If I could give Womack auto sales 0 start I would. I purchased my first vehicle from them I am a single mom and do it on my own I thought I had found a good auto place the reviews I saw were pretty good. I was looking at a vehicle and I wasn’t super set on it so we looked at a different one and the sales person recommended a different one to my dad and I so we test drove it and really liked it so we went through the process of purchasing it then not even a month later I started having issues asked my dad to go see what the issue was he went and drove it really hard said there was no issues I took it to one shop and they said it deeper a transmission fluid flush or something like that then took it to a different one and they said the transmission was having issues they didn’t know to what extent until they got in there to fix it not even 2 weeks after that the transmission blew on my way back home I was about an hour away from home I DO NOT recommend this place they will give you a car that will leave you stranded on the side of the road and in debt!

I went there interested in a car and I dealt with the rudest person I could have imagined. He was very unprofessional. Kept changing the price by thousands of dollars when I asked how much one of the cars were. He was very crooked. They also wouldn’t let me test drive a car before deciding if I wanted it. He told me they had to check my credit and get ahold of the bank before I could even test drive the car. There costumer service is not up to par. Honestly they need all new staff and probably better management for the way they talk and judge their staff. They also decided to hate on any other dealership and referred to them as the “junk yard”. By far the WORST place you could ever go!!!!! Please don’t waste your time.

Prices are too High & in order to just take a Test drive, they said theyd have to run My Husbands name. Everywhere else We went let Him test drive & all He had to do was give them His Drivers license and they sat in thr back while He test drove a vehicle.

Its been 3 months since I bought my truck and I am still unable to get my tag. The tag office says he could easily find out what is needed but when I call he blames it on the state. Wouldnt buy a car here unless you want to drive it till your temp tag runs out and then god knows when you can get a tag.

Great place to buy a used car. Staff was friendly, professional and they actually help find you a decent car to match your budget. They treat you with respect, were honest and actually try to help you rather than just make a quick sale. I bought a used car from here this past January and am still completely satisfied with my purchase. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for all your help.

Went in interested in buying a car from these guys. Their Customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The two gentlemen that I dealt with were very unprofessional and had no knowledge of the cars they were trying to sell. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I will start saying i did not purchase a car here. I have never even left a review for anyone if that tells you anything. One of my employees Purchased a car from here . I got a call today from one of the dealership employees claiming to be a Investigator with the sheriffs office and threatening to lock my employee up. He went as far as saying a warrant was on his desk to be signed by a judge. He passed all the kids info over to myself and another member of management. This is not how you do business. I have reported the employee and given all his info to the sheriffs office. If a business conducts themselves this way I cant see how I would ever even think about talking to them about purchasing a car.since i cant respond to your response ill clarify here. This is not heresay. This is flat out facts. Touched base with me three diff times today. I can give you his name phone number and the real investigator that I contacted today. Good way to try and blow off the review.... Heresay that response says alot about you guys

Was going to buy a car from here. When arrived to test drive it, it wouldnt crank without being jumped off, the first light that came on was a light warning that brake system needed to be checked. Door handles were missing, paint was faded and chipped in places. Yet they still wanted and expected over 3 stacks. Can we please say RIP off

Back in 2015 i got a 2004 ford ranger from womack auto sales. I am glad i did because its been a great truck not one problem. Justin womack was good to me when i was there he helped me get the payment i wanted and price i was looking for i would strongly recommend buying from womack auto sales

I researched the suv I wanted to get called the night before and brought all of my info with me so I can get approved for the car. After I test drove it and had my credit app running they gave the car keys to another family to test drivethat came in after me. When I asked him why he well your waiting for your app to come back and they want to pay cash and walked away from me. I went to the back room and told him Im not trying to be rude but thats bad business how do you run my app, price my car and still accept other offers while Im waiting. He pretty much just shrugged so I took my info and told them the other family could have it smh. Took my money to Jarrards and a Helluva better experience. Wouldnt refer anyone to Womack.

Is this guy for real? Youre unprofessional responses are a direct reflection of your lack of couth. I was with David Ayers, who had a hard copy drivers license. Yes, it was out of state. Jarrard didnt mind. Neither did the dealer we purchased a vehicle from, as I was the one co-signing. I am the one who had a paper copy, issued from the DMV in Swainsboro. As far as your allogations of trying to do things which are illegal (a straw purchase) you have some nerve. Learn how to be professional, both in your face to face interactions, and in your responses to negative reviews. The one lady, who you called a bad customer.....how dare you. If this is how you do business then thank God himself that we went elsewhere. Have a nice day sir.
