After visiting four furniture stores several times to narrow down what I wanted, I found the perfect piece at LA Waters. Ms. Tonya was helpful and made the experience fun for a first time furniture buyer. I got lucky and was able to have the piece delivered the same afternoon of purchase. The delivery team arrived on time, were friendly, and got everything set up. I would recommend LA Waters to shoppers and would be happy to visit again.

I was looking for a loveseat for the house when I went in to L.A. Waters. I was greeted by Tonya. She made me feel at home and was very knowledgeable about all the furnishings. I ended up getting this lovely couch instead. She measured it all for us and made sure it would fit where we needed it. 10/10 would recommend. The service department is stellar all around.

Our experience at L.A. Waters was (and continues to be) well above par with any other furniture store we have dealt with. We are always greeted with warm smiles and hellos. The store has abundance of good quality lines to choose from. We had/have the best sales person, Summer Hodges. She was a perfect match for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and informative. She listened to our needs and desires and gave us advice that addressed them. Summer talked with us when we needed her and stepped away at just the right times to allow my husband and I to chat about our future purchase decisions. There was never any pressure to buy today. Summer has also made herself extremely available to us, before and after the sale, with any questions we may have. We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Great service. By far better than any other furniture stores I visited in Statesboro. Ask for Summer when you go in, she was extremely helpful but didnt hover around and follow you like some salesperson do. She would give you time to look, but also check up on you to make sure all your questions were answered. Highly recommend if youre wanting high quality furniture at a good price.

Beautiful pieces, affordable prices, and wide selection; however, the staff and service will cause you to not want to spend one red cent in their store. Upon entrance, we were not greeted and the staff person, Summer, proceeded to tell us what was within our price range without being told & was very unhelpful. Terrible service! I would assume this is the cause for the store being empty despite wonderful products. Will not ever shop here.

I looked for bedroom and leather living room furniture for almost a year. I went to at least six stores searching for quality at a reasonable price. I finally decided to purchase an Ashley bedroom set and leather suit from LA Waters. The same bedroom set was on sale at the Ashley store in Savannah, but was more expensive. My LA Waters sales associate, Summer was so very helpful. She asked me what I want and made recommendations; there was no pressure. As a matter of fact she invited me to shop around and she gave me time to make my decision in my time. Not only do I love our recent purchase, but my husband who saw it for the first when it was delivered, embraced the elegency and excellent value of our new furniture.
