We ordered the coffee lover’s ice cream cake a few times and it was amazing! It is a custom order cake that will take a few days to make but worth the wait. The owners are very personable too. Great service.

Cold Stone isnt the best but, when its your only option, best to skip it.

I got a b1g1 coupon in the mail and decided to go with my boyfriend. Its a very sweet shop. Not too big, but still with plenty of room.I love all the choices and the staff was very nice. The one who helped us was very patient and didnt try to rush me to make up my mind.Overall a great place to visit!

After standing in line for 10 minutes and seeing one girl get waited on in that time, I had to leave because they were sooooo slow

Cold Stone ice cream is some of the best ice cream in town. Also they have late hours and ice cream cakes that are delicious.

Refused service while the business states they are in the green phase and masks aren’t mandatory or required by law. Used to love going here but if I’m going to be denied service and I didn’t do anything wrong then I won’t be back. Unbelievable

Wonderful service and with so many options it’s hard not to find something you enjoy. You select base ice cream and then get all kinds of mix ins to put in it. They have customized or Recommended combos. Not for the lactose intolerant/allergic. Great for a sweet treat to cool off on a hot day. The ice cream bases range from fruity, chocolaty, coffee, caramel, cheesecake, sweet cream, etc.

Good service and great ice cream. Got an ice cream cake for a friends birthday and couldnt get it online so the staff helped me through the phone. Everyone loved the cake and it was more than enough for everyone.

Prices are outrageous I paid $6.73 for a medium cone. And then theyre so stingy when you ask for water they give it to you in a 2 oz Dixie cup. That shows me they could care less about their customer. Greedy and stingy bad combination never going back again will discourage each others. Penn State creamery ice cream so much better and so much cheaper!

Not worth the price

Ive been here several times, and they have a fantastic repartee with customers coming in the door. You can tell the employees enjoy working there. And when the college students are in town, its still a great place to take young kids during the day.

Sweet cream, raspberries, and Kit Kat ... gotta love it! Make sure to carry some spare change with you for parking. If youre lucky, you might snag a spot just across the street. If those are all full, there is a parking lot just around the corner.

My husband and I have visited this Cold Stone twice now. Both times, extremely disappointed. My husband ordered the new cookie dough signature creation and I ordered the birthday cake remix. The girl behind the counter clearly does not know how to do her job. She put our ice cream on the stone, added the “mix in’s”, and yet failed to mix it in. She just threw the ice cream around it and slapped it in a bowl, leaving us trying to scoop out a full brownie and a full chunk of cookie dough. I know that this is not the correct method because I worked at this Cold Stone location for four years. It took everything inside of me to not ask this chick if I could just mix my own ice cream. Ever since new management took over, this place has not been the same. He needs to train his workers correctly because this is just an embarrassment.

In my opinion the ice cream and extras are too sweet and lack flavor. I would rather support one of the local creameries which have great quality products.

Some flavour may paralyze your taste receptor since it is sooooo sugary but overall quality was awesome and price is understandable

Great for a get-together with a friend. The ice cream is a bit expensive and is more for an occasional treat than a weekly indulgence. Also, personally I do not like how the store is slightly lower than street level.
