Sold us a car that only worked for less than a month, overheated and broke down before the first payment was even due. Car had multiple problems and the owner did nothing to help us. (pretty much said it’s our fault) Been trying to get help for over a month going on two and he hasn’t helped not one bit. Have tried to get in contact with him multiple times, he either never answers or he always says he’ll call back and never does. Last time. He said he’ll call back in 25 mins and it’s been 5 days. The warranty that was given that we purchased doesn’t cover anything that is actually wrong with the car. Car was supposed to be $8,000 and ended up totaling to a little over $15,000! Have been paying for a car that I haven’t been able to drive In over a month . Read other reviews that sounds very similar to the issues with my car . He got his money so he doesn’t care. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership!!!!!!!!! This is a TRUE review. Do not purchase from this company.

I dont even remember how I ended up finding this place but I have never been to a car dealership like it and I dont think I will ever find another one. I wanted to get a vehicle and I started doing my research and nobody seems to be able to help me and I felt like we were just getting the runaround. I dealt with Monica, who was an absolute doll. She was extremely sweet and very honest about everything from the get-go. We drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle I picked out. Worth every last mile driven. The vehicle itself is pristine and mechanically 100% sound. Monica was up front about my vehicle that I had chosen and the pricing and when I told her what I wanted for monthly payments she was honest and saying that it wasnt going to work out necessarily to be as low as I wanted but she was going to do everything she could and she absolutely did. when we sat down with Miss Sue to do all of the financing stuff she educated me and my husband and she was patient and she was honest and she was hilarious. My children ran a muck and they didnt even care LOL the more I apologized the more they told me that they didnt mind at all. I have never gone to a dealership that was this honest and this willing to help educate young people on car buying as a whole. If you are looking to get a vehicle whether you have good credit or bad credit, I absolutely suggest going here. This is officially where we will be getting all of our vehicles for as long as we are in driving distance.

Great spot. I couldnt get anything because I couldnt put anything high down and my credit isnt great but the first vehicle offered hadnt been checked out by a mechanic, had issues, and was being offered for more than its worth. Mixed experience, could have just been my salesman based on all the other reviews Ive read. Second and third offered vehicles were great though if I could have afforded them.

I did not plan on starting with this dealership first, but oddly, our van started overheating as we were passing by...must have been a sign. Great customer service! Told him what I wanted and got it. It was nice to be able to go in on Saturday afternoon and look at taking a test drive they let us test drive a vehicle over the weekend. Start to finish Blair was there by phone and in person during my car buying experience. I had many questions during the process and 100% of my questions were answered. What I enjoyed the most about the experience is that when I picked up my pre-owned car it had been fully detailed - a brand new car in my eyes. Blair was nice and greeted my family and myself as soon as we arrived. My issue lies during the finance process. If youre going to tell someone that they cant have the vehicle that they want, its best not to do that in the hallway on the other side of a wall where alot of other people are waiting for service and can hear everything. I was offered the chance to choose something else, but declined and left solely because of this. I feel like that PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS barrier was violated in a sense.

Very very upset. Got my car towed because they sold me a stolen car. Its my first time buying or doing anything with cars and let me tell you this is the worst feeling ever to have your car snatched away from you for no reason right after you buy it. Also to be placed under arrest for no reason .I was very happy with the customer service though.They seemed like a good dealership, everyones very friendly, but I will not be going back. This ruined my experience.

We had a car that we purchased from another prominent car dealer in town. The vehicle was very overpriced and the sales people were pushy and did not honor my request to stay within our budget.
