The customer service provided by Paul was superb. I walked in the door and within two minutes was asked if I needed assistance. Paul was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and staying with me until I had everything I needed. I usually like AutoZone but Laury it sounds like she said her name was asked me to hold on because she was busy and then hung up in my face... The guys are usually GREAT in there... PLEASE dont hire older ladies if all they can do is work a cash register or if yall do DONT LET THEM ANSWER THE PHONE!!

Good place if you need autoparts but in some products to clean the car some expensives

I came in on Sunday morning (09-20) not really knowing what was up with my car, but it was having trouble starting. I’m new in town and didn’t know who to trust with my car or who would be open on a Sunday. This place was great! Paul helped me figure out what was wrong, find out what I needed and quickly installed the battery for me. Exactly what I needed in a timely manner and with really friendly service - Thanks Paul!!

Got a defective part & the clerks didnt know what to do without asking manager them a big confusion with the receipt about refunding my money when the part was not excepted. Seams to me they just didnt listen to what I told them I wanted even when I want to reorder the same part over again. Wow a lot of kids working in an auto parts store.

Always helpful especially when you have a lack of knowledge the guys explain and really go out of their way to explain and if they cant answer they refer you back to your mechanic

I was headed out of town this morning, but woke up to a dead battery. Roadside assistance came but I had to get a battery. I was in a bad mood and very grouchy with a four year old. I called another business owner and he referred me to Shedwrick D, the manager. I walked in the store and he was aware of who I was and what I was getting. I was given many options and he took the time to answer my questions. I decided and he replaced my battery. The customer service was outstanding and top notch. Thanks AutoZone for having such a professional manager in place.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly while I needed to get my battery switched out. Bryan was efficient and amazing at taking it out and putting the battery back in quickly and smoothly. I am very appreciative of this store because I needed to make a long trip later this week and needed everything situated!! Definitely recommend 10/10 !

Amazing customer service here at Autozone. Our van broke down on the way home from vacation and the team here helped charge our battery so we could drive to a mechanic shop and have the alternator replaced. Thank you Autozone for the unexpected hospitality and sharing your store and chairs with my family and I while we waited. I kept coming in and out of my car and had noticed that my battery was getting weaker and weaker so I went to autozone to get a battery check & Liz was amazing! She honestly told me I don’t have too many cranks left and we went through my options and got a new battery! Thank you also to Alex who had some trouble installing it but both came back with smiles on their faces! As a manager of customer service this store was impeccable!

Ive never had a bad experience here. Unfortunately, I had to get two new batteries (different vehicles) in the last year. They are always so kind with answering questions and helping my clueless self. Prices are good and its right in the heart of town.

I only get my part from AutoZone solely because they will help you and actually install it if its a minor fix. They go that extra yard...

Probably the best out of all big chain auto stores, they honor their warranties better than the competition.

I dont typically write negative reviews. I actually called to converse with the person prior to writing this, but unfortunately Mike never gave him the phone, so hopefully this will reach him.I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service from staff member Faisal. I find it utterly disrespectful for a service team member of Auto Zone to say Who do you think is going to put a battery in your car while its raining. Then he says, Would YOU do that? Because Im not!My son thought he was kidding because he found it hard to believe that a PROFESSIONALcould say something like this and be serious. But he made it very clear that he was serious. Thankfully, Brenna, who I later found out was the GM, was very helpful and she took care of the situation. If changing a battery is weather dependent, then say that... RESPECTFULLY!!! Faisal, I hope this is a teachable moment for you and this an opportunity for some MUCH NEEDED growth! There is a such thing as EFFECTIVE communication, and you totally lack that skill. The danger of changing a battery if its raining was later explained to me by Mike, another member of management. A simple conversation would have avoided this encounter. Faisal said he didnt know who was going to go out and handle this but he knew it wouldnt be him. Ultimately he did, but you can imagine the attitude! Just senseless! Its stressful enough dealing with car problems, but contending with the attitude of the people you are paying is UNACCEPTABLE! Extremely disappointed! Find a job behind a desk working alone Faisal! Thats the box you should consider working in.

I am constantly tinkering on my old truck. These guys have almost all of the common parts that I need. The staff is very helpful and a couple of them are very knowledgeable. I turn a wrench on my particular truck, but Im no mechanic. These guys made me feel comfortable enough to replace my air conditioning components in the truck. I borrow specialty tools here all the time for specific tasks. AutoZone saves me a ton of money.

Had issues starting my truck, had to have it jumped off just to start it. My battery is old as heck, figured it was the battery. Went to autozone, the machine said my battery and alternator was fine. Carried it to a mechanic, it was the battery. Truck works fine now, giving this two stars, they were at-least friendly.

3/4 of the staff members I interacted with were friendly. I also got to borrow their equipment and make some simple repairs in the parking lot which saved me a lot as opposed to taking my car to the mechanic.

I always have a bad experience when i visit this store. Ive had workers try and replace my tail light bulb before and couldnt figure out how to remove my cover plate. I also have went here for tools to be told they dont sell that one i need. They have given me the wrong part a few times and i had to return them to get the correct one. Prices are not very good either. Maybe if i return in the future ill have better to say...maybe!

I came here for a part my mechanic told me I needed, and they gave me the wrong part when I requested it. They allowed me to return the item, but they shouldve been able to give me the correct one the first time. Probably wont be back.

They dont carry much of a variety of items when it comes to items like torque wrenches. Prices are so-so. Customer service is excellent and so is the knowledge.

I cant even describe how thankful for Amandas help this weekend. On our way to Savannah our car broke down on the side of the road and the part that I needed would take 2 days to get there and she went out of her way and found a matching part and was so patient with us and helped us find this impossible part. THANK YOU!!

Im just going to come out and say it. Most of the employees here take pride in the job they do at this store. I guarantee that 99% of the customer complaints here are mostly lies. Lets get one thing straight. It is not the job of a parts store employee to install your battery, your lights or wiper blades. It is done as a courtesy. If it is raining outside and it is cold, why should they? Although they often do. Keep in mind that most of the employees are not licensed mechanics. If they were, they would not be working at an auto parts store. Their job is to sell parts for the DIY customer. You do know what DIY stands for right? It means DO IT YOURSELF!!! Most of the time when these guys sell you the wrong part is because of the customers own errors and giving the wrong information like year model or size engine. Some times you think you have a 2006 model but you actually have a 2005. And the person buying the part does not have the courage to say they were wrong. Keep in mind also again, it is an auto parts store and not a shop. These men and women working here are dedicated to doing their job and taking care of their customers. That goes for all autozone stores and their competitors. I will continue to shop here knowing what I know. Most of you with complaints on here are most likely exaggerating and some I would bet my life on are plain liars.

The worst parts store in town. You have more folks behind the counter asking for help than in front. It has taken 2 weeks for a simple set of calipers and brake lines. So sad I did at one point think they had it together.

Not happy. Been buying from them for years. Had to do a brake job on my truck and purchased the best they had. When I got home it didnt have the clips in it. Called they apologised on phone and offered to send a driver with it but it would be about 4 hours. I live 30miles from the store and said I would come for them. When I got there they said they would have to order it or charge me $10 for a kit. I said no. Then they got the manager who then huffy to register and charged me $0 for the kit. No Im sorry, or I apologise for your trouble, nothing. I now go to ORileys.
