Flawless body work! I have a whole new rear-end to my car! That’s the only positive I can offer about this place, because I very much regret choosing it for fixing my car.On August 17th 2021, the shop received the full estimate amount to fix the car. When they took apart the car, they said they didn’t have all the parts they needed, and for weeks, they said they were waiting on parts from Honda. Many times, they said they’d call me at specific times or days with updates, but they always failed to do so. Ofttimes, when I called them for an update, someone who didn’t know anything about my car answered the phone. They put me on hold and maybe they’d come back after 5-10 minutes and say they don’t know and they’d leave her a message to call me back. (I don’t remember ever receiving a return call.) Or, I’d be transferred to a generic voicemail without any explanation why. Very rarely did the person who could tell me about my car answer the phone and have any information for me. I never knew what was going on with my car or when I’d be getting it back.My insurance notified me when more money was issued to this place without my approval or any explanation as to what this money was for. First, an additional $5100 on September 3rd: I called Flow first, then my insurance, but no answers from either about what’s going on. I drove to Flow Collision and found my car on their lot. I emailed my insurance to try and learn why my taillights were gone, my exhaust off my car, marks all over my car, etc. The damage was on one corner of the car, not half the car. The parts for my car have always been cheap, and $5100 more is quite extraneous for fixing it, unless they’re literally replacing half my car. Still, no answers. On October 5th, after my half-car had been sitting on the Flow Collision lot for more than a month, and after many fruitless phone calls, they get an additional $925 from the insurance — my insurance notifies me of this. I called Flow with questions. They’d said the week before then that my car would be going to paint and I could have it back on Tuesday, but on promised Tuesday (the day they took another $925), they say that same thing again, and maybe it’ll be ready the next Friday.I called my insurance. Flow told them that the car was “ready for delivery.” I called Flow back. Tessa says, they put the car all back together and it’s at the Honda dealership next door because it’s throwing all kinds of codes. I called the Honda dealership — my car had been returned to Flow Collision, the modules had been reset. But why were they doing anything with the electrical when there wasn’t anything wrong with the electrical? I drove this car for 2 months after the accident; it passed state inspection after the accident. After the accident, I “popped” the dislodged taillight right back into the socket, and it all worked just fine. Get this, too: nothing wrong with my taillights, nothing at all, and the crash only impacted one side of the rear, and yet, now I have brand new taillights on both sides! Why? There was nothing wrong with the taillights when I dropped off my car to be fixed, and they pop in and out if dislodged…Friday comes, but I still can’t pick up my car. Why? No answer. The next Monday, I’ve sold the car I’m driving and I need my car back. Tessa can’t be found. It hasn’t been cleaned up yet. Tuesday morning, Tessa’s supposed to call me when my car is ready for pickup. After noon, still no call. Not washed yet. Can we have it done by 3:30? I need my car back; I’ve sold the one I’m driving. “Have we gotten all we need from the insurance? Let me check.” Really, that’s what you’re worried about? $7000+ for nothing you’ll tell me about, and you’re only worried about the money. That explains a lot, actually.I will never give my car to Flow again or buy a car from a Flow, and if you care about customer service and how much they’ll charge you and/or your insurance without justification, then I suggest you don’t either. I hope this review will help someone avoid the nightmare Ive had with them.

I called and immediately Rhonda answered the phone. About two weeks later I took my car and used the overnight key drop off. The next day 30 minutes after opening an estimator took one look and said It looks like a total loss without looking under the hood or anything. I then told them to take a better look. The car has low miles and only needed a bumper, fender, and slight hood repair. Two days later I drove my car home because I was told my car was totaled. A day later the adjuster called and said no its not totaled your car is worth more than that I called to tell them the good news and tell them I was going to bring it back to get it repaired. This is where it gets good. I could not get anyone to answer the phone at 10am after eight rings, three times. The forth time someone put me on hold and it went to a voicemail after several minutes. I called back two more times and it went to Flows voicemail. How are people supposed to get cars repaired when they fail at one easy task, answering the phone? After this I took my car to another shop that answers the phone. Six days later I called Flows number by mistake and after two rings it went to voicemail. Its not like they are short staffed because I counted about six people standing around doing nothing the day I picked up my car, now I know why, poor customer service. Another body shop said they herd of the same problem with Flow after I explained why I needed them to repair my car and the adjuster would be sending them the paper work. Flow management, your loss their gain. I guess you do not care.

My car had gravel/rock damage and after several estimates I decided to let Flow fix my car. Would like to say thanks to Caleb Meadows and all the other employees for a great experience and keeping me up to date during the whole thing. Caleb kept me updated and handled everything with my insurance company and made the whole process very easy on my side. Will definitely use them in the future when I have paint and collision needs.

Edited: There was confusion and Cory from flow has been extremely helpful and working with us to get the issue resolved. Accidents do happen and im grateful they are working to fix things.Dropped our car off December 26th. Just picked it back up today at 4:40pm. They worked on the EXTERIOR of our vehicle. Both of my kids headrest DVD players screens are cracked edge to edge and won’t play ANYTHING!!!!! Brand new from Christmas!!!!! They also charged for a new back glass, but did not have to replace it at all. Our original back glass is in fact still there. We had them tinted and the tint is still there. Not once did they discuss or get our approval before making any changes in the plan and needing to charge more than we originally had planned. When we went to get our vehicle they refused to give us our vehicle unless they had the extra money that we did not give approval for.
