Surprisingly clean store and good customer service

This store is always late in opening..never opens on time, and is 30 mins or more in opening late..on top of that, the cashiers has attitudes..need to do better

I love this Family Dollar because hes literally always have everything you need sadly a lot of other Family Dollars like in Metter for Twin Twin City remedy otherwise theyre always out of something always

The cashier checking me out didnt greet me or anything. She also didnt wear her mask properly, it didnt cover her nose.

The cashier was extra friendly... really enjoyed someone that took pride in their work

The wait in line is short. The cashiers are super nice, helpful, and friendly. They generally have what I need... They sell groceries, but they just dont produce.

Dont get dog food here. The bags may have moths and other larva in them. employees are wonderful though

The staff are friendly but they are literally always stocking the shelves but somehow always out of everything, which leaves crowded floors and sparse shelves. You have to ring a bell to get service at the front counter since they dont have enough staffing to cover everything they need done. Ive never seen a manager there and today we needed bleach and when we arrived there was a sign posted in the locked door saying they were gone to the bank and theyll be back soon. Weve been sitting for 30 minutes and no sign of anyone. People have come and gone, someone even showed up for a second time because she waited for about 30 minutes earlier in the day and no one showed up. If you dont have the staffing to make a bank run then dont make a bank run. Where is management? This is ridiculous.

This is a decent Family Dollar as it is newer and is convenient to my home.

Great alternative to the dollar general, same if not better products, alot of there prices are lower
