We go here for all of our furniture. They always have good prices and magically always have the perfect piece that checks all of our boxes. Bought a couch this time, and this couch was a very reasonable price. This couch is comfy, delivered easily, and fits all three of us plus 3 pets.

5 Stars!We purchased furniture for our new cabin from Speedys in March. The special order chair was on a delay because of covid. Stacey kept us informed through the delay process and we now have our complete order. Thank you Stacey and Dave for your great service! It made our furniture buying experience very pleasant.

I ordered my furniture in June,2021 and it is STILL not here. I understand these are trying times but on my receipt it states mid-Septemberish. It is now November. I have called 4 times since September and the date continually gets moved back. I do get an Im sorry...theres nothing I can do each time but after awhile that means nothing. I know others who have ordered furniture from other stores after I did and their furniture is here?? You may save some money with Speedy Furniture but you will be completely frustrated with not receiving the merchandise in a timely manner. I have been put off until the end of November now?? Wish I would have gone somewhere else. Buyers beware!!

Stacey was very helpful and let me take my time to look around and try out the different living room furniture so that I could really decide what I liked without being rushed. I ended up ordering a living room suit, and had it in about a week. The furniture is high quality and guaranteed. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were very helpful. They took my old furniture to another location for me so I would have room for the new furniture. I highly recommend Speedy Furniture, and I guarantee I will go back for any of my future furniture needs.

Speedy Furniture has a quality selection of furniture built to order. There were so many options on display in the store that it bordered on overwhelming. We found exactly what we were looking for. I am eagerly awaiting our new furniture.

My experience with Speedy Furniture from start to finish was nothing short of phenomenal, and I truly commend the owners for their honesty and kindness--they really do go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of! For context, I initially purchased a sofa that turned out to be slightly too large to fit through my front door, a result of me improperly accounting for the dimensions of the couch vs. those of the door. Right there, during the delivery, the movers called one of the store owners, Stacey, and she was incredibly understanding and kind--she even offered me a swap-out item at no additional charge to what Id paid for the first couch (a three-piece power recliner [pictured below] that could be assembled in parts, which completely solved the dimensions issue)! Later that week, I came into the store, confirmed the swap, and it was delivered the very next week (Speedy is certainly an accurate description)! I am incredibly happy with my couch (which is honestly infinitely better than my initial choice), and I look forward to stopping by again soon for a dining room set! I cannot say enough good things about Speedy Furniture! The owner, Stacy, was there when I went in and she was phenomenal. Not pushy, just helpful and friendly which made for a positive experience. I had a horrible experience at a different place and so came to Speedy looking for a different couch. I found one I loved and cancelled my other order right away. Stacy even drove to her warehouse after store hours to be 100% sure she had the configuration I needed. Im so happy with my decision as Stacy gave me 100x the customer service within 10 minutes than this other place did in 2 months. Great prices with great quality. The people there are really friendly and helpful. We have purchased 3-4 items there. We purchased a sectional that we love, but it had a defective brace (large knot in the wood) that broke after about 16 months, so we don’t think there is a warranty after that long. It was a manufacturing quality control flaw. The prices are right and there is a good variety. I would purchased there again.

Went in looking for a sectional. Owner was prompt, attentive, and friendly. Even in the midst of this pandemic, we received our furniture promptly and without any hiccups! Very pleased. You cant beat the prices they offer!

Stacy and the team are awesome to deal with. We had to wait a while to get our furniture because the manufacturer was having issues with production due to Covid 19. I had no issues with that because it was expected but even so they kept in contact with us and apologizing. They are great people and I highly recommend them for your furniture needs.

Beautiful couch for an absolute steal! And that was their everyday price. They were so easy to work with and they do things very intentionally to pass savings on to their customers. Very satisfied with my experience. Made me comfortable with the stressful process and made it less stressful and easy to understand.Took a bit longer than anticipated for my couch to be done but for the couch I like in the color I wanted, I was more than happy to wait a little extra.

