Statesboro Deals is by far the worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. If you talk to Shane, 90% of what he says is a straight up lie. They will make every promise to you, and then once you sign they leave you to the wolves. A bunch of swindlers.
I bought a car and had it my 2nd week broke down (after over 700$ in repairs) and he got the car from the side of the road claiming to fix it and I still have nothing can’t even get to work it’s like I was robbed

I purchased a 2009 Mercury Mariner Premier today and I couldn’t be any happier! I needed a vehicle that would suit my growing family and they helped me find the perfect one! Went there to check out their truck selection. They didnt have any in my price range at the time and were up front and direct and didnt try to talk me into buying something else I did not want and very welcoming. Great staff!!!!
I purchased a 2015 Kia and I am in Love with this car. My credit is HORRIBLE and yet their sales team worked every avenue to get me in that car. I highly recommend this place (which I have done 3 times and they all purchased a vehicle). They work with you and trust me I’m not easy to work with lol
I was purchasing a vehicle and I only had it a fee months and at the beginning it was good the people were friendly up until I tried to let them know I was having problems with the vehicle. At first it was ok bring it up here and we will have our mechanics look at it. Bout a week or so later I was told come get it that it was fixed. Ok got get it and guess what it was not fixed. So I take it home and not long after I find exactly what was wrong with it (just about everyone in my family including myself works on cars) I call them back and tell them it wasnt fixed and they said to bring it back. I did and when i got there I personally talked to the mechanic and told him exactly what was wrong with it. Said he had to order the part and would let me know when it was ready. So another week goes by and finally I get the call and to my surprise (not really) when I get there it still is not fixed. And to top it off while it was on their property it was broke into and my radio and system that I personally paid for and put in there was stolen. I make a report and yada yada but long story short I will not ever go back to them to get a vehicle and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
Only giving the one star because I have to in order to post my review.... I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from this dealership and the vehicle was disgusting. The salesman said that their detail shop with take care of it. They did not, the salesman brought the vehicle to my job at the time and said that they did the best they could do, but the car looked the exact same way. I ended up cleaning it myself and having it detailed on the inside and spent about $300 to have it cleaned and seats shampooed. Another issue was with the gas tank. The gas tank would spit gas back out and the only way to put gas in was to have it put in slowly. You would spend an average of about 20-30 minutes just putting gas in. They offered to fix the issue, in which they did after making two trips to the dealership on two different occasions. I purchased the car in Statesboro. GA but then moved back to the Atlanta area, so making the trip back was very inconvenient. They did offer to reimburse me in gas the first time I went down. A few months went by and the vehicle started to act funny again and was not driving right. The vehicle ended up needing a tune up which included one of the cylinders needing to be replaced. I had spent another $800 in repairs on the tune up because they would not do anything. The check engine light was still on and I could not pass emissions in the Atlanta area due to whatever issues the vehivle was having at that time and I told them about it and they agreed to fix the issue. They sent two people to Atlanta to pick the vehicle up and were suppose to be fixing it. I called them to see what the issues were and when i would be able to pick up the vehicle. I was told that they were just waiting on a sensor to come in and that they fixed wheel bearings on it. Then another week went by and I drove down to Statesboro to see if the vehicle was ready because they would not answer my calls. As I pulled into the dealership and ask about my vehicle they tell me they sold it and closed out my account. I don t understand how they can sell a vehicle that someone else is purchasing from them. I still had a lot of personal belongings in the vehicle and could not retrieve any of it. The salesman then says that he had my Ray Ban prescriptive sun glasses for me because he thought they would be of value to me but could not find them in his office, he drove to his house to get them. Then he also calls the owner of the dealership and got no answer, I dont believe he actually called. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place, they are extremely unprofessional and liars.

This place is a joke, they want $6,900 for a 08 Pontiac that isnt even worth $3,000.The Pontiac needs a new windshield, needs the leather seats replaced, needs better breaks, the headlight need replace, the body has a lot of damage.They think because its newer and only had 102k miles that they should over charge for the car. That isnt how it works.
Great place they helped me get a 2008 Honda odyssey runs great with cheap payments and easy down payment!!!

My sister Christy Moore went here. WARNING PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My sister was sham out of $7000.00 so far car not working whole motor gone. They put her in another car while they fix that one. Then tell her the car is no good to come to the lot and pick out something else. But then turned around and wanted her to put $500 dollars down on that car. She just said forget it she tired that is a lot of money to lose like that. So for all of you that is planning on getting a car with your INCOME Tax Money BEWARE you have been warned.
