other day and the people working were making fun of a heavy set gentleman. I walked out I went to another carrier. I do not want to be with a company where they let there employees make fun of people. One of the employees name was Zack and it was the girl the only girl that works there. Maybe they need to go back to school to learn out to treat there customers. I will do my best to make sure no one goes to that store. They are so disrespectful. Also right before I walked in the store I heard the girl employee yelling at a customer. If I was her boss she be fired. I was a Verizon customer for 15 years, apparently they did not want to keep my business. They also were throwing pens at each other in the store and one of the pens almost hit me in the face and they did not try to apologies to me for it.

Beware of promotional credits promised to show up on your bill in a couple of billing cycles...it is a sham. Luckily, I had texts and chat transcripts saved, as well as a fabulous CSR at Verizon Wireless who finally was able to give me the credit I was promised when the Victra salesman pulled his bait and switch back in October. I even visited the store and was promised help and a call back that never came. In all, it took over 15 hours of time and travel to get this straightened out. Never, ever again will I give these people my business. Whether a mistake or straight out lie, if I had not saved documentation I would be out the $300 that I was promised by Chuck at the Nittany Mall Victra store. Go to a real Verizon store, not these guys.

Horrible customer service. They staff have no knowledge of any of the Verizon guidelines or standards. I came here to fix a problem after customer service had told me to and they wouldn’t do anything. They said the reps on the phone had no right to tell me anything they had. Last time I checked they worked for them not the other way around. A pathetic excuse for a retailer.

Fake Verizon Store. The sales bro just argued with us for a long time about the price of a phone and the Verizon payment plans, when he clearly didnt know what he talking about because this is NOT a real real Verizon store. They are a retailer that charges you more than what you would get at the real Verizon store, yet he kept saying that the online prices were quoted cheaper because they competed with themselves (implying Verizon) and the the real Verizon store was lying to us so that he could sign me up for a more expensive plan. All the while claiming it would save me money to spend more each month. It seems like fraudulent behavior.

The worst experience any customer could ever have, looking to buy a product. September 17, 2015 Thursday night at 7:30. I walk into this Verizon store excited to pre-order my new iPhone. After seeing the big sign that said, pre-order the new iPhone here, I walk in and see the sales rep talking to two people. At first, assuming they were all employees, I browsed the store. After patiently standing behind them waiting for 5 minutes. I learned that their favorite beer was red stripe and that it is very cheep at Wegmans. The main sales rep behind the counter finally addresses me with Do you have a quick question? (assuming I was interrupting their conversation), I proceeded to ask how I pre-order the new iPhone. The sales rep gives me the whole run around as to why I should wait to pre-order it. He pretty much blew me off.... needless to say I am going to Best Buy.