I was recommended by a friend who said they were so nice and had great stuff for reasonable prices. She was so right. The owners are professional, easy to talk to, not pushy, and will go the extra mile to work with you. I walked in and was welcomed by Stacey and Dave, husband&wife/owners of Speedy in State College, who made a point to remember my name. These two were patient with me as I sat on EVERYTHING, and Dave ended up showing me the beautiful, contemporary sectional I ended up buying - I had initially walked right past it, so I was really glad he pointed it out as a best seller! But, if you dont see what you were looking for in the store room, ask to see their catalogue!I told them I wanted to bring a friend and would be back the following Saturday, so Stacy, remembering a chat we had about how much we love our cats, brought me a bag of fresh catnip from her garden when I came back in. She even remembered my cats name! It was the nicest exchange, and I enjoyed working with them.Not only that, but they ordered my sectional and it was delivered to the store within four business days. I couldnt have it delivered right away, so they were gracious enough to hold on to it for me, space permitting (smaller showroom/storage to reduce overhead). All around great products and excellent customer service. I will continue to go back!

I had looked with no success for over a year for the couch I wanted. I happened upon Speedy Furniture somewhat by accident (I thought it was a used furniture store!) Much to my surprise, I found a beautiful show room of furniture with prices that I wasn’t sure were real. (you know, if it is too good to be true, it probably isn’t). However, in this case it WAS true! And while I love getting quality for a bargain, it was really Dave and Stacy that sealed it for me. They are genuine and I could smell the integrity. (I have a good nose for that.) With any other furniture store I had visited the year before, I felt the pressure to sell me something as soon as I walked in the door. Not so with them. They worked with me in a way that I felt very much taken care of, with no pressure. They just wanted to give me great service, quality product and at amazing prices. They represent the old time personal customer service from the good old days. Check them out. I think you will be as satisfied as I am.

I went to Speedy Furniture for a couch that fit my new home and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available and helpfulness of the two owners. Never did I feel I was being pushed to buy furniture. The owners honesty and realistic view towards how big of a purchase furniture could be was extremely refreshing. Not only did they help me immensely through showing me a multitude of options, they answered every question I had to make sure I could make an informed decision. After I had purchased my couch, three weeks later I came to pick it up and the owners stayed after hours to help me load and secure my couch into my vehicle. When I need to get a new piece of furniture, I will most definitely return to Speedy Furniture as their honesty, helpfulness and dedication to their customers satisfaction is unsurpassed by any other store that I have dealt with.

I bought a couch there about a year ago. Wonderful customer service and the prices allowed me to purchase a much nicer couch than I thought I would be able to. I highly recommend the fabric protector, seriously, its amazing!!!

I was very surprised how they can get anything you want for cheaper than the big places, same furniture just without the markup and the can get it in stock quicker!!!! Very family oriented. I will most certainly check with them before I go anywhere else.

Made my second purchase at Speedy a few weeks ago. I needed a high back recliner. As I was leaving the store feeling disappointed the owner called me over and showed me a chair that was discontinued. Fit me like a glove, AND, the price was dropped considerably. Purchased a bed there too a few years ago. The owners are just lovely.Liz

The staff (Stacy especially) was super helpful and even though we didnt get anything they told us if we see anything that we like they might be able to order it for us to help and save us some money.

My husband and l stopped in at Speedy furniture about 3 month ago and immediately we where greeted this very nice lady she did introduce herself to us and asked what we where looking for l was looking to replace our recliner she told us to look around she was not pushy at all but was very helpfu when we had qustions, we found the chair l liked but l have to decide l told her that we would be back. She thanked us for coming. Well several weeks ago l decided to back to buy my chair and as soon as we walked again this wonderful lady greeted us and we told her we are back not thinking she would remember us but sure enough she remembered and new which chair l had picked out. I was VERY please with the customer service for our large order. We ordered a new sofa, love seat and king mattress and the owners were phenomenal with meeting up with us after hours to pick the furniture up. We live about 45 mins away and my husband and I work opposite shifts so when it came time to pick everything up we were having scheduling issues. The owners actually came in after hours and let us pick our furniture up on our time. They stopped what they were doing and came right on in and helpped us load everything .They are super kind and their prices cannot be beat. I would recommend them for ALL your furnishing needs. My fiancé and I shopped here for apartment furniture. We pretty much loved everything about the furniture that was available to purchase from the moment we stepped in to the store.Many items are very fairly priced and are of great quality. We purchased four dining chairs and a great reclining sofa for much less than we could have gotten them in other surrounding chain furniture stores.The employees are very friendly and accomodating. We had clear communication throughout the whole purchasing process and we recieved all of our furniture within two weeks of ordering. Some assembly is required for items but most items are very basic to put together.I highly recommend checking out Speedy Furniture if you are looking for affordable apartment furniture or picking up a furniture set.Good deals, great customer service.
