Today my experience at Car Quest was totally negative. I placed a order for 2 quarts of paint. The Sales Lady put me on hold for 10 minutes to wait on another paint Prospect customer by trying to sell him paint over the phone. It her actions sent a message that I am not valued as a customer and person on the phone has value. I brought the issue to her attention in a respectful manner and she still ignored me rather than taking the phone customer phone number and asking could she call him back as soon as she finish with the customer here in the store. I walked out and drove away. I have contacted the CEO.
