Starbucks is great as we all know. The bartender Mike was awesome and made my drink perfectly - best Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Service was quick too so if you have over 15 minutes between classes youll be able to get your order quickly enough!

Daughter was a regular here throughout attending college, & wed stop in when Id go visit her.I feel this locations commitment to accessibility in their providing readily accessible straws deserves its own special thanks. Disabled customers like me greatly appreciate it!!

Ive been a loyal, daily customer for about 8 years now... As far as coffee chains go, nobody elses compares! Staff are always friendly, cheerful, quick and efficient. My favorite place in town... Highly recommend!

This Starbucks is awesome.The only problem is that, sometimes it gets too crowded because it’s just beside campus.Other than that, the store has been renovated recently, and staff are super nice. I choose this place if I can’t go to a local coffee shop.

Wrong drinks

I like the fact that I can get sugar free drinks/lattes that I can still enjoy here.

Quick service, good price and nice staff. I got a medium blonde roast and it was tasty. They even offered to leave extra room so I can put my own cream and sugar in, which I really prefer to do myself.

So this is the second time in as many weeks that I had an issue with this Starbucks. Usually, it’s the best but I don’t know what is going wrong. Last week a piece of aluminum foil/tin foil was in my drink. Tonight, I ordered a venti chestnut praline latte for my fiancé and it was just milk - no espresso at all. Very disappointed.

Usually a crowded place, order ahead if possible. Batistas are doing a great job of serving as fast as possible, never have they ever screwed anything in the order. Its amazing how perfectly the orders are prepared given the crowd. 8/10 times youll find whatever you were looking for. Great ambiance.

Just as youd expect from Starbucks. At this point Im rather bias towards Starbucks but that is because they have made me so. They put out a good product in a timely manner and in a nice environment. This Starbucks is no exception. Even in a college town this Starbucks is of the up most quality.

I come here almost everyday. Really enjoy the ambiance here. A lot of smooth jazz, Bossa Nova and much more. Great place to just chill and relax.

A bit pricey for coffee, but we all know that, dont we? I like this particular Starbucks because, more often than not, the staff cares about making your coffee correctly, quickly and with the added touch of trying to be a little familiar. It can get a little crowded, but wait 30 minutes and it will clear out when classes change, since a lot of the customers are Penn State students.

Game day at Penn State and the 4 staff members were swamped. They did a great job but it was over an hour wait. Consider doubling your staff on home football weekends!

Baristas are helpful and location is great. Only a short walk from the Nittany Lion Inn if you are visiting.

This a just a standard Starbucks shop. The thing I like the most is that it opens to quite late and the location is next to the College Ave, close to a lot of public as well as the universitys parking lots. The attendants are friendly as well as professional.

Blonde cashier that works on Thursday night is so busy talking to her boyfriend that didnt order anything that she kept 3 people in line waiting. The toilet sink is disgusting. Employees need serious training.

This is the best Starbucks in State College. The baristas are very friendly and often remember your order. You can even place an order online and it is usually waiting for you when you get there allowing you to skip the line.

This is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. There was a line wrapped around the parking lot of the drive thru so I decided to just go inside instead of burning the gas to wait in line. There were about 10 people waiting for drinks and no one in line. So I ordered my drink the cashier was prompt but the three people making drinks were literally moving in what looked like slow motion. They took their sweet old time making drinks and when some people ordered just a hot coffee those were filled in chronological order instead of as soon as someone had a second to pour it, while the blender was going or while the espresso machine was running. They were just standing around waiting for these things instead of getting the next cup ready with flavoring or pouring a black coffee... Very disorganized and slow. Not worth the wait.

Their service has been great until today when I was approached by a barista who accused me for stealing the milk. This is what she said word-by-word Next time you should get a latte instead of using all the milk. Youre stealing the milk.I ordered iced espresso shots and I swear I only put appropriate amount of milk to correct the bitterness. This is what I usually do. The reason I didnt (and dont like to) order a latte is because the warm milk melts away too much of the ice. This time it just so happened that there was a little amount of milk left in the jar and so I almost used it up. This barista didnt even let me explain anything. She said those rude words and walked away to refill the milk jar. This extremely rude behavior of this barista has made me steer away from this branch. I wish I caught her name so I can report to the manager.

I just had a bad experience with Starbucks. I ordered a Sausage Chaddar and Egg. The accountant had me waiting there for 20 mins. I asked the gentleman who was making drinks and he told me they were out of sausages. If I didnt ask, the accountant would not even have told me!
